A lot of graffiti on the building. An average park. Looks like it has a pretty neat skateboard park.

This place is a great, FREE place to park for the beach! Just a 10 min.walk saves you $5 per hour parking at the beach's main/central parking lots.

Great location, baseball/soccer fields in good shape. The bathrooms need to be fixed up and open. Two port a potties are not sufficient for the number of people on the fields.
