Downtown Georgetown Dental

Myself and my two sons have been going to Downtown Georgetown Dental for a little over 4 years now. They have been nothing but amazing, and actually care for their patients. I don't know about you but I've been to a few dentists who ding you for all sorts of things, and Downtown Georgetown Dental isn't like that. They only do the work that is required to keep your teeth in good working order. I love the hygienists, and front office staff and appreciate that the dentists sit down and take the time to walk through your dental care each visit. Don't go anywhere else.

You are greeted with such fantastic staff! They go way and beyond to make sure all your needs are meet.
Erin has helped me over the years, she is such a helpful and supportive person. Just love Downtown Dental.

I have been going to Downtown Georgetown Dental for two years and they are amazing! The staff are incredible and Dr. K is the best dentist I have ever had! As someone who doesn't freeze well I would always experience pain during cavity fillings. But Dr. K took the time to try something different and now no more pain and finally I am not nervous to go to the dentist! Thank you Dr. K and thank you to Downtown Georgetown Denist Staff!

If I known this place was so professional and friendly I would’ve switched years ago. From the ladies at the front desk to the hygienist’s and doctors, are very professional and friendly, not the fake friendly either.

Love this dental office! The staff is incredibly friendly and make for a very comfortable experience. Erin at the front desk is always a delight to see. For my cleaning visit, the hygienist Stephanie, and Dr. Nicole, were incredibly gentle and will talk you through the process to ensure you are okay. I also love that they have TVs in the room to calm the nerves and have invested in newer dental technology (I. E instead of having a fluoride rinse or foam, they offer a gel-like application). The dental office itself is kept very clean and I would say is on the more elegant side compared to some other places. We recently transferred here and needless to say we plan on staying for a long time. Highly recommend!

I’ve moved around a lot and have had to change dentists often. Downtown Georgetown Dental is definitely at the top of my list and I won’t be going anywhere else! The staff are all super friendly and professional. The office is newly renovated and absolutely beautiful! I’ve never had a dentist and hygienist take so much care to thoroughly explain my oral health problems to me. Thank you ladies! See you in a couple months!

No one caused me discomfort! The hygienist was careful, gentle and kind. The dentist treated me in exactly the same manner and let's not forget the front desk, where each person is genuinely welcomed with a friendly smile!

I was a little nervous about who would replace Dr a as he set the bar pretty high on what to expect but Dr Ali is amazing dentist he explains everything in fine details of what he going to be doing and take as much time as needed to make sure I'm frozen he has now set the bar even higher on what I expect from a dentist the new assistant lara is very nice and friendly and of course cici is always a rockstar

My family is been seeing Dr. Lida for years and I recommend her to anyone looking for a dentist. She is an outstanding and knowledgeable dentist and a compassionate human being. The staff is very friendly and accommodating.

I left my prior Dentist after 30 years because I moved to Georgetown, so this office had a very high standard to meet after all that history. I am thrilled to say they have exceeded my high expectations! Every single person I have dealt with has been very professional and phenomenal to deal with. I truly feel like they appreciate me as a patient, which you don’t always get as a customer everywhere these days. Highest recommendation to become a new patient in their brand new office!

Hands down, the best dental experience we’ve had. My daughter had an accident at school needing an emergency appointment - they got us in as first time patients, were incredibly friendly and helpful and the dentist made her feel so! Comfortable. It’s not always easy finding joyful moments through a tough situation but this team made it so seamless and took all the extra stress out of it for us to make that possible. Georgetown Dental has recently moved location which is lovely and easily accessible. The staff as usual, warmly greet you with friendly smiles. Dental hygienists and dentists treat their patients in a caring and gentle manner and offer professional guidance for your personal dental care. I highly recommend their services offered and know they will take good care of your needs.

I week ago I was in a accident and ended up chipping both my front pretty good, now my teeth look better then before.

Everyone is very freindly from the reception to the doctor. The new location is amazing and theres TV's on the ceiling!

Downtown Georgetown Dental is absolutely the best dental facility I’ve ever experienced! Consummate professionals -compassionate-kind-highly skilled team! Each & every member of Downtown Georgetown Dental is a team player. Striving together to ensure each patients comfort & positive experience along with the best positive outcome. I have a severe phobia of dental procedures & needles! When I entered the building to have all of my teeth removed I was in rough shape emotionally! From my initial greeting starting with Erin (on the front desk) I started to defuse. When I found myself being greeting by a kind engaging Yanna I once again found the fear & trauma of the moment further fading. Next came Warren an amazing nurse with an impeccable touch & bed side manner. Barely felt the IV being inserted. Then there was Dr. D Fortino with warm sparkling blue eyes behind the mask! Kindness & concern poured out of those gentle intelligent eyes & removed my high anxiety with a word. I sit here a mere 48 hours later with minimal discomfort & a grrreat job of removing all my teeth with no damage to nerves etc! Will definitely be going to the same office for dentures to be fitted. I had the pleasure of having Claudia as my hygienist for the first time today and was beyond content with my experience, so much so that I asked that Claudia continue to be my hygienist:) I have only positive comments about Erin and the other women who work at the front desk who always make me feel welcome!

Absolutely love my hygienist Diane. I’d talk more if her hands weren’t in my mouth. Lol. Everyone in there is super great and always in a fantastic mood. The waiting room area and office is nicely decorated and you can watch CP24 while you wait.
