Prompt, competent, and courteous service. Unfortunately, part costs to repair my stove were not economical compared to purchase of a new stove. Service technician was excellent.

Virtually same day service and excellent communication and follow up. Our technician was efficient and knowledgeable and got us up and running again quickly! Will definitely use for any future appliance issues.

"Don't Know How" uses incompetent, unprofessional service members who find themselves "in over their heads" as acknowledged by their service coordinator. When "Don't Know How" is finished, the final bill will be more than doubled the quoted work and the price of a new appliance. The only people that "Do Well" is Jessica and Drew, but at your expense! Beware!

Dowell Equipment is very responsive - they replied quickly to the quote request, showed up when they said they would, immediately identified the issue and provided options on how to proceed. The repair itself went quickly and our dishwasher is as good as new. Throughout it all, they communicated extremely well and Beau and his apprentice were friendly and responsive. Absolutely recommend them!

Called Dowell for a washer leak. Had great service previously. This time was not the same. Very friendly however poor communication with no follow up as requested. No repair was attempted due to the communication. Not a positive experience.

Great sevice on my old washer that has finally died after 10 years of yeoman service at a commercial location. Beau and his team of staff will keep my next one going this long I'm sure.

My oven is over heat.service person coming and did somework said its back to normal. And charge me. Total $250. But after one week same problem happen again. I called service she said. Its other problem need to change parts. And will charge me $350 again.
I asked her. Why some problem charge me twice. She said she has to be. I asked if happen again do i need pay again never get the answer Im not happy this company

Tech always professional and thorough by sharing information on the process for diagnosis as well as most economical way to repair replace. Never tries to convince you to perform unnecessary service and advises you of best path to take based on your best interest and not his. Highly recommend.
