I've been a client here for almost three years, and Downtown Dentistry is just great. Dr. Chan and her staff, from the front desk to the doctors, assistants, and hygienists, are amazing. They've taken care of my Invisalign and a bunch of other dental work, always making sure I get top-notch care. If you're after a reliable and friendly dental experience, I highly recommend this place.

The only dentist in toronto Iin his league. Young and highly competent. Even during covid he helped the poor with their teeth issues.
Dr Reddy is super skilled Dentist. Without a doubt, the TOP IN TORONTO. IMHO.

And he is going for more studies in a coveted instution of learning in Germany. His Masters.
Special in that he is strong and does hard jobs, without complications.
He took out a root canal tooth that was cemented in practically but Dr did without breaking it. Very sensitive n gentle.
Yolanda is hygienist. Her demeanor is consistently blessed. So I like her for that and of course she gets my teeth cleaned nice.thoroughly. Other dentists Here, are very gentle. I have sensitive nervous system and.everyone at this clinic takes time, and is professional.

Be careful not honest ALL CONSULTATIONS ARE FREE, they tried to charge me, and then when I didn’t go, they tried to charge me because I didn’t go, 170$

Truly the most caring, talented and educated staff anywhere! I highly recommend this dentist and especially for invisalign.

Recomended by someone for bounding by Dr Chan also warned me in not giving money in advance so one thing into another thing after visiting them 3 times long hours ms Dr Chan calls and says u pay 300 $ for something that i ask u to do then i do the job i told her what she is asking nothing to do with the job that i need to do but if it's her condition fine i will do that, I also told her i hope u wouldn't get the money then saying not doing the job, she says no no i like u& i wouldn't do such thing and after that she would do the job, i end up then instead of 300$; charged me 360$ and then keep cancelling my appointments and refused to do the job short version of my story& wait for long version

Dr Michelle Fung is such an amazing dentist! She is kind, knowledgeable and very thorough in her work. My daughter and I followed her from her previous office and I am so happy we did. The team at Downtown Dentistry is so professional, friendly and talented at what they do. I would definitely recommend for all yout family dental needs!

My daughter who is 7 years old had a dead baby tooth due to the impact of falling on ground 3 years back.it wouldn't come off on its own, so we had to take her to Downtown Dentistry. Dr. Reddy was so kind to her. Midway the procedure was she scared and started crying. The doctor himself and the other technicians were so careful in calming and cheering her up. In the blink of an eye, he pulled the dead tooth out and now she is all better and very smiley. Thanks to the Doctor and his team.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Chan’s for almost 20 years now. I did my braces with her as an adult and have been going back there for dental hygiene work. I left Canada about 12 years ago but return at least once a year and I go in to get my retainer and night guard adjusted as well as for a cleaning with Yolanda, one of the hygienists there who is simply outstanding.

Last week I was in Dubai and realised I misplaced my retainer and night guard. I reached out to Dr. Chan on a Saturday evening no less and she immediately called me after I messaged her and she found a place for me to visit in Dubai that she felt was reputable and could help me. Surely enough, that place called the Invisalign centre was fantastic. What was truly remarkable is the assistance Dr. Chan provided to me. She gave clear instructions on what procedure the clinic should undertake and even highlighted the type of temporary retainers I should request and what the approximate cost should be. She spent a boatload of time with me on her Saturday and then on her Sunday as the Dubai clinic was open on Sunday. Dr. Chan assisted me without even charging me any fees whatsoever. It wasn’t even a thought for her to charge me even though she spent easily a couple hours or more with me. She truly truly helped me out at a time when I really needed assistance in a place that I had no clue where to visit. The service and attention I have received from Dr. Chan and her staff over the past nearly 20 years is second to none. While I have never posted before about the exceptional service, this particular situation is one where Dr. Chan went way beyond the call of duty and which I wanted to publicly thank her and recognise her fo but that should not be surprising to me given the outstanding service she provides and the true care for the well-being of the patient she has as top of mind. Thank you Dr. Chan.

My overall dental treatment lasted over 12 months with Dr. Chan's office - including Invisalign, comprehensive checkups, x-rays, fillings and other cosmetic treatments. The entire office is occupied by younger professionals which gives it a certain aura of relatability, acceptance and positivity. They're all always smiling, ready to help and accommodate - this is often overlooked in most other senior dental practices.

Dr. Chan at the helm, provides excellent direction and oversight to the entire operation which gave me great comfort due to her experience and seniority. Dr. Reddy was fantastic and ensured perfection across all his procedures. He is also a delight to talk to as he does not make you feel less informed, which is often the case while conversing with doctors.

