I am regular customer, I mostly take from Mississauga branch and Scarborough but sometimes from this branch as well, this my third time, those people are fraud, I order small Piza with 5 taping they charge me 19.21 and made that piza North an 32 minutes that is discusting, I bought party size 34, medium siz 16 and large siz 23. Please don’t go their west of your time and money

I ordered a pizza at late time and I waited it for 1 hour but they canceled my order. This is Ramadan and it will be sahuur but I have nothing now! Ridiculous place!

Worst restaurant don’t even desrve one star. Too much waiting for worst food. Almost waited 1 hour for uber pickup even there was no customer Rude staff. And they don’t even tell the right time first day he was saying near 5-10 minutes after 15 minutes waiting again other guy said 20 minutes.

Absolutely awful. I deserve a refund. Using Skip, I ordered a shawarma chicken poutine last night and oh boy. There was a few crumbs of chicken with NO POUTINE sauce. 2/3's of the garlic sauce that was added
wasn't even ON the fries! Please remove this item from your menu because you clearly have no idea how to make it. I just threw my money down the drain for no reason. Never coming back here again. If you're a potential customer reading this, save your time and money and go to the Pizza Pizza across the street. Extremely disappointed.

Going based off of the replies in the reviews- I surely won't waste my time visiting this place. I gave you one star for your lack of professionalism in your responses to your paying customer's valid concerns. Here I was about to order through Skip. Pizza pizza here I come!

Awful came in the came to this place at 5Pm and ordered a large pizza and wings the wings had hair in it. Lost my appetite after it. Don’t recommend.

Took over an hour for a pizza and then when it arrived it looked terrible and it had the wrong toppings on it. What a waste of time.

Would give 0 stars if possible. This place used to be great, I would order through UberEats and have no problems, it was great tasting food.

Today I went to place an order through UberEats for a medium pizza, simple enough. I see that the only option is medium pizza + dip, so I thought okay I'll just select "no dip needed". However, when I go to place the order there's a whopping 8 options, as follows:

Add-ons:
-Mango/Orange/Apple at $1.65 each (no explanation if this is a drink or a topping or a dessert or anything)

Choice of Temperature (required) :
-Rare/Medium Rare/Medium/Medium Well/Well Done (I'm ordering a pizza not a steak why is this even an option to get a rare pizza? !)

Choice of Topping (required) :
-standard menu, just pick your toppings, no issue here

Add Extra Toppings:
-again, standard premium/extra toppings, no issue

Choice of side:
-sides offered at extra cost but now we're getting a little ridiculous with the options for someone who is just wanting a simple pizza, you have a sides menu already

Add can drinks:
-again, not needed. You have a drinks menu, if i wanted a drink i would go there.

Choice of extra dip (required) :
-each extra dip is $0.95 each and it's required to pick one or you can't place an order which is ridiculous as it is supposed ot be an OPTIONAL item

Choice of dip (required) :
-this is standard, what comes with the order but there shouldnt be two required dips and there should be an option for "no dip"

Because of this, I thought it would be easier to just call in and place an order over the phone for delivery. After ringing for a while, I speak to a woman who tells me that she doesn't have a delivery driver so I need to use UberEats, and I explain why I didn't use UberEats because I didnt want any dip and there was no option for no dip, in fact it forced me to get 2 dips and pay extra. She said I was wrong and that you don't pay extra for dip. I then asked when the driver would be back, or if they just weren't doing deliveries today. She said "oh he said 7pm but I don't know". How does she not know what time employees are showing up? I asked if I could place an order anyway and it could be delivered as soon as a driver was available. She said she would call me back when the driver showed up and take my order then. I said "can you please just take my order now and call me when it's on its way, or do you not think the driver is coming in at all? " She said she was very busy and would call me back and take my order later. I said "It's only a medium pizza can you not write it down now so you can start to make it once the driver arrives, otherwise you're calling me back to get info I can give you right now. " She said "I don't want to waste my time or yours so I'll call you back later. " I said "In this time we've been talking you could have taken my order 3 times already, this is pretty poor customer service. " She then replied "Okay fine, you know what? The driver's not coming in, goodbye" and hung up on me.

TL;DR: This place has HORRIFIC customer service. To a) have an incorrect menu b) force your customers to pay for an add on item by making it required instead of optional c) talk to customers rudely and d) hang up on loyal customers. Avoid this place at all costs. Will be looking for another place to get my pizza.

UPDATE IN RESPONSE TO OWNER: Each restaurant sets their own menu, not UberEats, I know this for a fact. This way you can set hours, mark items as sold out, and add or remove menu items. Please don't lie to your customers, it's highly unprofessional. I can see now that you've updated your menu so that the extra dip is not required and instead of add-ons it says add-on juice. Again, if I wanted a drink I would go to the drink menu. If I wanted a side, I would go to the sides menu. Your employee did not explain the situation at all, and how could she have been really busy at the front cash if you are respecting social distancing and only allowing 1 customer in the store at a time like you mentioned in previous reviews?

Awful pizza I asked for halal pepperoni and got one piece of actual pepperoni the restaurant looks like they don’t clean the restaurant. The lady that took my order looks so wicked and didn’t even use a pair of gloves nor wash her hands awful. Don’t recommend going if u rlly want pizza there’s a pizza pizza across the street and the pizzas are way cheaper.

I loved this place. They had many locations and I tried ordering online today at 11am. The email confirmation was delayed but everything was accepted. I arrived at 1130am and the door was locked with the open light on. Waited until noon as I know times are different. Disappointed. Unprofessional.

Not a pleasant place to look at, It's pretty filthy in there. I had to remind every single person in there to wash their hands since nobody were using gloves. The employee was completing a transaction with another customer, he then right away went over to my pizza as it was coming out of the oven to handle it with his bare hands without washing them first. You get 2 stars for the food.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would, the Indian women at the front is very rude and unprofessional. There are supposed to be certain rules and regulations in place especially during COVID-19 which clearly arnt being followed in this establishment that the owner claims that is in place. There is no masks being worn, gloves or proper food handling in place. From the other reviews it seems this is a regular occurrence and nothing is being done, and to make it clear I am not a delivery driver, since that is a key factor when responding.

I used to really enjoy double double but the last 2 times I ordered from the rexdale location it has been terrible.
The pizza is way over cooked very close to burnt the wedges are tough and dry and it took almost 1 hour to be delivered when I live only 7 minutes away. I think I will stop ordering from this location. Not impressed at all.

Indian lady in the front is very rude. Worst customer service I've had at any pizza place. They weren't wearing any gloves or mask at night while preparing people's food and talked quite frequently while preparing food. None of the rules the boss claims he implemented in past reviews are not being met. Smh

This place is very disaster i never had experience before like this the lady who is working there is very very rude and she was wearing lots off jewellery while making the food

She was rude with all customers and never answered properly and the food was also very cold and didn’t packed properly

She has no mask no globes while she was touching my pizza
She was touching other messy stuff her face and didn’t was the hand

I will never ever go their again this was the worst experience i ever had

Horrible! Guy at the counter didn’t use a cash register he just used a calculator and came up with some numbers, when I asked him how he did that he explained I did half and half on my pizza so he charged me for extra toppings without telling me!
