Dr Aram Medical Clinic & Immigration Office

I cannot praise the doctor's assistant enough! Their professionalism, efficiency, and compassion made my entire experience seamless and stress-free. From handling appointments with ease to their warm and welcoming demeanor, they truly excel at their role. Their attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond to assist patients is commendable. I left the office feeling cared for and confident in their exceptional service. A definite asset to the practice!

Pleassse read before going: I ve never seeen in my whole life much negative reviews for a clinic especially the receptionest. I believe the Doctor should reconsider his choices of employment, We understand the doctor could have a lot of patients that's stressing but at least you should employ someone who candle handle the furstrated patients, the receptionist is very rude, she keep losing clients documents, make mistakes, the worst part is that she is very very rude dealing with people.one you pay you are in the trap,

This clinic even doesnt deserve one star. I had a worst experience from Dr. Aram and his receptionist. The receptionist made me wait for 1 hr amd then later claimed my etransfer amount 80 dollar was not recieved and made me sit for about 1.5 hours again. Bank claimed the transfer was done on time. The clinic purposefully does this fraud.

There are lots of other places to get the treatments done.

I am Habib Seifdar, I went to Dr Aram's clinic yesterday and he is very kind, professional and reliable.
I am satisfied from the behaviour of secretary whose name is Mrs Ghazal.

I don't recommend this clinic at all. It has incredibly rude and ill-mannered clerks who don't even know how to speak properly. They don't even do their work properly. Twice they sent me to the doctor's office for a prescription for physical therapy and then sent me back.

Good and attentive staff and doctor. They helped me complete my requirments as quickly as possible so I can go back to work. It was a good exprience.

He is the worst Dr you could ever encounter.
Unethical, rude and very disappointing. He works for money. Literally gives appointment for after 5pm and refuses to examine patients because it is after 5pm.

The lady who picks up the phone is very rude.
The first time I called she hung up on me and the second time I called she told me to wait and started talking to other people totally disregarding me and my time.

DON'T EVER GO HERE!
Rude receptionist refused to register or book an appointment for the entire day as there was too much wait time (only 4 patients in queue before us). She kept stressing on the fact that it was an immigration office and they were busy. Waste of time and effort. Strictly avoid.

Don’t go here for your immigration Medicals because this clinic will only perform joint test for you and would direct you to two separate clinics for your X-ray and laboratory test which would cost you more time and money. They avoid giving you this information before hand and make you pay the $150

The worst medical clinic ever makes you wait hours and they take no appointments at all.
Mixing papers give no information about what to do. Other Medical clinics do everything in one day but here you have to take blood tests and X-rays elsewhere and it takes 15-20 days to waste time.

Sahar and Ghazaleh are one of the worst, rude and obnoxious people I’ve ever seen!
No class for their behaviour and the way they talk. I will never ever go back there again however Dr. Aram is not bad but I can’t see the receptionist again

Rudest, racist and the most unprofessional doctor.doesn’t even worth one star.never seen a rude doctor like him before in Canada. This is your responsibility to help people and do their job. We pay a lot of money to you to do our job who do you think you are? Anyways don’t go there people as he treats newcomers so badly.not only newcomers but everyone!
Definitely going to report to CPSO.do not go there people unless you want to be treated like that.

Doctor was pretty nice, but the two ladies in the front were pretty unprofessional. It’s really difficult to communicate with them. Maybe it was because of the language (I spoke English to them). Also, pretty sure they’re not nurses. It was clearly they don’t know the medical or simple clerical administrative terms

The worst doctor ever. He was so rude and he was also late for the appointment. Ive never seen someone so rude do not go to his office. Unacceptable. A doctor should be professional and this doctor by far was the least professional person.

The rudest person on this planet. Gives you hard time and i came out of his office stressed out. Never going back again
