Most disorganized Parts and Service Department ever.
The AC went out for the second time on our 2018 Civc this summer. We brought out vehicle in in mid July to be looked at and had paid and ordered the parts that were not covered under warranty. We were told the parts were back ordered and when the parts arrived (about a month later), we were a few days from leaving the country on vacation two weeks so we had booked an appointment for after our vacation. When we picked up the vehicle, we were told there was nothing for us to pay which was not what we were told when we originally brought the car in so we asked further since we paid for parts and should have had to pay for the labor since half the repair was under warranty and the other half wasn't. Upon investigation, they said that parts and service did not communicate and the two parts we had ordered were not installed and had to be re-ordered. They offered us a loaner for the inconvenience of having to bring the car in again and that was it. Here we are two weeks later, no parts and still have to wait another 2-3 weeks for them. I do not trust them with my vehicle and you shouldn't either if you want your repair done correctly the first time.

Excellent service, and incredibly friendly people. Fabio and narong Made me feel like I was buying a car from family. Easily the best vehicle experience I’ve had to date. I would recommend Dow Honda and specifically Narong and Fabio to any and everyone.

I took my car for a recall checking with appointment at 9AM and the promise was to return the car before 5: 30PM. No one bothered to call me even after 5: 30PM and no one picked the call too. I walked in at 5: 40PM and talked to CS desk and they said the service department closed at 5: 30PM. Also the person mentioned there is some part order that needs to be made and I have to call them next day. I started calling them next day and no one just picks up in service department. I see the note says the parts appointment need to be made in 48hrs, so what is the next step? I have no clue. I feel very irresposible service desk, I probably won't choose this location for my next purchase and service.

I have brought my Honda Civic 2013 which an airbag issue on August 24 the issue has been investigated and identified which they concluded that there is possibility of a seatbelt damage. They delete the sensor and charged me $200 for the investigation and disabled the sensor from showing up on the car screen. They also told me to bring it back if the airbag sensor comes on. The sensor showed up after 20 days and I went back but I was told that, they will carryout another inspection and assess the seatbelts for damage which they already did the first time and they know what the issue is. They told me the inspection for damages will cost me $300 excluding the parts and repair service. I was so disappointed to hear the from the head of the appointment coordinator. I don’t know if you guys are genuine in your pricing and service charge or you decided to rip off unsuspecting customers? I can’t honestly tell which one is which?

I got my car from here and the staff was terrific Mohammad and Zabi were terrific staff and were so genuine. They helped us a lot and I was extremely happy with my purchase. Zabi and Mohammad were very professional and very nice people. I will definitely come

We chose Dow Honda because of its online reputation for good customer service, and I can confirm that is what we got from our salesperson: Moe Dehghan-Nejad.

He dealt with a dozen questions & minor issues which we - impatient buyers - brought up.

The car was delivered exactly as promised and in perfect condition.

The experiences I have encountered with my Honda car have been nothing short of disheartening and have left me questioning the quality of customer care provided by your establishment.

In 2022, shortly after purchasing my new Honda car from Dow Honda dealership, I began experiencing recurring sensor issues. Specifically, I have been unable to open the car passenger doors using the center locking system, and this problem has manifested intermittently. Despite booking a service appointment to address this concern, I was informed that the issue could not be resolved as it was not continuously reproducible and attributed it to potential proximity issues with the sensor. This response left me dissatisfied and without a resolution.

Furthermore, towards the end of 2022, I encountered a new issue where my car would not start on multiple occasions. I had to resort to contacting Honda roadside assistance for jump starts. Regrettably, the problem persists in 2023, especially when I leave the car unused for a period of 2-3 days. This ongoing issue is unacceptable, considering that my vehicle is only one year old. When I called your dealership to schedule a diagnosis appointment, I was dismayed to learn that the earliest available slot was two weeks away. This delay implies that I would be unable to utilize my car for an extended period, which is both inconvenient and distressing.

What compounds my frustration is the lack of support I have received with my warranty claims. During the car purchase process, your representative strongly recommended purchasing additional warranties and related coverage. However, when the time came to utilize these warranties, I encountered resistance and felt as if my rights as a customer were being violated.

I understand that unforeseen issues can arise with vehicles, but it is the duty of the dealership to promptly address and resolve these problems to ensure customer satisfaction. Unfortunately, my experiences thus far have been far from satisfactory, leaving me with a diminished sense of trust and confidence in Dow Honda dealership.

Maroun and Kevin were amazing and very easy to talk to and deal with. I went to another Honda before this and decided to purchase from Dow heavily based on the kind, transparent customer service. Highly recommend Dow Honda:)

Ben was friendly and very helpful as we went through the buying process for an Odyssey. Despite the current lockdown and the resulting changes to viewing and test-driving cars under the circumstances, Ben was flexible and helped ensure that we found the best vehicle for our needs. We went there with appointment for the test drive of a used CR-V. They were following all COVID-19 protocols and the customer service was great. The salesperson, Kevin Graham, was an amazing person. He showed us the car and we went for the test drive. It was a good car but I was looking for a car with more options. Kevin showed us few more cars and helped us to find the right one but he had never pushed us. He was really helpful and I am happy of my purchase.
