Dope Fades

Its a shame to experience a business that has no morals, principles or professionalalism. I booked an appointment as outlined on dope fades online portal for 10am the following day. I also received a confirmation email. The morning of my appointment I called the establishment at 9: 30am and I was told the stylist will be in. Upon my arrival, I came to learn that management and staff were not aware of my stylists location. After management failing to reach the stylist, I was told my stylist is on vacation. On that same day car pooling my younger sibling for a cut at this establishment he's supported for two years now, we were told to leave after we expressed we didnt want service from one specific stylist due to past experiences.
I would never recommend this establishment due to their lack of professionalim and customer service.

Excellent fades, open on Sundays, very satisfied customer.
I will recommend to family and friends.
