Made an appointment (with Kia next door) last-minute and they were able to accommodate me; however after 20 minutes of standing at their counter I was told that they had neither the headlight bulb nor the brake light bulb that I’d come in to replace. I wish they had checked stock in advance so I wouldn’t have wasted my time coming in. Friendly mechanic down the road wound up fixing both lights for me in about 30 minutes’ time. I wouldn’t have been able to complete my list of errands had he not helped me out. He was surprised that Kia itself didn’t have these common bulbs in stock.

This Dealership will NOT help you unless you are buying/paying for their products and/or services.

They can't even own up to their own mistakes. Their Service advisors are unpleasant, unhelpful and will find every excuses in the book, not to honour the Warranties.

I purchased an RVR from there and now they won't honour the warranty for the Transmission that keeps slipping, which is a commonly known to be defective and have this issue past the 60,000 km mark.

The unhelpful Service advisors offer zero help or solutions, instead they rather blame it all on modification parts that THEY installed prior to expose in the showroom to attract potential customers for selling purpose.
Obviously they don't stand by their product or own up to their poor after sale service.

Best advice from me is to avoid buying anything from them or refrain from buying any Mitsubishi products altogether.

Mitsubishi has known of this transmission issue for years but yet to rectify it or honour their warranty.

My partner bought 2 SUV's there. Both were outlander sports. Both had transmission problems. Both times they passed the puck to Mitsubishi Canada. They're after sale customer service or customer care is nonexistent. No help, no nothing.

Waste of time and the disrespectful customer service. I had an amazing experience with Donnelly KIA few years ago.so my first choice was to book with Donnelly Mitsubishi to buy a new car.contacted the dealer and they booked me an appointment with Issa today @ 1: 30pm.arrived 10 mins early.waited for 20mins.tried to ask one of the staff because my time passed and need to know how much time to wait.and the rude answer was. (He is busy with customers.you can rebook if you don't have time to wait). So I left because if you can't respect your own schedule and my time. How I'm gonna trust you and believe anything you say.what a waste of time!

We had a wonderful experience buying our 2023 Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross. Being from NL we made contact with Chris Daniels (Sales Manager) who assigned us to a junior sales associate Tarek Safia. Through Tarek we were able to get a terrific deal where we were saving several thousand dollars over buying in NL. Finally when we arrived to pick up the car there were some additions that was supposed to be on the car that wasn’t. We dealt with Abdul for the financing at the dealership. When we mentioned to him about the additions Je apologized for it and certainly made it right. Between the three of them consulting we ended up with a loaner car and told our car would be ready the next day. We were not disappointed, the next day when we returned it was all completed. We had a terrific experience and even with the hiccups the guys at Donnelly Mitsubishi did not disappoint

Sept 8 was hearing noise coming from the rear passenger side brake of the car. Recently had rear driver side caliper seized on Sept 13 finding out I was driving on metal-to-metal rotor. I bought new brake pads and rotors and installed it on the passenger side myself. While trying to do the driver's side rear back brake we found out the bleeder on my car was not letting fluid out we even removed the bleeder screw, and no fluid came out. Plus, I was not able to compress.service Sept 21 says my car was not maintained correctly by the owner.though my transcription show that I have been maintaining service to my car when it's required by the service of me. Mitsubishi Canada has an email giving me permission to do oil changes and filter change. It's funny that when you want to trust the mechanics and you ask a question on Sept 20 and the mechanic doesn't know the answer of why the bleeder wouldn't leak some brake fluid and he was stumped with the question.his thought was dirt something stopped the fluid from moving. Donnelly service tech pointed all fingers at me for not take my care into them for service when they haven't proven they are responsibly to take care of my own personal vehicle. I have spoken to three mechanical they all say that Donnelly's are not to be trusted and I spoke to many people who have worked on doing brake jobs and they all say that Donnelly is making up excuse to not have the driver rear caliper replaced when there is a lot of brake pad material left on the car.if you look at my pics you will the rear passenger side was worn to the metal, but the others have a lot of material.not sure why Donnelly's don't like. I spoke to Mitsubishi Canada about my issue and warned them if they don't help, I would never buy another Mitsubishi product again!
I wanted to give Donnelly's a chance to prove they care about people that buy cares from them. After the letter I got in the response to why my caliper failed to work correctly and they sent a video showing it bleeds fluid. But never answer why it was seized or why not brake fluid would release?
there excuse is the care was not service by them!
they will never have any of my business again unless they fix this issue and replace the caliper under the manufactory warranty.
I wish I had of read some of the reviews I had seen today 3 years ago and not bought a car from them.the staff are polite, but they don't respect the people that keep them employed. Being myself and people that come to get a straight answer no finger point at clients. This is what they do in their document to me.the dealership makes it hard to come back for another one. To trust a dealership is to get answer why the bleeder on Sept 13 didn't leak brake fluid? That question was not answered by Donnelly staff only finger pointing at me! I wouldn't trust these people! They might be angry because I communicate with Mitsubishi Canada also

