Dr Ajayi-Obe Jacob

I've been a patient for 4 years. I have managed to see him twice! I request an appointment, it mysteriously vanished and no appointment is booked. I have myositis now because my diabetes has gone unchecked without meds due to this dr not seeing me. I have deteriorated muscles and constant pain in both legs now. Thankfully, service Ontario was able to remove me from his pt list because his staff wouldn't even though I requested it. Now I have a family dr who actually cares if I can continue to care for my 4 children and not be in a wheelchair, at least not yet! Dr Ajayi-obe should NOT be in practice. Worst Dr still allowed to practice.

I had the most horrible experience with dr ajayi obe and his receptionists
All set of rude people with no empathy whatsoever.
They rip you off your money and the doctor tells you that you’re paying for his time. How does that make any sense? They literally tell you to book an appointment to get your test result, I paid out of pocket, getting there my result was not ready and he’s literally telling me I paid for his time. Asking me to book another appointment again in two weeks and still pay out of pocket

This Dr Jacob is useless and I would not recommend going to him. I moved four hours away and he refused to refill my blood pressure meds and depression meds till I come see him considering I explained to him I have no way to get there and still refuses to refill my prescription. Go to another dr avoid this useless pos

Worst doctor.there I was told I owed 50 dollars for an outstanding bill because I missed a appointment, the bill was dated last September, could they not have sent out in September? Even I do not have any appointment. Big Scam. Looking for a new doctor.

So where do we start  i am one of his Patient's  for almost  3 years and he has only seen me  2 times since  i been with him and when i call for a appointment  to get checked  out he dont answer the phone and then i leave  A voicemail and then he doesn't respond to your calls or all he says is your  fine like i had a my C-section scar opened and he just told me to leave it but I went to Sarnia hospital and they told me to go to wound care so they can  properly heal my C-section had my daughter 2 years ago and he hasn't did no checkups on us at all and like I told you I was having  knee pain but yet all you said was to take Tylenol looking  for a doctor  that actually  dose there job tell me how i went to the  Petroia Hospital with my friend  and you know who i am but yet didnt say nothing to me but yet your supposed to be my family doctor but my friend  told you she got in a car accident and you just say  your fine without  doing no blood work no xrays nothing she told you she gots Head pain but she was the one that had to ask for the X-ray you didnt say lets do a xray she had to ask for it  you just didn't want to do thw paperwork  or nothing  because  i know for a fact  that's why right all you did was pump her with pain meds and say shes good to go for her to drive and possibly get into Another car accident on the way home   you shouldnt even  be a doctor  bro you dont know how to do your job like really i think  you got your doctor License from a cereal box.

Does not respond to Pharmacies which is in violation of the CPSO. Forces appointments for any refill, including long term care/treatment. Avoid.

Wait for almost a most that CCAC faxed and was in yesterday and still was not signed. He informed me he was busy. Guess he shouldn’t take on new patients! Also while there I was told I owed 50 dollars for an outstanding bill because I missed a appointment, the bill was dated last February could they not have sent out in February? Dr Ajayi- Obe is the worse Dr. I have ever consulted with in emergency, however maybe the hospital appreciates him as he is able to clear a patient back log in under 30 minutes, and diagnose people without any kind of tests of physical exam. I went to emergency (after suffering with flu like sympstoms for a week) and he advised that "I did not look that sick" to warrant any further testing (after being sent to emerge by my Dr.for further testing). Anyway, after listening to Dr. Ajayi-Obe argue with a lady with a valid concern for a short period before also releasing her with no further testing, he could tell just by looking at me that I did not have Meningitis and sent me home. I did call the hospital back to get the correct spelling of his name in case I ended up back in an emergency department, so my family could file appropriate actions. He sucks!

I came to this doctor last week as a new patient to talk about my mental health struggles and told him I was on stress leave at my job he shut me down just as I began to tell him how I was feeling, he was just trying to rush me out as soon as possible and told me to just "figure it out". He seemed like he had nothing but distain for me and that I annoyed him. I was so shocked I didn't even know how to respond. When I got home I couldn't help but start sobbing and I had to fight suicidal feelings because I was so happy to finally have a family doctor to get some help but then was treated so poorly by him immediately it made me feel like getting help is impossible. If you value your self worth at all do not see this man. And to future patients he harms I am sorry.

I have been a patient of dr Ajayi- Obe for over 15 years.
During this time period I have developed a strong confidence in his diagnosis and his recommendations. I have always found him to be honest and his willingness to say “ I don’t know the answer” however he will then suggest a means to obtain additional information.
Others have indicated he is not the most friendliest Doctor, I have not personally experienced this trait, but I don’t want a friendly Doctor, I want a doctor who I respect and a Doctor who will give
me his professional opinion and help me arrive at the best possible solutions and Dr Ajayi-Obe delivers.

Also his staff is very professional and personable
