In regards to the last review, would you bring your own glass of wine to a restaurant? I am not pregnant and allowed to drink as much coffee as I want, so should I bring the whole pot of coffee?
Drive by this place all the time so we decided to give it a go. Very dated and cafeteria style like I expected. Food was very fast, presentation was good, unfortunately my wife’s omelet was not cooked in spots which enabled her to finish. As for mine.best meat lovers omelet I’ve had in a long time! This was not lacking in any of the meats, tons of cheese and crazy filling. The young server was very friendly.will definitely give it another go.
A hidden treasure of a diner in the best sense.father/daughter cook/server, both friendly and outgoing.we went on a Saturday morning in bad weather so there was no line or waiting, but I understand normally weekends breakfast times are busy and I see why. An interesting and eclectic breakfast menu. Not a fancy place by any stretch but close to perfect in my visit.
The owner, I assume is Dougie, needs to learn some customer skills. He is rude and abrupt. Seems he doesn't care if he has any customers. Food and prides are okay but I refuse to be treated rudely. Try Dapps or Hoss's.
We were greeted and served by the owner. Good sandwiches (Reuben, and a chicken wrap). We loved the small, cozy setting and friendly customers around who guaranteed this was the best diner around!
