Very happy with the service and installation from Doorway. Rick helped us decide on the best door suited for our house and delivered our door ahead of schedule. So happy with my new door! Service was excellent all the way through the process. The owner Rick came out and took the time to provide a colour consultation and helped me choose the door colour and style, type of privacy glass and hardware set. The door was installed in 6 weeks time as promised. The workmanship was excellent and the complete installation included painting the new interior door casing to match the existing paint trim inside my house - I didn’t even have to pick up a paint brush! Thank you Doorway! I highly recommend Doorway to anyone looking to improve the curb appeal of your home.

I was really nervous because of the unique colour of the brick on my house and having a difficult time deciding on a door colour and style that would suit. Eventually I just trusted Rick’s recommendation and so happy that I did now.

We had glass inserts installed into our front door and sidelight. The whole experience was seamless. In the showroom, Rick took time with us and had a lot of patience while we picked out the inserts. The install was done by Eric-he was professional and a nice guy. Rebecca in the office handled the ordering and billing politely and efficiently.
It was our first time dealing with Doorway.
These are professionals and my wife & I wouldn't hesitate to do business with them again.

UPDATE:
We recently used Doorway for a 2nd time, this time for our front door and it looks amazing. We wanted something more modern that would still let in light. Laura helped us find exactly what we were looking for. She was very thorough at explaining the materials they use and how the installation works. They offer a vast selection of doors and designs and Rick had several colours for us to choose from so it would match our house nicely. Our new door wasn't scheduled to be installed until August, but they were able to do it at the end of June! Eric came out to install our new door and the best word to describe him is incredible. He really took the time to make sure everything was perfect. You can tell he cares about his work, it shows! Even after installation, we noticed a small blemish in the paint and Rick came out to fix it promptly. We couldn't be happier with our new door. And are so glad we went with Doorway again.

We were looking for a while for French doors with frosted glass windows and needed a custom setup (one needed to be latched, etc). The type and style we wanted seemed hard to come by, so after finding them at Home Depot, we almost ordered the doors from there. Until they were going to submit the order based off of our measurements (that we had roughly taken), so something told us not to go through with it. Thankfully we didn't! They told us we needed pre-hung doors, which was completely incorrect and almost ended up costing us double the price unnecessarily. Not to mention the 7-8 weeks for the doors to even come in, plus waiting for an installation date. We happened to drive by Doorway and decided to stop in. Rick was so patient with us while we explained what we wanted and even though we didn't know exactly what we were talking about, he knew exactly what we needed. Right away telling us we didn't need pre-hung doors (imagine our relief!) AND that they could be ordered, made and installed within 3 weeks. The best part was it cost us less than half of what Home Depot was going to charge (installation was included in the quoted price with Doorway). Rick came to take proper measurements a couple of days later and in less than 3 weeks, our doors were installed. They look fantastic, fit the space perfectly and we are so pleased. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Rick and his staff to anyone!

We just got our new door installed and the end result is excellent. The installer (Phil) was very efficient, friendly, and helpful, and the quality of his work is top notch Everything looks wonderful. The value-to-price ratio of the product and service is better than the others we compared Doorway Inc to.

The only drawback was that it did take well beyond the stated time for everything in the original order to come through (due to supply chain issues) but that is likely a challenge with other door companies as well. If you aren't in a rush, I would highly recommend Doorway Inc.
