There are some good folks working here. But there are also some people who don’t care about the quality they turn out. I came in to pickup a car and they tried to get me to sign a more expensive modified agreement promising up and down that it was all the same - they just had to shift some numbers around for corporate reasons. I had to break down the numbers in front of them to show they were now charging me more. Their reaction was mute; just stared at me like “ok” until I flat out said “I won’t be taking the car then” which finally motivated them to adjust the new agreement to match the original price.

Service. Though mostly ok, I have had the experience that I’ve told them I was losing air pressure in the tires and I suspected I had a nail in the tire. They just ignored it, I got the car the car back with 10 PSI less then the manufacturer recommends (33).

Do anticipate an unpleasant experience when you want to buy back your car off the lease from Don Valley Toyota and Lexus these days.
Both used and new cars are in high demand in 2021, car dealers are back to the old way of wheeling and dealing.

Purchased a used vehicle. Car was not serviced as I was told it was. Car had almost no front brakes, was not safe to drive in the condition I picked it up in.

Very disappointed.

I just wanted to give a big shout out to sales manager David and sales rep Arshan as well as their tech guy Kevin for giving us such an amazing experience in buying a car. This dealership has good sales team (bought two cars there), but the service is mediocre. After a few issues over the past couple of years, I stopped servicing my car there and moved to Richmond Hill Toyota, their service is exceptional and much cheaper than at Lexus.

I purchased a certified 2012 Honda CRV in July of 2021 from Don Valley North Lexus. Roughly one month ago the outside temperature dropped significantly so I decided to turn on the heat inside the vehicle, to my surprise I discovered that there was no heat coming from the driver side vents. I brought this issue to the attention of my sales person who then spoke to the management. I was told that this is not a safety issue and left to pay for the repair on my own dime. $700 later I have heat, while the vehicle was in the shop I asked the mechanics to do an inspection to see if there were any other issues. I was told that the vehicle is also in need of new tie rod ends. This repair will cost me another $500.

I do not appreciate having to spend extra money on repairs that should not be an issue for a vehicle sold with a safety certificate.

Noor is our sales representative and he was nice and knowledgeable. From test drive to price negotiation and to car delivery the process was very smooth. Thank you Noor and I love my new IS.

Where to begin! I have had 2 vehicles that have ALWAYS been serviced with DVNL and to date. The most honest, friendly and helpful service this far. My current vehicle was not purchased there, but I have done all maintenance and service here. From Lauren, Rocco, Stanley, Ping, BOTH Alkarims (one in valet), valet staff and their mechanics I have been overly satisfied and appreciative of their expertise and HONESTY.

I did not have a good experience at this dealership and the process wasn't as smooth as others have indicated. My Lexus RX350 was stolen. I had no idea that it was a popular vehicle to steal nor was I told how to protect my vehicle from theft. These little details could have prevented this awful and traumatic experience from happening. I informed the sales rep that my vehicle was stolen, and he never even replied back to me. I thought about purchasing another SUV at another Lexus dealership, but I am too scared that it will get stolen again. Beautiful luxury vehicle, awful service and experience at Don Valley North Lexus.

Just wanted to give a quick shoutout for Mr. Kenny Jiang! He surely went extra miles on helping me with my purchase, the entire process from picking the right model to driving the vehicle home only took 2 weeks because of that I can drive the new car to my pilot exam in Montreal!

I brought rx350 from this dealer 4 years, every year did regular check my car here, every time they print paper gave to me, the paper said inspected everything was ok.but some day my car loss 30 % power on the high way that was dangerous, i stop my car on high way and I checked engine air filter, the filter has half pound dust inside that they never replaced air filter.then i went to dealer after they replaced the filter, and they put too much engine oil to much resist engine start, bcs it is overfull, after 2 days i went to this dealer, they took out 1-2 liter's oil from engine box.my car is better that is basic they don not know.so I think they just changed oil, never check any parts even never changed oil filter etc.just charge me money again again every year.after that I never trust this dealer.my car became so bad now.now the rx350 LCD is became black.the dealer wants to charge 4000 $ around.i am so sad. I thought the dealer sold a used car to me.but i brought new car like used car.so, don't go there, do not true them.now I transfer to Mississauga Lexus dealer and I brought another 2021 rx350, I got deferent service for me.

When I wanted to buy a vehicle Toyota/Lexus and was introduced to Marco Haitas by my friend Steve Farrah.
Marco selected three cars (one Toyota & two Lexus) based on my requirements and I ended up purchasing a Lexus 300H.
The best part was how helpful all the Lexus team members were. Marco introduced me to all these great people and it was amazing how helpful the entire team was. The main players are Callum (was excellent in all what he did), Jennifer, Jim, and Bob starting from the price negotiation, activating my expired “Weins Dollars”, and the best is that they surprised us with a well decorated Lexus having a big RED BOW on it.

Poor customer service experience.

We were talking to a very kind representative, putting an offer on a car when the manager, Jennifer Yang got involved. Telling us that the car was unavailable as someone else has put down a deposit during the time we were making our deal. She was very inconsiderate with regards to our presence in the sales center whereas the other “customer” she claims to have had put down a deposit has not come in at all.

She claimed they had put a deposit down online while we were in office putting our offer down. We were not told about the option nor did we know someone else could put down an offer while we were in person making our deal, ready to make a deposit. Very unprofessional behavior and inconsiderate for customers who were present in the sale center and ready to make a deal.

I just got a new car and the service was amazing! Kevin was great and he always goes above and beyond. Something happened to the car shortly after leaving the dealership, while on my way home. Kevin and Alkarim really helped and something that could have been a nightmare for me turned into a really easy and stress-free process. Thank you Don Valley North Lexus team!

I recently purchased a 21 NX300 from Don Valley North Lexus. Eugene, the sales consultant did a tremendous job going through all the packages. He really knows the car well and was able to save me money by helping me pick the right features that I truly needed. David the sales manager was great, as the car I wanted wasn’t on their lot but he managed to find me one within days. I had a great experience with them both and will definitely tell my family and friends about this positive experience.

I normally do not take the time to write reviews, but this time I MUST! Let me first mention that I do not know the salesperson, Tony Rezaei, nor was he referred to me. He was the only salesperson at an Ontario Lexus dealer to call me back, and then delivered on his promise.

Tony called me late a night to give me a heads-up on a vehicle. I proceeded to confirm that he would hold the vehicle for me, and he did. He was HONEST! He disclosed the details, information and helped ME in the negotiations. He understood that helping me meant the deal would be solidified. He also made sure that he followed through on his promises, when it came to any extras for the car.

Hence, that's all a buyer wants, someone who listens and knows your needs, but then goes to bat for you too.

Just brought a lexus lx570 recently. Sale consultant Leo was great and impressive. He spent almost 3 hr for walks around the car and get the best deal. Very professional and polite.

Bought a car from them experience was great everything went well. Tried calling back 9 month after regarding an inquiry and incompetent secretaries have no idea what they’re talking about. Apparently no body can pick up a phone if I’m not buying a car from them. 9 phone calls 3 voice mails over the course of 2 days. No call backs or anything. If I try to talk to the secretary that I’m not able to reach anyone it’s as if they’re reading of a script. Just leave a phone number and name and someone will call back eventually.disappointing to say the least.
