Ryan was very efficient and knowledgeable today when performing an inspection on our new heat pump! We love the system. He answered a long list of questions and explained the threshold settings. Thank you Ryan.

Ryan inspected my recently installed propane water heater & furnace. The work was not done by a licensed gas fitter. There were problems resulting in red tagging both due to code violations/not safe. Ryan explained clearly why & actually showed me the written codes.
Ryan was very polite, pleasant, knowledgeable & empathetic to my situation. He stayed beyond his scheduled hours. He was also a hit with my Yorkie & she let him give her belly rubs

Can’t say anything but positive things about Don’s.
Our hot water tank died on us night before Xmas eve. I contacted Don via their emergency line around 8pm asking what to do and not expecting anyone to rush over replacing the tank over the holidays (everyone deserves to be with family).
Don was super helpful and despite staff being off for the holidays they managed to get my tank replaced and installed within reason… awesome service guys and all around great communication with Don and his crew! Really appreciate what they do, Thanks again!

Very professional and personable company that is my go-to for HVAC repairs and maintenance. Also had them install a well priced humidifier on my furnace. I would absolutely recommend these guys.

Ryan came to give me a quote to extend gas line for bbq hookup. He was able to change the connection while there to make bbq functional.

In the heating maintenance which is really the annual service there should be included, automatically, the installation of a new furnace filter. This could easily be incorporated into the service fee - a no hassle maintenance feature of Don's Heating and Cooling. It would reflect excellent customer service.
The fireplace also given a service maintenance and the technician was excellent in his work.
Now our home is ready for whatever winter has to throw at us.

Thanks to Don's for a job well done! It always seems like your furnace goes down on the coldest day of the year. Notwithstanding that, I had a new furnace installed (with some extra duct work) very professionally within 24 hrs of placing order.

We had our furnace break down in January on one of the coldest days. Dons Heating and Cooling were quick to respond and review the furnace and provided great information and quotes for repair and or a new installation. We decided to have a new furnace installed and they quickly scheduled the technician to complete the work. Follow up and communication was exceptional.

Mitch was terrific, personable and professional. As was the call with Katy explaining our situation with big company that didn't fix our air con problem and set us up for a complete new furnace and air condtioner after the one was had was only 8 years old.

Absolutely excellent service. My furnace was not working and they managed to have a technician to my home within an hour, on the weekend, to get heat back up and running in my house. Very polite, courteous and helpful! Highly recommend them!

Techs are friendly and do good work and I met Don he's a really nice guy. Trouble is customer service. Got a quote for some furnace repairs back in October, received an email 3 weeks later saying there was a back order issue and there's been no communication since, it's now February. I emailed the service coordinator and got no reply. Also called about getting a new water heater and was told a sales person would call me back, which never happened. I shouldn't have to chase people to spend thousands of dollars.

Great customer service all around! Easy to schedule an appointment, technician came out quickly to diagnose the issue with my gas fireplace. Parts were ordered quickly and installed the following weekend. Technicians who came to the house were friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Would definitely recommend thus service to others.

These pros were great! Due to the lack of availability of parts anywhere (Covid) it was a challenge to have no furnace for 2 weeks in January but not for their lack of trying! I would definitely recommend Don’s Heating!

Our furnace stopped working in January when the temperature was -25C. Don’s Heating and Cooling Orangeville responded to our call for repair and sent their technician Paul to our home immediately. Paul was incredibly professional and presented us with multiple options (electronic quotes for each repair option provided to us at the time of inspection of our furnace). Ultimately, we chose to have our furnace replaced and Don’s was able to facilitate the installation of our new furnace less than 24 hours later. Paul installed our furnace quickly and efficiently having had a sheet metal part fabricated to fit our ductwork prior to arriving for installation. We would absolutely recommend Don’s Heating and Cooling Orangeville!

We had a wonderful experience with Don's Heating and Cooling this past January 2022. Our furnace quit, and Don worked with me until we came up with the best solution, price-wise and equipment-wise. The two technicians who did the work, James and Justin were absolutely wonderful! They were on time, didn't stop until the work was done perfectly, were extremely polite, and very considerate around coming into and out of our house with snowy, wet boots. They were fully prepared, and I hope they come back to see us again this coming spring when we get our air conditioning installed. All in all a great experience during a very stressful time.
