Dr. Hsu. She was very gentle and professional and took time to explain each procedure as she performed them.

Protect Yourself from this clinic. Professionally Dishonest and this is dangerous.for My wife had sever pain in one side of her lower jaw and she was referred to this clinic for deep cleaning by her dentist thinking that pain is because she needs deep cleaning. This clinic took 2-3 X-Rays when she already gave them 2-3, that her dentist took. She asked the Dr.that why she is having pain only one side, if she needs deep cleaning then it should be on both side. Dr.at this clinic, she said, we will see and even after insisting she didn't tell my wife. After deep cleaning, my wife asked again and Dr said to my wife that there is cavity in one of her tooth on the side where she is having pain. So practically, she held the information and provided treatment what was not the cause of the pain, this is extreme of professional dishonesty. Then my wife said, ok so fill this cavity, Dr said, for that you need to take another appointment and she is back home with the pain as it is. What a shame these people are. Its better you drive taxi and earn honestly than to be professionally dishonest to make money.

My wife's English is more than good enough to present her problem and she did that several times in her last visit that she would like to know why she is having pain on one side if cleaning is needed for all teeth.and she was told that she will be given answer after the cleaning, and after cleaning she was told that there is cavity and when she asked why the real problem wasn't treated first, response was that she should get another appointment.she requested to get the cavity filled because of which she was having pain for so many days, but she was asked to make new appointment for another day and then her cavity will be treated.if I put myself in her situation, I can't imagine who a sane person can behave like this. I took this time to respond to ensure that you don't hide extreme non professional attitude using the excuse that my wife English was not good enough to understand. Just be honest with the patients who come to you, we will find some one else.

She is very friendly and her tritment was excellent. She did a great job with my first ever health exam.she explained everything to me in very clear manner. All of the staff was great

I had an amazing experience! If I could give 10 stars I would. I had to get a gum graft done and it was completed by Dr. Andre Hsu. Not only did she do a fantastic job, she was also very friendly and personable and extremely transparent as to exactly what was going on, ensuring I understood every step of the way. I even told my sister she HAS to come here. I highly recommend this place, you will not be disappointed.

I have been seeing Dr. Hsu since 2012. Even though she moved to Toronto in 2016 I still drive from Montreal to see her. That's how good she is and how much I trust her. She is a caring and meticulous periodontist. She takes her time to explain the procedure and treatment plan. She really cares about her patients. I had a gum graft done by her recently and I didn't even need to take any painkillers. Her team is also excellent. Natalie is the best hygienist I ever met. She is gentle, efficient and knows her job very well.

I had to have perio surgery done because i have receding gums from brushing my teeth too strongly. I postponed getting this surgery but in the end, the recession was starting to be too serious. My dentist referred me to dr. Andrea Hsu and I immediatly felt at ease. I'm usually very scared of needles, but the way dr. Hsu did it, i barely felt a thing! My surgery was a success, and i followed the aftercare procedures to a T. Glad with the results.

I love coming to this office for my cleanings and gum treatmnets. Hands down, they have the best hygienists I've seen. I've been seeing both Dr. Hsu and Dr. Lam Watt for my checkups and I like how they take the time to explain my gum condition and any treatment recommended. Best of all, they are not pushy at all and give options.

Dr. Hsu and her office staff were extremely professional and responsive throughout my periodontal surgery consultant, surgery and post operation appointments. They were always available for my questions and even booked an emergency check up at no cost. I would highly recommend this periodontist as Dr. Hsu completes very thorough work while ensuring your maximized comfort. Be sure that you are able to pay up front and be reimbursed if your insurance covers the surgery as they don’t deal directly with insurers. Overall a great experience with Dr. Hsu and her team! Dr. Hsu and her team were extremely knowledgeable, patient and detail-oriented over the three years (2019-2021) that I was a patient with them.

In that time, I received 3 gum grafts and a cleaning, all of which were executed with precision and skill. My grafts have healed well and have stayed well ever since. I am very satisfied overall with the results of my procedures and experience as a patient.

She had to remove my tooth, do a PERFECT sinus graft, then insert an implant. This was a lengthy process and I'm so glad I had an experienced specialist take care of me. I'd definitely go see her if I need a periodontist.
