Unfortunately had to stop coming here due to multiple uncomfortable and unprofessional experiences. Dental hygienist, I won’t name her, was very judgmental at the fact that I hadn’t done a cleaning in a few years even though I explained it was because I couldn’t afford it. My teeth were not bad by any means like she was making it seem, she did half a cleaning for 20 minutes (I checked the time) and said I would need to come back another time to finish it as if I was inconveniencing her. I got a second opinion by another office after this visit and they were surprised this happened and even told me I didn’t have any cavities and commended my oral hygiene. And then the front desk receptionist - I was treated with attitude every single time I spoke to her so it can’t be chalked up to a bad day. The last straw was when testing positive for COVID last year and calling to cancel, I was audibly scoffed at over the phone - I’m sorry, do you want me to come in and potentially get everyone sick? I got called incessantly to reschedule, please don’t bother people a phone call and a voicemail message will suffice. They also didn’t have a way to email them when I was a patient, hopefully that’s been updated within the last year as I would rather not call and be treated unkindly. The one star (apart from the one star as we can’t give zero stars) is for Dr. Marder he was extremely kind and professional and made me feel at ease during my dental procedure and I would definitely see him again if he worked elsewhere.
