It was a pleasurable buying experience!

After checking out a few stores we landed at DOT, right away we noticed the quality and huge selection available! The staff was very engaging and customer focused answering all our questions. We decided to purchase the Shoreline sectional because of the modular system and the premium quality of the material. Big shout out to DOT staff Salma, she is a super customer service superstar along with Michael who made the whole purchase process seamless and fixed our issue with lighting speed. I highly recommend this product and this DOT location for your next purchase.

Staff in stores are good. Business owner will never honour any warranty items so once you buy their products, don't expect any customer service. Buyers Beware!
Sales Manager Jena told me to only expect their furniture to last 3-5 summers. They didn't last 2 summers.

Dot's Mayan outdoor table for sale! BRAND NEW.

The furniture is great but Dot's return policy is absolutely awful so I have a beautiful, outdoor table that seats 8 people comfortably for sale. Has an umbrella hole and adjustable feet for easy leveling. Table is a power coated aluminum frame so it will not rust. Top is brushed teak wood style, legs are black.

New and in original packaging (we love it but it is a bit too big for our backyard). Selling it at cost minus the taxes we paid - we'd rather take the small loss giving it to another person than pay Dot's astronomical restocking fee.

The manager or boss whatever he is treated his employee poorly! The employee was in training and I guess he was getting nervous so infront of the customers he raised his voice and gave attitude to his employee. Although the furniture is wonderful but no one should be spoken to like the way he did! Treat others the way u want to be treated.

Great shopping experience, excellent variety of outdoor and indoor products. Staff is very helpful and polite, especially Elisabeth. I purchased a nice vase for only $9.99 and LED candles. There’re a lot of hidden gems, and great deals.

I went to the store looking to just browse initially, but I was greeted by Elisabeth immediately upon entering. She was extremely helpful and showcased most of the items in the store to me. I ended up purchasing some dinnerware because of the quality and the 50% off deal they had at the time. Elisabeth was pleasant, polite and very friendly the entire time and made the process very seamless. If you’re looking for dinnerware, I recommend this place!

This place is awesome, as you enter. Someone will greet you with a friendly smile that makes you feel so comfy. The staff is awesome ready to help you and advice you about the product size and all other details to make your decision easy. There is a lot of variety and awesome products to choose from. A must visit.

I ordered tables online heard nothing for a few weeks. I went into this store and had a hard time finding it. When I did, it was about 5: 30 and the store was closing at 6. The man at the front desk seemed annoyed and very unfriendly. I did not feel welcome at all! I wanted to but the tables since they were in stock there. As I was looking for the order I placed online to show a picture, the man was rolling his eyes and very impatient and I was getting anxious as I felt like I couldn’t find the picture fast enough. Finally found it and I bought the tables. I then contacted head office requesting for the online refund since I didn’t get the tables and the one they said they got was extremely damaged so I was lucky to find decent ones here at the store. I got an email that there would be a refund and then never received it OR even a message back after calling and emailing.
I will not be purchasing anything from DOT furniture if this is how they do business, and how they treat customers both online and in store.
Do not recommend.

Went to Dot today. A very bad experience for two reasons. 1) The womens bathrooms beyond disgusting. They had not been cleaned in months. Old dirt and grime on all surfaces. The health department should investigate. 2) we were in the middle of discussing options on a sectional and our sales women was going to check on stock. She never came back. When leaving we saw her servicing a different customer.

My friend suggested that I check this store out as I was looking for a sectional last fall. Can I just say that it has so much more than outdoor furniture. There was wall art, cabinets, unusual items, etc. I was very impressed with the sectionals on display as they were so comfortable, deep seated and top quality. The only reason I didn't buy my sectional from there is because it couldn't accommodate my space. Staff were so friendly and willing to help with everything. Give DOT a look next time you're in the market for furniture.

We were surprised by the high quality material and clever design of our storage box. It even has handles and wheels! It was quite easy to assemble. We're very happy with our purchase!

Phynicia and Jena, awesome. Was looking at clearance 10x10 parasol. They set it up and called me to come look. Took the time to explain all aspects of base movement and demonstrated umbrella movement. Very thorough. Sadly would not fit my tiny space. Jena wisely suggested bringing drawing of my space which I will do next time. Very thorough and knowledgeable about all products! Have recommended to many who have had similar experiences.

We had such an incredible experience at DOT furniture thanks to Phynicia. If I could give more stars for her amazing customer service, I would. We needed to revamp our entire backyard and were looking to purchase a new dining table set, sectional couch, chair, end table and coffee table. She was so knowledgable, friendly, patient and helpful every step of the way. We went to the store a few times before deciding on which style we wanted and she was so great in following up with us through email and phone to make sure we had all the info we needed on availability, price and warranty. It truly makes a difference when you call and state your name and are immediately greeted with a kind hello as she knew who she was speaking with. She took the time to get to know us and even made sure all the products we wanted were available (she had to call a bunch of stores to ensure everything we wanted would be delivered as some stuff was sold out in the warehouse) before we came to the store to pay for everything. I would 100% recommend all of my family and friends to come to this specific location because I know they'll be in good hands! Thank you so much Phynicia! We absolutely LOVE all of our new patio furniture! You were wonderful and made the entire experience so much better!

