Hygienist Krisna was very gentle while my cleaning, appreciate her being considerate of my teeth sensitivity, thank you.

DO NOT GO TO THEM. I went for a simple cleaning and ended up with a $500 bill and had to pay $100 from my pocket. The moment they hear you have insurance they will take all of your funds. I told him I have wisdom tooth. So he ordered to get X-ray done and after he said he can’t see the tooth properly so he needs to use the 360degree x ray so he wanted to charge me 2 times but thank God his machine wasn’t working. He’s a Fraud and scammer. Just here to loot people. He will be very nice but trust me he will rob you

Worst Dr. Weird behaviour, waited for interview almost 40 mins. After he started asking weird questions. And who pays $ 16 for reception having medical administration certificate. He is really unprofessional weird Dr. Ever face in my life. Don't sell your skills and capabilities for these people at low pay rate.

Went there with my wife to remove her wisdom teeth, everything went smooth and the service was brilliant

One amazing doctor in town. I have been coming to him for my dental problems since they opened. I had many cavities which were filled then and are still intact. He never suggests anything which are not absolutely necessary. I come all the way from Scarborough to Brampton. Thank you Dr. Kaplash. You are the best.

Dr. Amit Caplash is very experienced dentist and me and my family is going to him from from last 17 years. I am very satisfied and he is very knowledgeable dentist. I highly recommend him.

Be careful of this doctor. He did two cavity fillings for me and I have been in pain for the past several years since then. The quality of my life is not good because of what Mr. Caplash did. I would advice people to be careful of dentists in general, this one in particular. They are all money hungry and do not care about ruining some one's life for a profit.

Some staff are nice and friendly, but they clearly do not know the meaning of an appointment. Every time I have an appointment with them I tend to show up 5-10 mins earlier but will still have to wait another 25 mins to see the doctor.

Amazing clinic, very open and big bright windows! Dr. Caplash is very friendly and helpful and you can tell he really cares about you and all his patients! Highly recommended!

I had a wonderful and warm experience while getting Root canal treatment and Dental Crown done at the Dental Clinic of Dr. Amit Kaplash. Dr. Amit is incredible, highly professional, and skilled, and I had a very smooth procedure, although I had fears about getting the root canal work. I have been a patient of Dr. Caplash at the Caplash Dental clinic in Branpton ever since they opened doors. I have never needed to go elsewhere. The clinic is very clean and bright. I’ve seen many kids leave here smiling which says a lot!
The entire staff is super friendly and accommodating. The doctor and hygienists are very experienced, thorough and ensure that I am well educated about my oral health.
What I love is that they focus on prevention and are open on weekends.

I have been coming to this place for last 2 years and it started with emergency with my nephew having pain. DR. Amit Caplash was very accommodating with a short notice helped my nephew.

So far in last 2 years I refered over 4 family members and 2 friends.

Terrible dentist made me drive over an hour just to tell me information he could have given me over the phone told me my insurance was changed even though I never called to change it and my insurance was still valid all the stuff for extremely rude and just laugh at you nobody speaks English

Best dentist I have ever had the pleasure of visiting. He fixed my chipped front teeth and NOBODY I had seen previously said it was possible. I drove hours just to come to his office based on a family referral. I will be going here again, even if I have to buy a plane ticket.

This dentist is extremely concerned with ways to take the most money from you that he can. I was a patient here for 3-4 years so I have an extensive history with the dentist and with the orthodontist who drops in.

Starting off with the receptionist who seem to be absolutely careless/useless in their work. They've canceled my appointment without notification a total of 3-5 times. I'd understand if it was a mistake but 3-5 times.seriously? This one time i had an appt at 4pm, so I had a feeling they'd cancel on me, I called them a total of 8 times and left 2 voicemails in a span of 2 hours and did not receive a call back or any attempt to contact me, I showed up for my appt at 4 pm and lo and behold- my appointment was canceled and they had not even bothered to notify me. The funny part is, one time during a heavy snow storm i showed up 15 mins late and was told if i showed up even 5 mins later, they would have charged me for a no-show which was quite alarming considering the condition of the roads.

They told me that dental cleanings were MANDATORY during the period anyone has their braces done and FORCED me to get dental cleanings, constantly harassing me in person and by calling me.

The orthodontist didn't even show up for my last appointment (Where my braces were to be taken off), she sent someone who I've never met and that lady applied my permanent retainer wrong and now I'm stuck with it even though it was applied incorrectly and has a super UNCOMFORTABLE fit in my mouth. When I asked the orthodontist to fix it, she told me it was my own fault for not wearing the nightly retainer, when i was wearing it at all times recommended.

Whenever they cancelled my appts, they'd offer me slots for WEEKS later. As a full-time student with a part-time job who also commutes, you can imagine how this would mess up my schedule immensely. The worst part about all this is rather than taking responsibility, this clinic aims to blame the customer rather than simply apologizing

Worst service ever. They charge for service which is not required at all. Never arrange appointments at client convinenance. Would give zero rating if possible.

Terrible experience. I went in to get a cleaning done.was told it’d cost me about $80, AFTER 75% is paid by my insurance. Was a little sceptical but I don’t know much about the costs so I said okay. Was told to get x rays done, not being informed that there’s an extra charge for them. I thought they’re part of the process so went along with it. The dental hygienist did my cleaning and then the doctor came back and he took a look and told me he needs to do a filling which will just increase the bill by $50. He did 2 fillings instead of the one he told me about (and charged $151 for each). At the end, the total came to over 700 dollars, I barely know what the charges were for. He took the entire $500 from my insurance and I unwillingly had to pay the rest. He did reduce by $50 after I complained, however the total was definitely still too high. And then he told me that when my insurance renews in August I should come in again as he needs to do some extra polishing. Definitely not going back to him ever.