I recently bought an Outlander PHEV. The team that were supporting me included Issa and Chris. The purchasing experience was amazing. They were helpful and answered any and all questions that I had. They were responsive in their communication, and supportive throughout the process.
I've had a vehicle a couple of weeks now, and its been amazing.
I would definitely recommend Issa and Chris from Donnelly Mitsubishi, both for the product, and for the support they provided.

I have used another service station for 23 yrs. I trust them. I have not liked the service with you since I bought the vehicle I would use for personal use and camping. I had a pop up trailer, which the salesperson knew. The outlander I bought cannot pull that, yet they let me get a $1000 trailer hitch put on.
So that being said, my 2020 Outlander has been making a noise for about 6 months now. It does it, I’ll take it in, it doesn’t do it, they search everything, the rear end is all tight and nothing can be found. I was told to bring it in when it makes the noise, so I did on Mon. I drove around with the mechanic and the noise was obvious. They put it up on the hoist, checked again and could find nothing.
We thought it might be a warranty issue, so I brought it to you.
AUTOMATICALLY charged $82.00 plus, to write up a work order. My place, charged NOTHING to look at it three times.
I drove around your lot and of course no noise. The mechanic said “I can see the marks on the brakes (passenger side) probably what it is). I told him it was the driver side back wheel where the noise was coming from. I knew then I was not going to get the right answer.
I had paid the money for the work order so I left my car.
Received a phone call later saying that the back wheel had a wrong bolt put in and something was broken, and the front brakes needed replacement. I thanked them and picked up my car.
I gave my mechanic the list I received from you. They were watching my brakes, and they did not yet need to be replaced. Nothing was broken in the back wheel, not a wrong bolt put in either.
I would like my money back. Your mechanics lied and I paid for it. We bought 2 new vehicles from you in 2020, and a Lancer prior to that. We will never buy a Mitsubishi again, and a review will be written. I know none of that matters to your company

Hello, my experience at this dealership was very pleasant. The staff were also polite and knowledgeable. They answered all of my questions without hesitation and represented their profession with honour and class. Everyone in that team knows their stuff. Issa, in particular, was amazing with his candor and demeanor. There was no pressure sales, just old fashion business. Thanks again to Donnelly and all the staff at the Mitsubishi site in Kanata.

I had an amazing experience at Donnelly Mitsubishi from my sales rep all the way up to the date my vehicle was delivered. The dealership sent me an Uber on the day of pickup. When I got to the dealership my brand new car was sitting there all shiny and had a gigantic red bow on it. I know that the process to secure financing and approval takes a lot of steps but I would have never known as in my eyes everything went smoothly even though they worked tirelessly behind the scenes. Thank you Donnelly Mitsubishi for making my dream come true.

**BUYERS BE AWARE**

I ecently paid a visit to the Donnelly Mitsubishi dealership, hopeful about bringing an Outlander PHEV GT-P into my driveway. However, the experience that unfolded left me feeling rather let down.

Upon walking in, the salesperson spent a good hour explaining how the car works, even though I told him that I didn't need that information and asked for the cost breakdown. After 1.5 hours, I was faced with a scenario where a bunch of extra fees, totaling a hefty $9000, were presented to me. Almost $7000 was attributed to warranty, even though Mitsubishi's default warranty covers those. These fees supposedly covered Donnelly protection, an extended warranty, and paint protection. What really bothered me was the lack of upfront information regarding these charges. It took some persistent questioning on my part to finally get a detailed breakdown. It felt like they were intentionally keeping these costs under wraps unless I pried them out.

What added to the disappointment was the dealership's unwillingness to budge on these additional fees or even engage in a constructive conversation. The salesperson even referred to these additional fees as "the dealer fee! " It seemed like they were taking advantage of the current COVID situation and the high demand to pad their profits at the expense of their customers.

***In the long run, I believe that once the COVID craziness settles, people will remember which dealerships upheld honest business practices and which ones tried to exploit the situation for a quick buck. ***

To sum it all up, my experience at Donnelly Mitsubishi was marked by a lack of transparency, an uncooperative attitude, and a clear attempt to benefit from the current circumstances. **There are plenty of other dealerships and car manufacturers out there, so don't limit yourself to the dishonest ones. **
