CJ was super helpful - repotted plant, straightened it out with support bamboo and offered advice on drainage. Incredibly affordable for the time he spent with me.

My wife and I came in to purchase our first plant. CJ was very helpful & knowledgeable & we love his energy. He helped us pick out two gorgeous plant, both very reasonably priced. We will recommend Down 2 Earth Garden to all our friends and family.

The owner is so helpful and re-potted our poorly looking plant for us, gave great advice, and helped us pick out a new and easy-to-care for plant also!

We went there in April and purchased this beautiful rose bush. Wasn’t a bush then for sure! It’s very beautiful!

Good plant store, they have a wide variety of stuff and nice staff.

Overall very convenient if you live in the nearby condos and their stock is impressive in the summer so you should check it out!

You gotta love when you encounter a business where the owners are hands on and they’re passionate about what they do! Such is Down 2 Earth. Both CJ & Ileana I have to say are welcoming and eager to assist you. Their staff too are accommodating and friendly. It’s a medium sized store that has what you need for your gardening needs without you getting lost. Their selection of flowers, plants, garden accessories, is plentiful with a good variety without overwhelming you. I bought 1-3in bagged river rock there too which is not easy to find. I called back in later to have some plants put aside that I’d seen earlier and it was no problem. The plants were waiting for me the next day. No hassles or restrictions. Gotta love it!

I am not too great at keeping plants alive but purchased a plant from here and it's been gorgeous and kicking for 5 years now. The gentleman that works here is friendly and on point and I went back recently to get a house warming gift for a friend. I am so excited to see how amazing that plant looks in 5 years!

Needed a few plants for my condo. Excellent spot that's close to where I live. I got some excellent advice on the needs of the plants. Service was excellent. Nice friendly people.

Helpful staff. We were looking for herbs and they had the best selection we've seen so far this season (it's April) They saw us looking at the herbs and let us know that a bigger supply of herbs (and veggies) were expected in early May, when the weather is a bit warmer. We purchased several small pots. They were $3.99 each.
There were other plants and shrubs for sale.
This is an outdoor centre with an indoor space for houseplants (very healthy looking!) and accessories (pots, plant food, iron plant stands, etc.).
Parking available.

Came here today to find some plants for our office. The gentleman working was extremely friendly and helpful. He took the time to go through the different plants and how to care for them. He offered me a great price as well. Truly great service! I highly recommend coming here for all your indoor plant needs:)

I live off of Park Lawn so this place is super convenient for me to get to which is a bonus! The staff is always super friendly and helpful. Really enjoyed any visit I've had and always left with a plant that I loved. They practice safe procedures during this crazy covid time and only had two people in the whole store when I went. I appreciate that.

I just wanted to note how well this local business is at keeping customers safe- they only allow one customer inside at a time. During my time inside, I didn’t feel rushed at all.

I visited just yesterday to find a Birds of Paradise plant- they didn’t have any in stock but I did end up purchasing a Fiddle Leaf plant. The gentleman at cash was very knowledgeable about plant care.

Amazing service! I was looking for a pot for my outgrown aloe plant. The pot I chose didn’t have drainage holes but the gentleman who was running the garden Center today (he is super knowledgeable and super friendly) drilled some holes in the pot, free of charge. Bought some great quality soil too at very reasonable prices.

Great selection of small plants, succulents and larger indoor plants! I was being indecisive and the owner was very polite and helpful with finalizing my decision. 10/10

I rarely buy plants, but I bought some today.the displays are clearly marked for the novice like myself, and the staff were helpful. I appreciated the help loading the car, and I will be back.
