Every visit is timely and professional. The doctor explains things clearly and every member of staff is compassionate and friendly.

I would highly recommend this practice to anyone. The staff are always accommodating and very friendly. We have been a patients here for a number of years back to when it was Dove Dental. I can't imagine going anywhere else unless the practice closed.

Friendly helpful and very informative. Honestly don't want to go to the dentists for anything, but when there everyone was very nice and helpful. Thank you for a great experience.

I don’t even know what to say. I just switched my dentist to maple ridge and I regret it greatly. When I went in there today for two fillings I had the female dentist who told me if I felt pain at any point to raise my left hand. I had informed her previous to starting that the freezing now and in the past usually takes an extra freeze. She started and I immediately felt the pain so I raised my hand. She ignored me and didn’t even take the tools out of my mouth so I could say what was wrong and continued, I raised my hand again telling her to stop and she says “almost done” and finishes up. I felt completely violated and that my right to say no and stop were completely disregarded. I walked out of that office in a pure panic attack. The receptionist was so nice and said she’d talk to the manager but I will be in contact with the manager about that dentist.

I’ve been going here for the past few years. It’s great cause each visit is covered or doesn’t break your bank. But the facility and staff don’t reflect that. They’re always friendly and helpful. I love their text message about appointments, as I’m a guy that if I don’t see it visually I’ll forget. This way, I just wait for the text to input on my phone and don’t have to busy my brain. The facilities are great and good equipment. I would highly recommend it

Wanted medical clearance before they did cleaning. Wanted to ONLY remove my husbands teeth on the bottom not interested in anything other than yanking them and where they would be paid from

The stigma is real in this office. I just spent my appointment listening to an employee saying how she feels all the addiction people in London should be loaded up in a giant frieght container and put on a ship and sent to an island to withdrawal together and some may survive and some may not. NOT what I wanted to listen to while getting work done.

I booked a wisdom tooth extraction with Dr. Ali on August 18th. Let me tell you, as someone who has absolutely zero pain tolerance and a healthy fear of surgical procedures (this was my first). You have absolutely nothing to fear. I was a nervous wreck in the days leading up to the appointment. As soon as I met Dr. Ali I was IMMEDIATELY put at ease. I had my teeth taken out under local anesthesia (freezing) and I felt absolutely nothing other than the feeling of my tooth being pushed down (no pain). I highly recommend you get your procedures done by Dr. Ali if you decide to go to this practice.

This is by far the best dentist I have had yet! They are so kind and caring and they are sure to take good care of you. This was a visit I was very anxious about but they made me feel better thanks so much

Waited 40 mins past my scheduled time due to over booking the Doctor. The only reason I'm giving a higher review, is because Dr. Al Safi and Dex were wonderful to me. If you're nervous at the dentist, I recommend getting him, as he was making jokes and calming me down the whole time.

I absolutely regret this place. I hate myself for having gone there. I went there in July 22nd for two fillings. This woman dentist came in did them, and did not ask me to fill my front tooth. I was fine with the chip. She did it so thick and straight I could not close my mouth for days. I’ve gone back every week since that week. She has shaved and broken nothing but what I needed. The tooth she filled is now so slippery, still too high and cannot close. I’ve developed dry mouth, anxiety, depression and extreme sadness. Update: Because Dr. Balsam aka my worst nightmare told me to take muscle relaxers, I developed a esophageal stricture that had to get dilated, which caused me GERD forever. Please run as fast as you can from this place. I kick myself every day for having gone to that appointment. -Donna

I'm on a fixed income and these guys are so good to me. If it weren't for this dentist I'd probably be missing teeth at this point. Thank you guys so much for all the hard work you do.

Very friendly & courteous staff. Very mindful of patient comfort, maybe even a little over-apologetic at times, but that just speaks of the kindness & care of the staff themselves. They're doing an excellent job fixing up my dental issues.

Great location close to home with friendly and supportive staff. Any time I have an urgent issue they are always able to get me in quickly. Chipped a tooth playing with my pup and they fixed it up right on the spot no questions asked.

They booked me on an on short notice and filled up my problem too quickly. Thanks so much Maple ridge family dental!

Dr. Balsam has a reassuring presence and knows her stuff too! She and her assistants work collaboratively and respectfully to ensure that patients have as good an experience as possible and their work is top notch!

