1/ have been using the company to help with garage door for years (old house with original garage door for over 40 years)
2/ technicians are helpful to install or repair parts if feasible and only recommend parts that need replacement (e.g. Motor)
3/ recently, the old garage door is beyond repair, send a sales staff without charge and provide reasonable quote without over charging on the next day after the call
4/ the product was shipped within a week and technician was able to install it within the same day and noticed another hidden part that require replacement, along with the installation of a new frame (required another visit to fix the defective part and the new frame)
Overall, service is great and courteous and professional staff.

Tanya who answers the phone and handles appointments has the worse mannerism and is rude and unfriendly. Makes you feel like she’s doing you a favour taking your money. The company would do better with an automated receptionist!

The service here was exceptional, Tonya was amazing to deal with and Bob provided excellent service. I would 100% recommend this service to anyone looking for a new garage door or garage installation!

Tanya had service tech 'Chris' out within the hour. Chris was excellent. He took the time to carefully work around our parked cars and worked very hard to level the tilted double door garage. He replaced the broken cables and made adjustments to the spring, opener, and checked and tightened all the door hardware. Pricing was very fair, and matched my conversation with Tanya, no upselling no unnecessary work! I was very happy with Chris and the Door Doctor!

Service was great from start to finish. Garage door spring broke on a Sunday morning. Received call back within minutes with estimate. Could have had service same day but elected to avoid the minimum Sunday charge ($400). First thing Monday, the technician (Bob) called in advance and was excellent. Cost was reasonable also.

My garage door broke yesterday. I needed my car to get to a doctor's appointment. I phoned Tanya and she sent the service tech, Bob. He arrived within the hour and had the door fixed within 45 minutes. They have a tremendous team there. I recommend them 100%!
