DOSS came to our rescue and did an amazing job printing our year-end Dance Recital Programs! We are so grateful for their professionalism and timeliness with getting the job done when we were in a time of need. The quality of printing and their willingness to assist is unmatched. We will happily be returning to DOSS for future print jobs and are especially happy to support a fellow local business. Thank you DOSS!

I wanted to try DOSS for a photo enlarging, poster size, and upon pick up, they had the posters rolled up with a sheet of white paper for protection and banded. When I returned home and unrolled the posters, I was shocked to find smudges, fingerprints, blemishes, it was terrible. I know that these could’ve been avoided because they showed clearly when they took the images and projected them on their computer. But no phone call to me to work those out of the pictures since I had already paid, I was forced to pay more money to rectify these blemishes.

I was excited to try out DOSS for a copy job as I was hoping to support a local business. When I emailed for a quote I got a higher cost than expected for the size of my job which confused me. When I asked for a breakdown of the quote to understand cost, I didn't receive a clear breakdown and when I asked for further details, I didn't hear anything back. After another day without getting a reply, I emailed customer service to ask for clarification which led to a response from my previous email that was short and (to be honest) rude. After wasting three days trying to get a clearer answer, I ended up going with a different company. I would definitely not recommend DOSS.
