This company excels, great customer service skills, very price-efficient, I am very happy with my stationary tank and when I used to refill my 20's and 30's at Chatham location, always received a smile and kindness from the staff, including the person that fills the tanks, front desk, etc. Highly recommended. Keep it up guys! EZ.

Dowler karn made good on their mistake in our account, very quickly I might
add. So I appreciate their prompt customer service. We are enjoying the cleanliness of propane wish we had changed much sooner from oil heat.

Not a good place to deal with, someone called and cancelled my account without my permission, and they were here in less than an hour to remove propane tank, meanwhile it took them over a week to deliver propane and set up account. I am very displeased with this company, and their policies. I will definitely go with another company next time I need propane

Just switched from the national propane provider to Dowler Karn. We should have done it years ago. Great customer service and awesome staff!
