I had two temporary crowns on for a month before everything got shut down because of covid. I was left for 8 months with these falling off several times. I was very patient throughout this entire process. My permanent crown has now fallen off and I've been told (by a rude receptionist) because it's been two years I would have to pay for an examination all over again. Aweful experience which is a shame because the dentist herself is very kind.

Used to be afraid of going to the dentist, have found Dino and the Downtown Dental Centre to be great! Together we figured out what worked to keep me feeling relaxed, and my teeth have never been better. The team is friendly and professional, and also have some great solutions for the budget so you can get done what you need! Thanks for another great visit guys:)

Very poor experience overall. The dental work is fine, but the office staff are incompetent. There are a lot of other options, I would recommend you keep looking.
