I don’t understand what is the point of taking an appointment if they just want us to keep waiting for 20 to 25 mins.

It was great experience with Dr. Ahmed. The staff was also good especially the ladies at front desk were friendly, nice and respectful. The visit was smooth without any delays and long waiting time, highly organized clinic by the staff.

I have a great experience with them. Doctors are excellent and they treat you very well. Receptionist is very polite, humble and very helpful.

My doctor is great but the receptionists aren’t. They never answer calls & when they do they have attitude. They overall lack professionalism & I recommend they get some training.

The attitude is so bad that they have signs in the front that say “ we don’t accept certain language and behaviour. “

Dr. Dillon is my family doctor since last 15 years and is very caring and kind person. Very attentive and mild spoken, never in a rush. Takes care of her patients like a family member.

I've never posted a review but felt compelled due to the exceptional level of care I received from Dr. Muhammad. I've only saw Dr. Muhammad Ahmad at this clinic. I initially came in as a walk in patient with my husband and 2 kids and he definately wowed me with the level of professional medical care he provided. Other walk-ins always make me feel very rushed whereas Dr. Muhammad listened carefully and suggested treatment options. He was very thorough and made sure I understood everything. He was very pleasant, professional, and you can clearly see his passion for his work. The wait times even by appointments are usually longer but I don't mind with this doctor because of the great service he provides. I know he is behind schedule due to him doing his job thoroughly rather then rushing through patients. Keep up the great work!

Doctors are good, but the receptionists need to learn some communication skills. They are really rude and impolite. Very unprofessional!
I hope the doctors take note and provide them some training on how to deal respectfully with patients.

Dr. Dillon on vacation, more than 8 years my family dr. Yesterday new dr. Mr mohamad Was in. I surprised he is so carrying professional, very good dr, he takes time to discuss all issues and he knows what to do with the issues, I am impressed. He is taking in walk in new patients. 2 sep 22 C P.

Dr Dhillon is the Best Doctor. Her excellent knowledge skills and best advice to patients makes her unique. She listen to your problems carefully and try to give best medical advice. She has the best frontdesk staff who will answer all the calls and returns email within minutes. Dr Dhillon is the Dr you can send an email regarding your health question even in midnight and she will try to answer first thing in the morning either way via electronically or by phone.

Dr Sonia Saran is amazing. She's always so thorough and caring. She takes the time to care about you. The secretaries are really nice too. Highly recommend it!

Dr. Sonia Saran is a great doctor. I have been seeing her for two years. In that time, she has been caring, attentive and professional. My whole family sees her and we have been very happy with her care.

Very good doctor and very good staff. They accommodate everyone politely. Dr. Is very thorogh in her treatments. I would highly recommend her. Only feedback is that they need to update their answering messages regularly and change their timings in website. Otherwise, very good experience with them. Very happy that they are in the area.

Whoa! I came online to contribute my impression of this hardworking clinic and I’m shocked, to say the very least, about these comments directed towards Claireville Doctors. My parents and I are patients here for approximately 8 years now. Dr Dhillon is my parents’ family doctor. When I requested her to be my family doctor as well, she thoughtfully told me that she believed it would be unjust if she was appointed this duty. Dr Dhillon said to appoint Dr Saran because she has more availability than Dr Dhillon. It was considerate of her to inform me of such. I am visiting Dr Saran, as my family doctor now, for almost 3 years. I have been frequently visiting the clinic now, and never have I seen any issues with the staff or doctors. The doctors are very informative and the receptionists are earnest. I have interacted with Dr Saran, who was new to the clinic because she was available more than any of the other doctors (even during the weekends!). I have seen them multitasking, through managing the front desk, assisting patients and doctors, as well as taking calls. I feel as though that they need more appreciation than the patients give them.
I have been to other clinics before, and have seen worse, with several bad experiences. Communication wise, leaving messages to the receptionists is always an A+. They inform the doctors of everything you have said, and the doctors send a message through them. Dr Dhillon and Dr Saran are very detail oriented and if they want to add anything, they leave the receptionists a note to get back to my family and I. They are quick in their own ways, nevertheless, very informative about whatever the concern is. Another person here said that they are “scamming” patients. I also once had to pay for a doctor’s note. I paid $20. I never really needed a doctor’s note beforehand so, for curiosity’s sake, I searched it up and on OMA and a few other trusted sites, it says the prices range from $20 -$60 for sick notes. The clinic is asking for the bare minimum. If I hadn’t seen these reviews, I would have just two sentences: Amazing and hard working clinic. Definitely recommended to everyone for their exceptional services and astounding, earnest attitude.

I visited this page to share my experience with Dr. Saran. But to my utmost surprise, I read one and the only negative review about her. I understand that its one's own personal viewpoint, but I had a altogether different experience which I'll be sharing here. We are new immigrants to Canada. We were looking for a family doctor, and after a lot of search I came across the name of Dr. Saran. I must say she is the best. She has always been very nice to her patients and provides ample amount of time to listen to their problems and concern. She reffered my daughter to a specialist and everytime I visited her, she always asked me about the specialist appointment status. I was truly impressed with the nice facility and the caring staff. Each and every one of them was courteous, professional, and made my visit as comfortable as they possibly could. THANK YOU ALL SO VERY MUCH!

The doctors are great, very helpful and fast.as for the receptionist's, very un-professional, they talk more behind the counter between each other than actually help waiting patients.first come first serve is a lie, if you are elderly and speak punjabi you will get served faster, proven multiple times i have been here. Doctors absent notes are $20 - $100 cash only, which is a scam.nobody should ever need to pay for a sick note, it is a money grab and is taking advantage of patients.unfortunately this is the only place closest to my house so i will have to continue going here, but i will try my best not to.