I appreciate that the office might seem a bit costly - but with the quality of their service, communication, equipment and materials used - premium pricing is expected. Are they the cheapest dental practice out there? Maybe not. But do you get what you pay for? Absolutely yes.

This comes from a person who can now finally smile with confidence - after 35 years! Highly recommended and I don't see myself going anywhere else for my dental needs. Give them a chance and you will know how much of a treat it is to deal with their office:)

I had such a wonderful experience with Downtown Dentistry team! I was moving out of the country in a week, Dr. Michelle Fung and Oanh tried their best to help me, even worked extra late hours to make sure my teeth were taken good care of before the big move. They are both very profesional and helpful, and the whole process they were being so nice and easygoing, make the whole experience less scary lol and much more fun! The lovely patient coordinator Miley Zhang helped a lot to arrange the appointments especially for my urgent needs and has been super nice and considerate the whole time. Donny and other lovely receptionists and hygienists together made this place feel like such a lovely family place, and I feel so comfortable and supported here. Dr Baker is the most gentle kind and accommodating dentist I have ever met. I have had many traumatic experiences and she made me so comfortable that I am now able to visit the dentists office with ease. Thank you so much for this. Recently had my wisdom teeth removed from Downtown Dentistry and Dr. Baker was amazing! I was very nervous, but her and the dental hygienist were super accommodating and put me at ease. Dr. Baker was also easily reachable after the procedure to help if I had any issues.

The team at Downtown Dentistry has been taking care of my family and I for years. The reason we keep going back, even though we live further away now is because we're always greeted by the staff's warm welcome and hospitality. The care we've received has been second to none, and I have experienced several dentist's in the past, but this clinic has impressed me the most. Dr. Chan and her team always explain to us the benefits and costs of our procedures and being a comparison shopper, I have found their prices very reasonable. If you're looking for a place for your dental needs, this IS the place.

I've been coming to Downtown Dentistry since Oct. 2002 and have had no cause for regret. From the front line staff, to the hygienists and assistants to the dentists themselves, all perform their duties in a thorough and highly professional manner. I'd like to particularly single out two relatively 'unsung heroes'. One is Marsha, the treatment coordinator and the other is Theis, who does X-Rays and works with the dentists. Both are highly competent as well as friendly and obliging.

The office also has strict protocols to avoid the possible entrance and spread of Covid-19. People entering the waiting area are questioned prior to their visit and checked upon arrival and staff wear proper protective gear. Clients are encouraged to stay away if they show any possible symptoms. So no need to worry about coming here!

Practice is very professional. I recently had a gum graft done by Dr. Reddy. The procedure was done without any problems. The gum graft has now healed and it looks alot better than before. I also am getting my teeth realigned using invisalign trays. My smile looks even better (thank you Dr. Chan)! I have been going to Downtown Dentistry for all of my dental needs for over 25 years.

I come to downtown dentistry specifically for the hygienist, Yolanda. She takes a lot of courses to stay current with the practice and can easily answer any questions I might have. Hands down the best hygienist I’ve ever had. Never let her go!

Great staff and service. Love love love Dr. Kim! I wish I knew here and Dr. Kim earlier. I was struggling finding a good dentist office in downtown for a while. Here doesn't try to rip you off out of nothing unlike so many others. So happy with treatment and honest assessment. I'd recommend anyone who has experienced of being over charged and looks for a good skilled dentist office.

Dr. Chan is the absolute best Orthodontist/Dentist in the entire GTA! I travel all the way from Hamilton to see her. She did my braces, straightening my teeth with perfection giving me the most beautiful smile to be proud of! Her expertise, skill and percision are so incredibly profound! I am so thankful to be her patient as she cares so much about your teeth and overall mouth health in addition to always being so nice and friendly every visit.

They really get to know you by name and everyone, administrative, hygienist, and dentist seem to remember me / my last visit. They were especially helpful when I needed a referral for endontics (root canal), and the doctor was amazing. They seem to go above and beyond in terms of preventative care, checking little warning flags and keeping me in the loop. My dentist actually spotted the signs of a potentially problematic tooth months in advance, glad I knew and could catch it early.

Best dental cleaning experience till now. I highly recommend Lida for your hygiene needs. She is patient, caring and understands anxious patients. She will also make sure that you are comfortable throughout the entire process.

Treatment Coordinator, Marsha is always willing to help in scheduling appointments and with insurance.

This is a very fine dental practice, arguably one of the best in Toronto. Because of my irregular visits to the city, I now live out of town, three different dentists have looked after me.each one was of the highest caliber. The equipment is state of the art (a non dentists opinion, obviously) and the level of efficiency overall is impressive. For me, this is it; this is where I come when my ageing teeth need help.
