I had an absolutely amazing time here. Everyone was so welcoming and kind. Danika did a fantastic job and was very gentle but thorough. I appreciated her friendliness and professionalism. She made me feel very comfortable and gave me really great tips! I usually find going to the dentist dreadful but I’d like to thank them for changing my viewpoint. Excellent!

Ridiculous prices. $170 to have a small tooth filling replaced. The exact same procedure costs $2 in South Korea.

I have been a patient at the Doncrest Dental Centre for a few years now. Dr. Wong and his team have always provided exceptional level of dental care, being able to address all my concerns. Recently I opted in for an implant surgery – broke one of my teeth. Once again, it was handled with the highest degree of professionalism. Definitely recommend!

You can really trust your teeth with Dr. Yun! He was awesome in doing my implant and I honestly didn't feel it. The staff are so nice especially Yogita. She was so helpful and understanding throughout my treatments and I truly appreciate all the dedication and hard work in this office. Very good service but I was charged $100 more than they told me over the phone, adding cleaning services without my consent.

This clinic stands out from the rest because of the kindness and professionalism of the staff. Dr. Ken Wong is an extraordinarily talented dentist, but most importantly is a super nice guy who will help you look and feel your best. Definitely recommend!

Had a wisdom tooth removed here. Dr. Ken Wong and his team were very professional and friendly. They went the extra mile to take care of me. Office is very nice clean and they use the latest equipment. You can even watch Netflix while you lie down in the chair. I will definitely be going back for more work. Keep up the good work!

Ive been coming to this dentist office for more than 2 yrs and i had multiple issues with insurance claims with this place. My most recent visit they gave me a bill 2 yrs after service, saying it was never paid. They also weren't very thorough with checking for what i was covered and how often i was covered under my insurance plan. This was the reason for the 2yrs past bill they asked me to pay. I get my teeth checked every 6 months so at any of those times they could have asked me to pay but to ask after 2yrs shows how bad their administrative is. With all the other issues with insurance and payments made me so frustrated that in the end I decided to switch dentist. When I saw a new dentist from a different clinic, they told me I had a bad filling on the left side which created a small cavity. That reassured me that I made the right decision changing dentist. Also noticed that everytime i visited i saw a different hygienist. Never got to see someone consistently. I would not recommend this dentist office. Its unfortunate because initially I found this place friendly and professional even though the wait times were a bit long.

Very poor service.no anyone response. I called the lady book appointment yesterday she said call me back and I sent text to make appointment.finally no one reply me.

Outstanding practice! Warm and accommodating receptionist. The team of dentists and hygienists are skillful, professional and thorough. Even after moving from the area, I continue to return to this dentist.

Was fortunate to work here for 5 years. Staff are very nice, hardworking and supportive. Dr. Han and Dr. Yun are great bosses, highly skilled and are always pursuing the most advanced leading edge dental technology. My family and I are still patients and I would strongly recommend this clinic to all families.

Amazing service and attentive staff. Dr. Wong and the hygienists were very open to concerns and questions and provided great explanations and peace of mind.

The office itself is very modern and sleek, with wall and ceiling mounted TVs for showing photos and x-rays to patients which is incredibly useful for explaining the work to be done.

After moving into the area and reading reviews online, I booked my first cleaning/exam at Doncrest Dental and was very pleased with the overall experience. Clement (dental hygienist) was friendly, gentle-handed and informative in his practice. Dr. Wong was warm, attentive and thorough in his exam. The office is very clean and modern (there are even TVs above patient chairs in the exam rooms). Administration staff are professional, welcoming, and very helpful with making/altering appointments and submitting insurance claims. I would highly recommend Doncrest Dental!

I have very pleasant experience, and recommend all who whatever reason terminate dental appointment-to book one with dr. Wong. He has very easy hands, and work professionally quick, so you merely notice treatment is done so easily, while watching your favourite show on netflix. Thanks to assistants, receptionists and hygienists - you'll be taken care on really high level. Office has talented managers as well, and 2 more trustworthy doctors. They do everything and can recommend you skillful specialists, if needed. Cheers'

I have found my favourite dental place. I usually hate going to dental offices and get a cleaning done but this was my first time at Doncrest and I absolutely love it. They were so professional. I had Clement cleaning me teeth and he explained to me every process he needed to do in full detail and he was so gentle but thorough during the process! I did not feel any pain or discomfort at all (keep in mind that it's been a little over 2 years since my last cleaning). I highly recommend Doncrest Dental Centre for those seeking for a dental centres. And if you do go, request for Clement! He is so professional and amazing! =)
