Extremely disappointed that my family doctor retired and that I was left to experience being a patient of Dr. Dhawan. I would NEVER recommend him to anyone— he dismisses your concerns, is VERY rude, unprofessional, and belittles other specialists if they have a different opinion than him, even if he gives you the requisition to see that specialist in the first place— VERY CONCERNING.
Tbh i have had several arguments with DR Dhawan… we have had our differences, but in all i would say he is the best doctor… after i changed to a new family doctor and wt my experience wt the new one.i wanted to change back to Dr Dhawan bt i was told he no longer accept patients as he is retiring soon… i miss having him as my family doctor he was always responding to our request anytime anyday… i wish you all the best Dr Dhawan and i miss u… God bless you!
Worst doctor. I had an appointment at 11: 30 am for my 12 week old baby. Dr Dhawan called me at 11: 52 am and I missed the call. He left voicemail and he called me back and I attended the call. Right away he started saying oh I called you 2 times, left you a voicemail bla bla. I said yes I am sorry, I have a baby and she needed me, she wa crying and cranky and my phone was on silent. He said ya but that’s not how it works, find yourself a new doctor! If I didn’t pick up his call in first go than don’t bother to call again He was very rude and unprofessional. What if I had a serious situation with baby which thankfully was not and this response of him! Very disappointed
I wouldn't recommend this clinic to be honest as I got a phone appointment with doc and he prescribed me my medicine Next thing I need to call clinic again to tell which pharmacy I want to get my medicine from.when I called them to tell the pharmacy name, Their clinic number out of reached. It's been 3 days since their phone is dead. If they had any sense of care towards their patience they would have call me to tell the pharmacy I want to get my medicine from. But it's even worst, their Clinic's number is dead and I haven't been able to contact them yet.
After arriving to this place, filling out the form and taking ttc and walking in high heat, the receptionist asked if I was a patient as they are NO LONGER A WALK IN. Even though the sign on the wall said they are and so does their website. She stated "oh we are meaning to change that". Not Impressed. She says but you can go to Eglinton we have a walk in there. Nope. Someone doesn't show up as a walkin if they didn't need to. Would give ZERO if I could
