Really enjoying the desk and a chair I bought the other day. Friendly staff and great selection. I will definitely be coming back!

DOT Burlington has always been our destination for outdoor furniture. The quality has been excellent and the sales staff very helpful. We even had a problem with an umbrella and the fixed it really fast, without a hassle or cost. Highly recommend!

Popped in one day after work and was pleasantly surprised by the great selection and knowledgeable staff. This place is the real deal when it comes to chairs. They don't pressure you but will tell you all the details you need up front, before you buy. 10/10 would recommend.

Attended on a Tuesday morning to arrange for bar stools to be rehabbed.selected fabric.agreed on a price. Returned within 24 hours to drop off the bar stools only to be advised that the repair shop is now closed until October.big change in 24 hours

We bought a couch and chairs set from DOT. The set is wonderful, but what really sold us was the experience. Brittany was professional, courteous, and wanted to help us make the right decision. We'll be back!

I called the shop to ask about a set that i liked online. The experience over the phone with sales rep was terrible. He was condescending and seemed to be irritated with my inquiry. I decided to still go ahead the following week to check out their products. Maybe he was just having a bad day, we all do!
Well when I pulled in, one of the sales rep was outside with a customer and didn’t even acknowledge me. No greeting at all. I spent at least 45 minutes inside the shop, the sales rep at the cash didn’t acknowledge me and never left the counter to ask if I needed any help. I walked around with hopes I could get a second opinion on a set over $2500. The sales rep that was outside made her way inside and continued chatting with the lady (don’t believe she even bought anything). Chatting away and I’m waiting for someone to come. I finally gave up and left feeling defeated. I should have known from my first initial contact, it would’ve been a bad experience. Waste of 45 minutes but lesson learned. I’ll be sharing with my close friends in need of patio furniture to never step foot there. Cheers!
