Dr Ginty is an amazing doctor, been seeing her for 25 years since I was a kid and she’s always been great. Most of the time the receptionists are very polite and helpful with things, although there is one that can be quite rude and unwilling/unable to help, but for the most part they are very willing and able to help you to the best of their abilities, as well as usually being very friendly and polite with the exception of one or two. Can be a little difficult to get an appointment at times but they’re usually able to fit you in within a day or two of booking. Great staff, the receptionists, nurses and doctors are all very professional in my experiences. Don’t think I’ve ever had to pay for a doctors note and they’re almost always right on time with prescriptions and can be very flexible. The hours are great and you can book an appointment in person or virtually. The councillor is also very kind and caring and is willing to take the time, as are the doctors and nurses. There are a few things that can be irritating at times though, there have been a few times when I needed my medication urgently and it wasn’t sent to the pharmacy for one reason or another, or I’m not able to get an appointment with my doctor in time. Can also be quite the long wait at time. Other than those few things no complaints, my sister, my mom and I have all been coming here for 20+ years. 4 stars ️️️️
