Dr. Hamed was knowledgeable, efficient and overall lovely!
She answered all my questions and gave me great advice.
They also billed my insurance directly so I didn’t have to worry about that part.

They are always fast and able to get me an appointment quickly! The staff are all very friendly and professional.

I walked in and was greeted by the lovely receptionists. I asked if there were any open appointments and they got me in to see the Optometrist within 10 minutes. I had a complete eye exam including a fitting for contact lenses. Dr. Chung was very friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. My experience at this office was amazing and I would definitely recommend anyone needing an exam to go to Dr. Chung and Associates at the Lens Crafters store in the Eaton Centre.

Threw away my contacts to the trash before I insisted to them I needed it for the rest of the day. Bad customer service in the reception of the optometrist office. When asked if I can buy another pair, they claimed it was out of stock. Blind for the rest of the day until I get home. However, doctor was good just the receptionists was clueless all the time.

From the receptionist, assistants to the optometrist I was met with smiles and warm greetings. My appointment was satisfying. I also had made my appointment online abd it was quick and easy, they Aldo called to remind me of appointment the day before.

For me it was a bummer to admit I needed glasses but I was forced after the DMV wouldn't approve my driver's license due to failing the eye test. I bit the bullet and went to Lens Crafters in the Eaton Centre. The Doc I had was amazing - despite my over-the-top reaction to every test she performed.

The staff are great …. Dr Mishra and Dr Kim are truly patient and kind. This is the second time I have come to the office for eye treatment and I totally feel comfortable and safe in their hands.

I saw Dr. Ng for a walk in apt and he was so knowledgeable, kind, efficient, and taught me so much about my eyes. He took time to answer all of my questions and explained everything thoroughly. I highly recommend him!

My apt.was with Dr. Jacky Ng. He was very patient, listened to my concerns, answered all of my questions and didn't make me feel rushed. He is genuinely interested in helping his patients. Highly recommend.

Had a great experience with Dr. Lam. Friendly, quick, caring:) every visit doesn't take longer than 30min. The front staff is pleasant and polite, they promptly responded to all the questions that I had. Even if they didn't have an answer right away, they'd do their best to find it and contact you.

Dr Chung should teach other dr’s how to treat patients. I want to go back just to engage with him again

My eye exam was very thorough and professional. The eye doctor - Dr Hamad, took time and care to discuss her assessment of my eyes. She also scheduled a follow up to check a potential issue. This was my 2nd eye exam here at the eaton centre and I will continue to use them.
