Today I had my cavities treated. Dr. Kakade was very kind and professional. Her procedure was precise and I felt no pain at all. She also explained and talked to me appropriately to help me relax. Best dental experience ever.

My visit to the dentist always makes me feel anxious and even more so when it is a new dentist. Briana is gentle, caring, detailing and she made me feel comfortable the entire time. With her well clear explanations and friendly treatment, as well as of the girls at the reception, gave me comfort. I am happy to have chosen this team and I trust them.

Excellent experience so far! Really great receptionists, dental hygienist, and dentist. I look forward to future visits.

Fabulous practice
After spending a ridiculous amount of time surfing the net looking for a dentist for my 12 year old I went for Dows Lake. A nervous patient they were kind, thorough, helpful and really took the time to ensure we had the best possible service.
They were so professional and made us so at ease that myself and my husband signed up on the spot. As ex pat Brit’s in Canada (and not to generalise) but we are not the best in this area but I feel confident that we are in super good hands.
As someone who reads lots of reviews I hope I help someone else find this gem of a practice)

I felt cared, seen under the Dow lake dental staff (Danielle Menard) and I was treated very well. I wouldn’t be their client if it wasn’t for Danielle, she is fab.
Brianna (hygienist) was friendly, attention to detail and super professional. Dr E was very personable and to the point about my needs. No pushy. I highly recommend this clinic to all the citizens.

Highly highly recommend this dental office! They thoroughly go through and explain your specific needs and offer a complimentary 3D scan of your teeth which I found to be very cool - so you can see on screen exactly what all your teeth look like. I was able to see the cavities I have and all of my problem areas. It takes away the worry of needing a second opinion because you can visually see the issue. They do everything to make your visit as comfortable as possible and the staff is super friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming. I've had fairly unpleasant experiences at other dental offices so it's definitely refreshing coming here. Plus their chairs give a slight massage so that's nice!

The whole staff was very kind and understanding of the anxiety I was feeling surrounding my appointment. I felt very understood and supported throughout my time there.

The free toothpaste that hygienist gave me after my cleaning had expiration date of 2 years ago!

Genuinely friendly and helpful staff. They were able to see me quickly and took care of my issue with efficiency. Modern tools and a clean environment made it an enjoyable experience (about as enjoyable as you can hope for when you are getting your teeth ripped out of your face.) For the high level of care I recieved I was pleasantly surprised at the reasonable bill. All in all I highly recommend this office and will definitely be returning.for fillings. Brush your teeth.

I have really high anxiety related to the dentist. Today was my first appointment here and I could not have been in better hands. Everyone I met with was so compassionate and caring. I strongly recommend coming here if you are nervous/anxious.

As soon as you walk in the door you are greeted with friendly faces. The experience couldnt of been better, thorough cleaning, in depth overview of your teeth and good conversation when your allowed to freely use your mouth. Would recommend this dental clinic! Great job.

I have pretty extreme anxiety/agoraphobia, and after a bad dental experience avoided them all for years. Every staff member at Dow's Lake Dental was kind, thoughtful, and reassuring. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing a new dentist.

Made the decision to leave my previous dentist because Dow’s Lake Dental was closer to work. Then COVID happened. And even working from home, DLD is worth the drive. Front office staff and COVID precautions are top notch. The dental professionals in the back can’t be beat. Office is bright and modern. I highly recommend DLD to anyone looking for a new dentist!

I hadn't been to the dentist in quite a long time and have some fear surrounding dental work. I chose to come here based on all the positive reviews I had seen, and I definitely made the right choice. The office is clean and comfortable, and all of the people working here are wonderful and friendly. Today I had several fillings done and I was quite nervous, but Dr Laura and her assistant did a great job making me feel at ease. If you are looking for a dentist, especially if you have any fear or anxiety about dental work, I highly recommend this practice!

This place has been an absolute lifesaver! I’ve been unemployed for months and conveniently got a bad infection, and need to pull them out. Dow’s Lake Dental has done the absolute most to make me feel the most comfortable. The dentist I had before was really rude (in Gatineau) so I was apprehensive to go back to a dentist. But Dow’s lake has made me believe that people care again. They aren’t just there to do a job. They actually care about what’s going on in your life and will actually listen to you and help as best as they are able during uncertain times like these. I can’t thank them enough for their help. Will definitely be a permanent client! All of the employees I’ve had have been awesome. Danielle in particular is an absolute rock star! Will be recommending this place to everyone I know.

I appreciate the staff here so much. I always look forward to my visit because everyone is so kind and welcoming. Danielle absolutely kills it at her job – I cannot picture a better person for that role. Katrina is another gem at Dow’s Lake Dental: nails it every time. Both she and Danielle are so compassionate and competent. They both take the time to help me plan and understand my dental care completely. I had a wonderful new experience with Dr. Laura today and she was so incredibly detailed and thorough. She checked in with me throughout the entire procedure to make sure I was okay and was somehow the only dentist to ever achieve effectively freezing my mouth on the first try. I’m also not the easiest dental patient but with Dr. Laura and the team, I felt like I was truly in the best hands (3 fillings today and I almost fell asleep on the chair!). Thank you so much for the wonderful work you all do!

Dr El Hawary and her team will always greet you with a smile and you will always leave with a smile.
She takes professionalism to a whole new level, whether in terms of care and in terms of sanitization. In these times of pandemic, all the extra steps taken to minimize propagation and ensure the safety of all make me feel comfortable in my seat. Our family has been patients of Dr E for many years now and she treats us as.family!

After 10 years of avoiding dental visits, I found this little gem last year. All of the staff are wonderful, including the lovely and sunny Theresa, and the environment is welcoming. I still hate going to the dentist, but Dow's Lake Dental makes the experience much less painful. Like a mini-spa for my teeth. Highly recommended.

Our family just had our first appointments at Dow's Lake Dental and we had a wonderful experience. Our children are 2 and 4 and were handled with thoughtful care and kindness. I've been telling all of my friends and colleagues about the postive experience I had. I did not enjoy our last dentist as I didn't feel heard and they were quite negative about my teeth. I absolutely felt heard here, was provided the options I have been hoping for, and am blown away by how well my kids were treated. Also, my clean teeth feel awesome.
