I have a corgi mix and she always had ear problems. I went to see Dr Asianova and after thoroughly examining our doggie, she showed me how to properly clean the ears, and administer her drops.

We had a bad experience getting treatment for our cat at this clinic. After the suggested treatment that didn't work, she blamed us for “not following the treatment” even though we did it the way she prescribed. She was rude and unprofessional over the phone. Avoid at any cost.

Dr. Asianova is an experienced and very professional vet. I am going to her clinic from the very beginning with my dog. What I like about her - she knows her stuff, calls back, makes space in her schedule, affordable and doesn't push unnecessary tests or treatments on you.

She successfully treated ear infection when by dog was just a puppy and she provided a great care to her after that. When my dog got eye problems, I tried another vet in midtown TO because of the location, but it was overpriced and absolutely useless, then I tried another one, the result was the same. I came back to Dr. Asianova and got an accurate diagnosis and treatment suggestions very fast.

She might be perceived by some people to be assertive but this is only because she cares a lot about health of the pet and because she has an extensive experience. Right now, I feel comfortable commuting from Midtown TO to Richmond Hill for this kind of care. Definitely recommend.

Dr asianova is a very rude person, has harsh personality and poor communications skills as she talks a lot and does not listen

Saved my cat and money, knocked off $600 off of the cost his surgery and incredibly responsive. My cat was home after 4 hours. The other clinic wanted to wait and charge $2000 for the procedure that she preformed within 2 hours.

I called her because my dog ate a grape and her response was “what do you want from me? What should you do? I don’t know, wait and see”. Grapes are toxic to dogs and as soon as I called another vet they told. Me the safest option would be to induce vomiting. The wait and see approach could end with my dog having liver failure info and dying. Great advice thanks a lot. I would never see this person ever. Terrifying that she is giving this kind of info to people.

Fantastic doctor. I first took my dog here when she has eaten rope toy and it blocked her intestines. Anything she ate or drank she threw up. Went to the clinic where I got her chipped and spaded and they quoted me the surgery that will be about 2000$ after paying for the the the initial visit. Not being able to afford it at the time it felt like I was signing my dog's death sentence. My mom asked a few of her friends if they knew a good place to go and a couple recommended this place. I drove down from Mississauga to consult the doctor. Instead of doing surgery right away like the other place, she recommended some medications to loosen up the whatever was inside, some anti-inflammatory and a few other things. Told me to come back in a few days to see her if things are not improving. The surgery would need to to to happen then, but she wanted to try the less intrusive way of dealing with it. The surgery was about half price then the other hospital quoted me. A few days after the blockage came out and Sam was back to normal. This happened a couple of years ago and I have been going here for the amazing and knowledgeable service.
The reason I’m writing this now is I’m looking for a dentist for canine tooth cleaning and was trying to figure out if this clinic does it (they do!) and was surprised at a low number of reviews so I decided to share my story and my fantastic experience with the doctor.

Have never been at a more informative vet clinic in the area. It amazed me how much time was spent with me and my dog, and the expertise of Dr. Asianova. NOTHING felt rushed. I couldn’t have been happier with my experience!

Dr Asianova saved my dogs life when other vets were not able to find the problem. She was also much cheaper then other clinics. Charged us a quarter of the price for x rays compared to the vet we were going to before. She is a true lifesaver and is extremely knowledgeable. I am never going to a different vet again.

I highly recommend Dr. Asianova. My cat had an infected wound on her foot and she treated her very well. She provided antibiotics and treatment at a very fair price.

I brought my puppy with parvovirus to the doctor and, thanks to her recommendations, we were able to save the life of the puppy. Also, the doctor will always consult by phone and is a very high specialist. She really cares and cares for animals!

Very professional and dedicated doctor. I've been using Doctor Asianova's services since 2016. First I contacted her when my cat had stomach bleeding. She gave him the right medications without unnecessary tests that I would be offered in other clinics (I am a long-term pet owner and have experience with other doctors). She always tells the truth and never misleads you. I live quite far from her clinic (35-minute drive) and tried to find a doctor closer, but she is unbeatable. She is an honest, scrupulous, and sincere person and acts in the best interests of animals. Thank you, Doctor Asianova!

The most down to earth, honest, informative, and helpful vet I have ever been to anywhere in Ontario. I truely appreciate the last minute emergency appointment and Dr. Asianova taking her time to make sure I understood every bit of information and care advice I was given. This clinic truely looks after their patients and is there for your pet's wellbeing, not squeezing as much out of you as possible. I will be switching vets after this visit.

Had an emergency with our cat so I called the clinic to find out when I can come in, and she came in earlier before their work hours to help our cat. Incredible doctor, took great care of our cat but more importantly took into account the financial aspect of his treatment, making it as cost friendly as possible. Our cat is doing well and all healed up because of this doctor.

Jia is very professional and experienced. I have been going to her clinic for over 10 years and only have great things to say about her, she cares for animals as well as the owners.

Please don't go here! Doctor is extremely rude. She speaks in a very angry and rude tone, and does not keep calm which is very unprofessional. She cares more about money than your animal (s). (Will do anything to get more money). She also would rather put the animal to down than actually treat it. She almost put my cat down for the second time but then we decided to try out a new animal hospital which was the right move.

Please, please, PLEASE do not take your pet here. I'm still kicking myself for ever trusting Dr. Asianova with my dog's care. I'm sure she's just fine when it comes to simple vaccinations and check-ups for healthy pets, but for seriously ill animals, older pets and pets with chronic or complex conditions - please avoid this clinic like fire. Not only did she misdiagnose my pet with a very serious illness, she is also the least empathetic vet I've ever come across. She is CONSTANTLY trying to upsell you. I stupidly bought a useless supplement from her (she said without it, my dog would die faster) for $140+tax. You can also buy it on amazon for $40, which I unfortunately found out later. She tries to gouge you on everything from ear cleaner to unnecessary vaccines to eye drops your pet will never need. No actual regard for your pet or you, the worried owner. Her "exams" are about 3 minutes long and she barely even touches the animal. I could go on and on but.please, avoid this place. If you care for your pet's health, you'll go elsewhere.

To add: she said my dog needed x-rays and proceeded to make me hold my dog down in the x-ray room instead of getting a vet tech to do it. Why? Because the vet tech was her kid/nephew and she didn't want him to be exposed to unnecessary radiation. This is unheard of and extremely unprofessional. She also made me go in the back room and hold my pet down while she drew blood from her. ALSO THE JOB OF A VET TECH.

Very knowledgeable doctor, she will support your pet with all possible support out there available. I have seen many clinics here they will not offer to put it down rite at the door.
