Dr. Arachchi is amazing. However having to wait over an hour for my BOOKED appointment is ridiculous! The receptionist OMG always mad dose not help at all, where's the professional MOA take care of patient.
I use to be her patient the only reason I change Dr, Asachchi Her MOA she's so rude and mean and makes you uncomfortable
I wish you be able to bring some one knows what Medical office assistant roles means or I'm sure you will lose all your patient.

She is a wonderful, caring and thorough doctor. She cares for her patients 110%. We have been going to her for years, ever since she had started her practice. We intend to stay with her for as long as she has her practice in London.