I was very plea tly happy considering I was a bit worrie having 4 teeth removed to day from the moment I walked the front everyone one was so pleasant professionally polite and caring. I'm born in Ireland and we are hard working and easy going people it was a great experience I felt like I was home the staff. The atmosphere the dentist. I work with people all day long you could tell evero e one there e enjoyed there job
. For me having 4 teeth pulled today I've never be so happy to walk out with no pain no theres a place I recommend 5 stars is modest. If it was out of ten the deserve 13 plus. An e excellent experience.dentist seem scary the drill the needles. Not that place. I almost want ta have more bad teeth to go back.oppsie I do.n I have no worries cause the staff once again. Reception was incredibly unhelpful. They say available for emergencies but, unless you have your kidney and first born to hand over, they're not helping you.

Was scheduled as an emergency.
Previous patient was a complicated case, they ran over, by a lot, things like this happen.
I was thankful to be seen and have my issue resolved so I would not face the weekend in pain.

I needed a front tooth filled. My dentist a lady filled it but also completely fixed the shape and it looks new again, great job thanks!

Made an appointment 1 month ago in person. Was just told I had to confirm the appointment 2 weeks ago, it slipped my mind to call back as I work Midnight's, went to goto my appointment today after confirming by text yesterday and was told my appointment got cancelled because I didn't answer phone at 1 pm

I've been a patient at this office for about a year. The staff have been very kind and accommodating to my needs.
I'd like to give kudos especially to Skylynn for have an amazing attitude and gentle touch. She been the best dental hygienist I've had the pleasure of experiencing in over 20yrs.

Finally going into a dentist and feeling super relaxed and comfortable. Going to a dentist has always been a nightmare feeling for me. But not with maple ridge. The place is so welcoming and staff are so nice. They made me super comfortable during my whole visit and I didn't feel anxious one bit. Had to get 2 wisdoms removed and it was a quick easy progress. Thanks for making my experience a great one.

My first visit since the pandemic started. I had delayed my return visits since I didn’t really feel safe, however my apprehensions were quickly nullified with all the safety protocols in place. Tanya is the best and I always feel comfortable with her (even though I admittedly hate going to the dentists office)

As someone who has dental damage, I find they offer great service right from the Reception all the way to the dentists no matter who you get, they will offer the best treatment plan and advise you without making it so you feel belittled or like a child. Professional and Courteous service

The staff at this location is stellar. I am always treated with respect when I visit. They have done a great job of making me feel safe during this pandemic. They have implemented changes that protect everyone. I recommend this location to any one looking for dental care.

I always thought they were over charging and doing unnecessary procedures so you can pay more. The last extraction they did on the two shaky teeth I had on bottom front, I don't think it should have came up to $481. They claimed to have done an examination which they charged $130 for, no examination was done, and I am not happy about it. Then I went in for a cleaning the following week, I did request Georgina for this, but when I went in someone else did it, I could tell she was no good, just playing around in my mouth for 30 min. What a joke, , and total waste of money. I am very disappointed.

The people who work at Dove Dental are very kind when you walk through the doors and during apt. There are smiling and make you feel comfortable and welcome. The people who work there are top notch and very professional.

I went into this place with hope that they could help me. The dental hygienist could not! They did not even take an exray- BUT they sure do like to take Your Money! They charged me 100 dollars for Nothing How can they do this. BE Aware Do not enter unless you have benefits! Total BS!

Something positive I can say about Dove dental is the direct billing to insurance and the evenings and weekend hours.

My last appt for a cleaning during phase 2 of covid. I felt tricked to coming in. They waited to tell me once I sat in the chair that they will not be using any equipment or tools other than a dental pick all manually. Which the hygienist even said it isnt as thorough nor will you be able to get the normal polishing since cant use the tools. If that was the case they should be telling their customers that prior on phone. I could've stayed home and used a dental pick myself and not been billed to my insurance.

I asked if a reduced rate since it isnt going to be as thorough and they first said they wouldnt since the cost is for the time not how well they do the job.but after me emphasizing that I was upset they offered a slight savings to me. But I wish they were honest and upfront at first and not waited until I took time out of my day and came in to be told in the chair last minute.

The hygienist did what she could and I dont blame her at all, she's just doing her job I'm upset with how the company wasn't forthright and honest and kinda slimey.

This place does not respect your time.i had a appointment for 430pm.at 5pm i had not been seen or started any freezing as i was there for a quick filling.i work with appointments and we have to stay on time as everyones time is valubale.they do not see it that way.if your time is a concern stay away

I enjoy coming here. Jessica takes great care of me. Always makes sure all is well. Tanya is amazing. Provided great info I was not aware of and I appreciated her soft touch during cleaning as my teeth are sensative. Dr Balsam is great. Very skilled at the freezing process. Never worry when coming here. Thank to the awesome team:)

The Dundas office I visited a few times and I find the staff friendly and courteous. The dentist was very patient with me at first because I was nervous. They did an amazing job with the work they did on me. I would recommend to family and friends.
