Don’t waste your time on her wait list. So disappointed.
My dad for some reason really liked her and I was disgusted with my doctor so I wrote a letter of urgency as I was dealing with MH issue during COVID, requesting to be waitlisted.
Not once in almost 2 years have they tried to even contact me.
I called several times to follow up and the receptionist is always rude.
Today they advised me she is NO longer accepting patients.
Perhaps this unprofessionalism would have been ignored on my part had they been proactive and at least try to contact me after over 20 months?
Needless to say I WILL BE LOOKING FOR A NEW DOCTOR once again after wasting my time for this long. Sure does leave a bad taste in your mouth

I have been a patient of Dr Jerome for over 2 years now, she became my family doctor right after I gave birth to my daughter. She was nice, we had a good rapport, I felt comfortable with her caring for my family for the most part. However I am very sad and disappointed that I have to end our relationship. I feel as though my time was not respected, I feel as though she lacked a bit of customer service, and on my last visit I felt like she gave a nonchalant response to me taking my daughter and leaving after waiting about 30 mins.
The appointment was for my daughter, and I felt like she didn’t value or care about my child’s health in that moment. I feel like she’s usually busy between in person and phone appointments and though she tries to accommodate her patients, sometimes she falls short.
Update: 24hrs later and I have yet to receive an email or a phone call from Dr. Jerome. Even though I requested for my file to be closed.
The decent and doctor like thing to have done is check in with a patient that has been your patient for over 2 years.

This is not a review. I have been on the waiting list for the new patient for the past 2 years and nobody has ever reached out to me to follow- up. So bizzare.

Dr. J is so great - I love going to see her and she's always so warm, welcoming and has an amazing sense of humour! She is really quick to get appointments scheduled and I never feel rushed when I go see her. She takes great care of her patients.:)

Dr. Jerome is both caring and efficient. I have had nothing but positive experiences with her and her office staff.

Dr. Jerome is a wonderful doctor. She is knowledgeable, informative, hard working and she cares about her patients well being. I am confident I am receiving expert medical care. The rest of her team in the clinic are great as well, providing quick and adequate responses. Highly recommend her and glad to be a part of her practice. Thank you!