Staff and their customer service at this location are absolutely outstanding!
We were kindly greeted and helped while we were in store. We ended up purchasing what we were looking for. We were notified very timely on when items were ready for pickup. During pickup staff were also very helpful.
While putting together a gazebo we purchased we ran into a bit of a setback with a few part and once again staff continued to be most helpful and eager get our issue resolved. We were extremely happy with product and service before, during and after our transaction. A very special thank you to Phynicia, Rosemary and all staff who helped us out.

I had a very good experience with Dot Clearance/Dixie. The staff was patient while I searched though various options for my particular needs. The sales associate who helped me really worked to understand what I was looking for and had good recommendations for me to consider. Later when I returned for another product, the Manager, Jena was very helpful and went above and beyond to locate particular additions I asked about. My purchase was a little while back which has also given us time to see the quality of our purchase. Thank you!

Very dark and not too comforting a place. I found the prices at a premium. But with covid currently occurring, hard to shop openly in store.

My wife and I had been looking for a specific patio furniture set (Amari) to reduce in price since the summer. I called a few weeks back and spoke to Sarah and coincidently the set was going to be on sale. Sarah did a great job in making sure some on got back to me to finalize the order. Jenna called me back within a few days and we got everything at an amazing price! The service at this location is stellar. Keep up the great work Sarah, Jenna and Michael!

Went in looking for an aluminum bench to replace one that broke. Found out they do repairs. Good to know. Lots of inventory to choose from. Decided on 2 new swivel chairs and cushions. They look great with the rest of our outdoor furniture. Sarah was helpful and knowledgeable and very accommodating even with her arm in a sling!

I bought some outdoor furniture at this dot outlet and had Wonderful Service and help picking it out, needed covers for the furniture and received help with patience and respect. Will definitely be referring friends and family and will be shopping here again. Thanks To All who Helped Me.

This store and staff are a hidden gem! I live out of town so I touched based with Sarah and she was extremely helpful. I told her what I was looking for and she corresponded with me about the store’s inventory. I got such an incredible deal! Customer service is what they are about. Shop Canadian and be impressed!

This place is expensive! Double the price, stick a sale tag, and tell everyone it’s a deal is how Dot advertises. Dot is almost double the price of Home Depot/Lowe’s outdoor furniture.

I have been looking for a patio table for our new house for couple years now and have been saving up to get a nice one that will last us many many years. I went to this dot clearance store and Michael, the assistant manager helped us to look for the perfect table. He was professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. We are so happy to finally found the perfect table and excited to use it right away this summer and years to come!

We had an amazing experience with DOT Clearance Outlet. Jenna was incredibly helpful with locating a patio table for us. The prices are reasonable and affordable. You can find some real gems at this location! Highly recommended!

Bought outdoor furniture, delivery only on a few weekdays every week and advised someone should be home to receive the delivery. A bit inconvenient as a lot of people work weekdays and cannot be home no problem, I took a day to work from home as the delivery time was scheduled and confirmed between 3 - 7 PM. 7PM, no delivery, it is now 8: 30 and no delivery, no courtesy call to communicate what is happening.

So angry right now, didn't know getting furniture from Dot Furniture was so difficult. Might be good prices but they obviously do not care once you have paid for the product. Plenty of other furniture places in Mississauga, never recommending this place.

Update: Manager talked to my girlfriend and said the delivery is happening tonight but they cannot get hold of their drivers or confirm a time? Um, What? It's 9PM. WOW. Want to change my star to 1 but cannot anymore. I now know I won't be coming back here ever again.

Great DOT location. Jena was super helpful and had shown great product knowledge and expertise in her customer service. Got some very nice prices for patio furniture, but indoor furniture and other random decor should also not be overlooked.

What a selection of everything you could possibly need for a great backyard! Tho one sees "clearance center" and frowns, this is far from that. Found the table to replace my broken one, couldn't be happier

Prices are not THAT cheap. Seen better deals at places like IKEA. Some furniture is not in the best condition.

We are very impressed with the customer service at this DOT location. In particular Jenna has been outstanding in both her interaction with us during the sale of our furniture but as well when we had a small issue with our firepit months later (it was closed for the winter season), we called her to let her know and she was extremely responsive and showed that she wanted to help sort the issue out immediately. We emailed her and she called back with a solution in < 24 hours. She really stood by her product! Can't recommend enough!

Was checking out two sets of patio furniture. Ended up purchasing two random bracelets lol. The lovely lady at the cash was sweet and made my experience very nice.

This place is great if you are looking for beautiful outdoor and indoor furniture. Some of the items are new but discontinued other items may have a few scratches on them but you are looking at heavy discounts of 60% off. Mike and the rest of the staff are very helpful and disclose any damage to any of the items. If your first instinct for cheaper outdoor furniture is Wal-Mart, don't go there. Come here first. From chairs to cushions, to parasols, outdoor couches, fire tables, etc, you will find it. I would say that 95 % of the items present themselves extremely well.

I first saw a rattan table on line and I loved it for my living room however I was told it was sold out. Disappointed I went looking to find something similar and I couldn't decide then 2 weeks later the day I decided to just get something I received an email telling me they found 2 tables and if I was still interested of course I was they worked with me and I got my table delivered to me in a couple of days. They are wonderfully awesome

Our family recently purchased a large amount of patio furniture at the clearance centre. We were replacing furniture we'd bought at DOT many years prior. We looooooved Jenna's superb handling of all our needs. She is very detail oriented, knowledgeable and professional - well positioned in her role as manager at the centre. Michael too was very helpful with additional information. We enjoyed our experience there so much we know that, without a doubt, we'll continue to do business there.
