Dorchester Limo

Booked for a wine tour. First they made the mistake of double booking us! Hopped in one limo and the coolant hose came off on the way to Niagara. Stuck at the roadside for 2 hrs waiting for a mechanic. Late for our wine tour! Then on the way home, another breakdown! The front drivers side tire tore to shreds! Another 3 hours stuck at the road side on a busy highway in the cold and dark! The company did not reimburse us appropriately at all! We missed our dinner and didn't get home until 11pm! Horrible service and the driver did not listen to our concerns or suggestions!

Traffic was horrible and Richard did not worry he detoured and we arrived on time and very safe… he even dressed up for our event! On September 9, our wine tour was ruined, our limo broke down on the way to Niagara, a hose blew, Dorchester Limo would not send another to pick us up off the side of the 403, they did send a mechanic to fix the coolant hose, we were 1 1/2 hours late to our first destination, we tried to make the best of it only to find out that we still had a leak and our driver Gerald was filling up water jugs to top up the reservoir for our trip home. We asked again for another Limo or any vehicle to pick us up and bring us home, the answer was always no! Then on the way home we had a tire blow out, again 13 girls on the side of the 403, our driver kept giving us different answers as to when another limo or anything was picking us up, we were told 1 hour, then another hour, it was 3 hours before we were picked up, this company had no regard for out safety, no back up plan for emergencies, and the driver didn’t even know how to set up the orange triangles to warn traffic of our breakdown, it was dark, getting cold and no washroom facilities, no one at this company cared, the limo was very close to the white line and it was dangerous for us to even sit inside while we waited! Terrible company, I do not recommend these Limos to anyone, people’s lives were not safe and no one cared!

Dorchester Limo provided outstanding service for my event. I reserved a party bus, and they provided the most reasonable rate I could find around the London Ontario area, and still willing to match and/or beat any rate I could find that was cheaper.
They were easy to communicate with leading up to the event and answered all of my questions with little to no turnaround time. Our driver Robert was the nicest man ever! Kind, courteous, and very patient. Even made a very quick bathroom break stop between locations. Everyone at the event enjoyed the party bus more than the bar! I will DEFINITELY be using their services again and would recommend them to everyone I know.

Christine was one hundred percent the best driver I’ve ever and she deserves a huge raise!

Really really bad I wouldn’t recommend this company, we booked a lemo bus, m very very dirty, seats ripped and had no AC everyone on the bus was sweating like crazy, the driver was so rude we told him the ac is not working why would you bring an old dirty lemo that has no ac for a wedding ceremony, his answer was IM NOT A MECHANIC, very very bad experience…….

We used Dorchester Limo for our wedding party transportation. Throughout the process of planning the communication with Lisa and/or Sarah was excellent. Our limo arrived on time, was clean, and the AC was refreshing!

Our driver Nancy called a couple days before the wedding date to confirm pickup times, and the location details. She was wonderful! Nancy was professional, kind, funny, and most importantly punctual. She went above and beyond to make sure this part of our day ran smoothly. With a couple added touches, she made sure that we were always happy and comfortable.

We had a wonderful experience. We highly recommend Dorchester Limo and their services.

We rented their 15 passenger Sprinter van for a trip to and back from Toronto. We were very pleased with the service we received and the van it's self. Our driver, Christine was very pleasant and ready to do anything she could for us. We would most definitely use Dorchester Limo again. Thanks for a great day!

My group had Christine as our driver a couple weeks ago. She was early, very sweet to all of us and had very easy and clear communication. She helped us set up the bluetooth sound system before leaving so we wouldn’t have any issues. She had no issues at all with us being as loud or quiet as we wanted to be. We also requested to stop and an ONroute and she had no issues with that either!

Overall, she was an amazing driver and I would love to have her drive us again! 10/10

Gerald took us to Pearson and back before and after our trip to the islands. He was on time, friendly, helpful and a great driver. All that you can ask for from a trip. I highly recommend!

Christine was amazing at her job and an overall great person. I lost my glasses on the bus after a party and I was still able to retrieve them thanks to her!

We used their services for my son's 9th birthday and I was very impressed with the service from start to finish! It was super easy to book and their price definitely beat the competition. We got the 15 passenger limo bus, it was super clean and the boys definitely loved it! On a personal level though our driver Christine was awesome! Super personable and made the full experience easy and got us to where we needed safe and right on time. I will definitely be using them again in the future but will be replacing juice boxes with beer cans! Cheers!

Meh. Good customer service on the front end in communication, payment, responsiveness. Driver was very nice although you could tell he wasn't super impressed to be driving what ended up being a very old, run down limo.

To be clear, I asked numerous times on the age. The limo is apparently 2011 or so which is certainly not new, and the inside was actually in very good condition, however the outside was closer to being a teenagers beater than a nice vehicle so keep this in mind pending what statement you are trying to make.

Driver was there when he needed to be, ride was smooth, we still had fun, just disappointed the entire car down left side was basically rusted and paint slapped over it, and the door was so temperamental you had to stand on one leg and hold your breath to hope it might open! Limo companies, geez.

I’ve never been asked so many times for “my gratuity” even before we were on the bus.

During our wedding photoshoot he continuously interrupted the shoot asking us for his gratuity.

Then when we were on our way to the venue he made a big fuss about turning on the AC cause it was “sooo much work”

Then after our wedding we had the bus for 3 more hours and he drove straight to the hotel and tried to get rid of us.

We managed to keep him for another hour instead of 3 and he kept brake checking us and numerous people flew out of their seats and hit the floor.

I’m not one to write reviews but this was too far. Absolutely terrible.

Also had a friend ride with us that night and he was on the same bus later that week for a jays game in toronto and he said the drivers attitude and driving was the exact same.

We hired them to complete a service. They can no longer deliver that service, and now they’re keeping our money.

They've been holding our money since 2021. I understand COVID delayed the initial trip we had booked with them, but now they don't cross the border which is what we hired them for and they are still keeping our money.

If you do not offer the original service we paid for it makes no sense for you to keep our money.

We have rented from them before and to be honest the buses were not great. Smaller than advertised, no room for storage, and stereo system did not work.

Save yourself the headache and go with a better run company.

This company lacks integrity and has decided that it is their policy to keep customers money when they can no longer deliver a service they were hired for.
