Dr. Alisha Razack FAMILY PHYSICIAN

Dr. Razack is one of the best family physician's I have had. She is very professional, kind, compassionate, patient & very much up to date on the best evidence to help guide decision making. She takes time to listen to any concerns in spite of what I imagine is a huge caseload and she addresses each concern. She always has respectful, diligent admin staff too. I feel very lucky to have her as a family physician and wish that there were more out there like her.

She's been my doctor now for over 6 years and she also my daughter's doctor. She is the nest doctor I've ever had.
She is very attentive and professional and most importantly she lessens to me She's has never dismissed me and disregard my sympathy and my fears.
I relocate to Ottawa and i travel back to Toronto to see her. She the best

This is my less than stellar experience. I had a staph infection and I was given antibiotics. After antibiotics were done I felt that the staph was not cleared because I started getting feelings of being unwell again: headaches, nausea, fatigue.after looking at the site though she deemed it to be gone. I called her office the day after with concerns that it wasn’t completely gone and I asked if she could give me another round of antibodies. After speaking with reception for quite some time she called me back and said that I was to be given a prescription for a yeast infection…. I became frustrated because I felt like I was not being listened to properly. I didn’t have a yeast infection I had a staph infection and the receptionist had no clue what that was (as someone who studied medical office administration you are taught all the ailments) Anyways I was refused another round of antibiotics and had to go to the hospital to get them- (and I should also mention that I had a nervous breakdown, crying my eyes out because I was refused the medication. I had not been feeling well and being misunderstood and then refused made me upset) Taking time out of my busy work schedule. Dr could have given me a blood test to determine the infection had cleared like the hospital did, but no she did not. She seems to know it all with out proof. I also asked if I could be referred to be tested for ADHD and she told me that it would cost me $3,000-5,000 to get tested for it. That information is not right. Any psychiatrist can test you and she could have referred me to CAMH or somewhere else but she did not. I ended up terminating her as my family doctor. Lack of compassion in a medical setting, where people are struggling after the pandemic, is unacceptable.

Dr. Alisha is always willing to take the time to listen to my concerns and answer any questions I may have. She is extremely knowledgeable and up-to-date on the latest medical research and treatments, and she is able to explain complex medical concepts in a way that is easy to understand.
One thing that sets Dr. Alisha apart from other doctors I have seen is her ability to make me feel comfortable and at ease during appointments. She has a warm and friendly demeanor that instantly puts me at ease, and she is always willing to go above and beyond to make sure I am receiving the best possible care.
I feel very fortunate to have her as my family doctor, and I would highly recommend her to anyone in need of a caring and knowledgeable healthcare provider.

I’m very happy to have been visiting Dr Razack for around 4 years now and her appointment time is always maintained, I never had to wait on appointments. She pays kind attention to every details I tell her, provides advice and always keeps a smiling attitude which makes me feel comfortable as she never ever shows a rush or that she is being bothered by many questions I’m asking. She’s very nice-behaving, punctual, very sincere family doctor and I love how organized and timely her assistant Ms Mylene is, very very helpful. I’m now eagerly waiting to have her as my kid’s Family doctor as well.

Dr. Razack is by far the best doctor I have ever had. She's very kind, knowledgeable and will always take time to explain things to you. She's conveniently located right outside of Pape Station so getting to the office is always easy. If you're looking for a new Doctor, I would definitely suggest her.

I had a lot of trouble connecting with my childhood doctor. A friend had recommended Dr. Alisha Razack and ever since, I've been recommending her to everyone. She's very knowledgeable and genuine. Jane is also great. A trip to the doctor's is not as bad anymore!
