The vet here rushes to get you in and out as soon as possible. So much so that he does not do thorough checks. I brought my cat here when she came out of her remission because of diabetes. The vet took tests.

He completely missed her mammary cancer which had developed lumps on her breast.

Amazing spot! Met the vet a few times and he was very affordable and helpful, but I especially go back for the staff. Found out my cat is diabetic, and they order extra diabetic food and insulin for me before I even ask. When I called in to order some, a girl who works there named Sheena (whom I usually deal with, though the other staff are also great) told me "I figured you were getting low, so I ordered some for you! ". She's always sweet and on the ball, and I couldn't even tell you how many times they have saved my butt. Definitely am yet to have better experience at a vet clinic, so this review comes with my absolute strongest recommendation

My cat was sick and I assumed it was tooth pain based on some symptoms. I took my cat here and the vet barely opened my cats mouth and said he needed dental work and teeth pulled. Didn't xray to come to that conclusion. But said he had an infection. Sent me off with no pain meds or antibiotics and said he'd give them to me after surgery. $1200 was the cost. Waiting for the surgery day my cat got worse so took him to the emergency vet.
He had cancer. A huge tumor under his tounge. Nothing to do with his teeth. They were fine. And he was in severe pain. Do not take your pet here. Terrible

Would not recommend. Came here to have some x-rays done when our dog was very sick to see what was happening with her, the doctor handled the situation very poorly and did not make me feel comfortable at all. He recommended a more equipt vet as it was beyond what they could do at that clinic, this is understandable.

We took her to a different vet and called multiple times to request our X-rays and anything we had done with donlands be sent over to the new clinic, they were open the next day but the veterinarian was on vacation or something and the reception was unable to do this for us. The new vet eventually received pictures taken of a cell phone of the xrays and were unable to really see anything. Definitely not what you’d expect to be paying for and very unprofessional

My first visit at the Donlands animal hospital was great and smooth. Both the doctor and receptionist were professional, caring and upbeat! Price for first vaccine reasonable!

Fantastic vet team who helped my cat in a crisis during the Holidays. They performed a cystotomy for bladder stones promptly and the after care was great as well. So happy I found this clinic and pulled my pet out of the emergency vet he was being seen by. Affordable prices and high quality care.

Helpful staff and great doctor. Dr. Ben is very attentive and only suggest things if only there are necessary.
