Great place, everything is fast, staff are friendly, very handy idea to keep track of time in queue

There are so many reasons to leave a five-star rating. First of all, the clinic is also only a 12 minute drive from my house, I love the convenience. The second, it was my first time to visit this clinic, I was greeted by the staff at the front desk, they were super nice. While the waiting room was full, I only had to wait 20-30 mins to get in. The third, my ultrasound technician was awesome. She made me feel very comfortable. The fourth, the ultrasound was thorough and quick.
Much appreciated.

I never write reviews, but I have to write this one because the service was so fast and run smoothly, plus the receptions at front desk and the technician who did my ultrasound were so kind and friendly, they put me at ease. Everything is handled with care and everything explained in detail. Would go there again and definitely recommended

The medical examination lasted about 30 minutes. The staff was kind and polite. I have good impressions.

If you can get past the creepy basement setting, this place is wonderful! They were able to fit me in the morning after I called - the other place nearby had a week long wait. Very friendly staff. I was in and out in 30 mins.

Staff was not communicative or friendly. Not much privacy is given as you walk in or out of the exam room. Place looks and smells old and not clean.

I guess she is the wife of the technician, it is impossible for an employee being rude like this anyways.

The technician and radiologist were hands on with the entire procedure. All went well, so thankful!

Thank you so much to the staff of Don Valley X-ray and Ultrasound Services. They have been polite and very professional. I never felt discomfort with my visit, everything is calmly managed.

The clinic was neat and tidy, I could see that this is a healthy working environment for the staff and of course for the patients.

Staff is incredibly kind and professional. I was taken in early as I arrived early. Minimal wait time. Will return if I need to have an x ray or ultrasound done again.

Had to leave a review as there are so many negative comments. I personally had a great experience at both the reception and during my ultrasound. Maybe the bad reviews are with the previous receptionist.

I had a particularly good experience here when I had a bone x-ray. It was fast but was done excellently and I had the results straight away. Thank you so much Don Valley for a great service.

Needed a chest x-ray. Called Don Valley and was given an appointment the next day. I loved my experience with them.

Brilliant service and very quick. Went to my physio with knee injury on Tuesday, I was booked in for Wednesday. The procedure itself was very quick and the staff were totally professional.

I was a walk-in patient. Hadn't been here before. Clean office and decent staff. Not too friendly, but they got the job done.

That Asian lady at the front desk is so rude, at first I thought it’s personal but turns out that she yells at everyone. All the reviews are accurate, I don’t get why she is doing this. I never write a review before and this place made me extremely upset and frustrated. She can’t speak proper English and being rude all the time, I won’t sleep well tonight because of her awful attitude, and I hope she won’t either.

Receptionist for x-ray is terrible, i dont how she is surviving after these kind of reviews, she dont know how to talk with people. 0 level for customer service, she is very nice with people from her community talking with them in there language and yelling on all others

SHE SHOULD GET FIRED! The receptionist Asian lady works for X-ray at basement is extremely rude with so much attitude, she needs to be properly trained to treat patients also as customers. She has no respect at all. Other patients who along at the waiting area also expressed the same feeling. I hope the owner of this place can see this review, I would not come back here if her service level remain the same

Terrible. The X ray Lab lady. She was terrible not one person in the waiting area she did not have an issue with.

The lady at the reception is probably one of the rudest person I met in my life. She is yelling at people, she called my wife and me « the French » when it was our turn and she seems so grumpy! She yelled at a young woman saying to her « you don’t know how the read read instructions?  » when she asked her something.
Probably one of the worst experience I had.

Would give 0 stars if possible. I can handle getting berated but don’t yell at an elderly woman using a Walker that clearly has trouble understanding English. All the reviews are true. Avoid at all costs. Worst experience I’ve ever had. This was downstairs at the X-ray facility

Bad experience with the front desk lady, so rude and x ray technician don't tell the procedure properly, due to that IrCC told me to again do the xray test. Which is 75$ extra upfront I have paid 50$. Never visit this place unless until not get appointment any other place.

I am giving 1 becoz the x- ray department receptionist was so rude and arrogant lady. Other than that rest of the department were good

Be aware! Do not ask any questions to the lady here, she will yell at you for no reason. They do not have a clear instruction on what to do, where to go, and they have so much bad attitude towards customers. They think it's okay to be rude and yell at people. So unprofessional garbage service.

The reviews are all accurate. The receptionist at the X Ray department has zero customer service skills and is very rude. If I could give her zero stars I would. The X Ray Technician was far more helpful and calmer and friendlier. Overall the process was quick and relatively pain free aside from the receptionist who has a penchant for humiliating patients.
