Took a friend who was very interested in getting a new RAV4 Hybrid. Met The sales person Shan Manojkumar and he was another gem of a character who helped us and found the 2024 SUV with in 1 week. We all are happy. Great sales person. Have a great idea to get the SUV with in their budget 200/ 200 marks for the sales person.

I got my tire of Honda SUV nailed several days ago. I went to Honda 4S service center first and was told to replace it with a new tire. I noticed that even with a nail in the tire, I could drive the car without any problem so the air leakage shouldn't be that severe. My husband searched in the internet and found that there is a way to repair it instead of just buying a new tire. So I contacted Don Valley North Toyota through my dealer and got a positive answer on the repairing solution from their experienced technician by just looking at a photo I sent via email. Long story short, that nailed tire was successfully repaired thanks to the master of Don Valley North Toyota. Saved me a lot of $!

It's a super easy way to solve this problem by just replacing with a new tire. I can easily buy it online, the tire can be quickly delivered home, and my husband can easily replace it. If this can all be done by ourselves, why would we need to bother going to a 4S service center? Because we want to get a professional opinion, a creative and quality solution, a value-added service on our cars, and more importantly with a customer-centric heart. I don't think Honda 4S can't repair my nailed tire, but I do think that they don't care. So if you are looking for a 4S service center to solve your car problems, don't hesitate, go to Don Valley North Toyota, because they take care of your car, and CARE about you!

This is in regards to the financing team. Dont get financing from them. The lady that was doing my financing ran my credit twice when I Explicitly told her not to. She then did not tell me who my lender was and i had to call around. Worst financing ever. 2nd time buying a car from them. Never again.

I know some people can't speak English well, they trust chinese language, but not really for that, this guy only good for us when u come to see the car, after that, u can't get any help from him. Usually I don't write or give any reviews, but the service I recieved from buying my used vehicle exceeded my expectations.

Have been visiting this dealership for the last two years.and bought almost four cars from them. Mr. Pejman akbari is a wonderful person to deal with very knowledgeable salesperson. An expert in his job.very honest and answered all the questions very patiently. Definitely visit them for my next purchase and highly recommended.

This one star is for a recent experience I had with one of the sales rep. I was in touch with one of their other sales rep, but unfortunately he was on vacation. We had discussed on a price and it was reasonable enough for me to proceed. I called them and they connected me with a sales rep, Thomas. I explained to him the model I was looking at and the price I had in mind. He gave a loud laugh on his side and said it cannot be done and that this is a joke. I calmly explained to him that I did my research and this was the MRSP, so I feel this is realistic. I also mentioned that the dealership in Brampton was offering this price. He responded by saying, and I quote, "If Brampton is offering this price, you go there. ". This really annoyed me and I did not want to further my discussion with him.

This is not how you do business and I am really surprised by this interaction I had. I felt he was too lazy to try to win my business because my price was too low for him to make a decent commission. I heard good things about this dealership, but my interaction with Thomas says otherwise.

As usual, it was a great pleasure getting the service from Shan Manojkumar. He's always been great & accommodating. All we have to tell him is what we need and he'll work around our needs. This is my third experience in the last 2 years and strongly recommend him for anyone.

I had a great experience purchasing my car from Don Valley. Mason Nazari was very helpful and informative, he made it easier for me to decide which car was best suited for me. Great service!

Waiting area could use a make over. Other dealers have a tv and newspapers. DVNT has chairs in a hallway and could only find one newspaper with half the sections missing.
At least the chairs were clean.

I just want to share my experience:

I have a 2009 Toyota Corolla and for a few days my car RPM is going up and down, so I towed my car to Don Valley North Toyota (Mississauga to Markham) and they told me the diagnostic will take approx. 120 dollars. So, I said go ahead and then they told me the problem is Throttle but it still did not work so they said it may be ECU problem and it still did not work. Almost 5 days later and they cannot find out the problem and I told them I cannot afford UBER or towing the car, but they told me they tried their best to fix it. Anyways they don’t know what the problem is.

On Saturday, I went there and talked about my car and they told me they will call me around 7: 00am but I didn’t receive a call. So, I called at 9: 30am and left a voice message and called the Tow truck to bring it back to Mississauga. Now, they were holding my car to pay the money for time they spent on my car, which they did not fix the problem (They are practicing in my car). I said if you don’t know then why you are wasting my time and anyways they still charged me $375.11 without fixing my car.

I always buy my car and get it fixed from Don Valley North Toyota. Also, recently my family bought a Corolla and RAV 4 but sorry, this is my last Toyota from Don Valley North Toyota.

I just recently got a car from here, and I highly recommend If any one is looking to get a great deal. I had Hameed and Anand take me through every step of the way from the beginning until I was handed the keys to my car. They were execeptionly helpful into getting me exactly what I needed. Any questions I had they had the answer. They've worked with me through the whole process and even gave me their personal number if there were any concerns. That is what I call great service. I was very well satisfied with their service and I definitely recommend anyone to reach these two gentleman.

After visiting many dealerships I've got to say the customer experience that I encountered during my visit and Don Valley North Toyota was outstanding thanks to Adrianne Phin. She was by far the most friendly, engaging, enthusiastic and confident employee that I've met in this industry and really educated me on what was available to me while the sales teams were extremely busy. You can tell that she truly cares about the customers. Adrianne is definitely an asset to this dealership and there's no doubt that she will have continued success as she continues to be amazing with her customers.

I have dealt with many auto dealerships and don valley north is truly focused on retaining there

2 other dealerships told me its gonna take 1 hour and 130$+tax to calibrate sensors. 130$+tax! (those who know a thing or two about cars, knows it takes 20 min). These guys were done in 35 min and I paid only 70$ together with NEW windshield WIPERS! Mark is an awesome adviser, thank you again. And thanks a lot guys for being honest.

"I did lease a 2018 RAV4 on late OCT, 2018. This odometer is running very fast in a way that within three weeks shows more than 2200/KM while i drove my car at maximum estimate not more than 500-600/KM. I report this issue to Toyota Don Valley, a service appointment given to me after 4-5 days on NOv 26,2017 at 9.45am.when I got there.they asked me someone of service dept.should drive the car in the road to find the possible issue.this method of measurement is so unprofessional for diagnostic issue for a company as toyota.result of this this test doesn't show anything to them.finally they said someone else might drove the car in my home while I explained I have no one else in my home to drive my car. I did spend more than four hours in Toyota don valley looking to answer my concern but unfortunately they could do anything just wasting my time. My car odometer is running and I can not drive it afraid of to be over mileage by the end of the lease. I obligated to pay for my leased car but I can not drive it! My invoice No: T0CS430548 "

Amazing experience overall! From the receptionist to the final sale, everything was a great experience. Everyone I met was friendly and I didn't feel the coldness/pressure that I've felt at other dealerships. I was able to establish a deal with Justin Ng and since I guess it was month end, I was actually able to get the car the same day! Unbelievable if you ask me! Totally unexpected.
