Dr is good but waiting 2x 1.5 hours on hold to connect with receptionist to book an appointment. And then driving over an hour for the scheduled appointment to find the office closed. Time to look for a new GP.

Dr Pirrello is very nice and professional, highly recommended for anyone looking for a new family doctor.

Myself and my family recently became patients at Songbird Medical and we have had the best experience! Dr. Pirello has been great, both my kids loved him and he’s super nice and knowledgeable, so is the Nurse that works with him. Joanne at the front desk is so great, she’s so friendly and makes you feel welcome as soon as you walk in the office.

They threw out important paper work first time I saw them. The next time they booked my appointment for the wrong time and then blamed me for getting it wrong. I was very clear about an after school appointment.

My Doctor retired after having him for over 40 years, and I loved him.
I was thankful Dr. Arshad Hack took me on as his patient. I have only seen him twice now but I am very very happy with him so far. He is a great Doctor and a down to earth guy with great humor. I am thankful to have him.
Update: I have been seeing Dr. Hack for 3 years now and I am so happy and thankful to have him for my Family Doctor. He is the best. I Love him. Knowledgeable, caring and never rushes you.

Terrible experience. I just called and advised reception that I was new to the area and looking for a female doctor. I asked if Dr. Swan was accepting new patients and the receptionist's answer was "I don't know. She's only been here one day. Maybe call back in the summer. " Unbelievable. So you can't find that out for me and call me back? Your suggestion is to call back in a few months? How this woman works in customer service is beyond me. 0/5 rating!

Great, approachable, friendly doctor. He takes the time to chat and learn about his patients, and explains any treatments/recommendations in an easy to understand way. I feel very lucky to have such a great family dr!
