I recently became a patient of Dr Bhasta who works in the same clinic as Dr Soliman. I have been having some trouble with my medication and was truly at a loss for what to do at this point. I decided to just show up today as a walk-in in hopes of discussing my situation with my doctor, but in return Dr Soliman.
He is super patient and made me feel completely comfortable. Excellent bedside manner. On top of that, he really took the time to explain to me exactly how these medication’s work. I feel shame over my situation so talking about these things is difficult for me. Judgement free 100%. You can tell when a doctor has your best interests at heart. This is one of them.
Lastly, regarding negative reviews about wait times and reception. I didn’t have an appointment, so I did sit there for a couple of hours. I observed and watched. The ladies at the front are working their tails off. There is never a dull moment it seems, and with the low amount of family doctors available. They are truly doing their best. I personally couldn’t handle it, so good for them!
All in all I find Dr Soliman to be attentive and receptive of my issues. I’m glad he’s there if my regular GP is off.

Hamsa is a very good receptionist but the others are really rude. Looks like they are not happy working at the front.
Much better before, the receptionists makes me want to change my doctors.
