Horrible experience, Front desk staff don't know about customer service. I came at 9 am and waited for 3.5 hours. What's the point of writing names in the list if this hired staff send the other people first so called their knowns.instead of the ones who we're waiting from last 3.5 hours. Infront of me, the relatives of front desk lady came, they call her inside and within 10 minutes, they were called. Rude behaviour by fromt desk lady. If there would be an option of zero star. I would have given it. Doctor if you are watching this review, hire more professionals with good attitude, smiling face.

He's only good to complete & sign the driver's medical certificate. Pay $50 cash and enjoy the driving

The receptionist are too rude and they have no knowledge how to attend patients and how to deal with them. If I have option to give 0 I will go for that but doctor is nice and i request to doctor if you can please train to your staff like how to deal with other person.

Worse place to go. The doctor and receptionist don’t have manners to talk. Not professional at all. They want only cash money and refuse to take card. They are ripping people off. Cheap

Okay, so today I provided my health card at 1: 20 pm and waiting time was expecting to be around 4 and half an hour wait? I got my turn at 9pm, 8: 30 hour waiting, i was still okay, i went in there as i had vaccinations record needed to fill in medical form for my work, the doctor “ it’s common sense you should write your own information before you bring the form” i was still okay, ignored as I don’t like to create drama and he’s father age. But, then guess what i was asked to pay 25 dollars in cash, he said “ do you have $25 ” i said “no” i have never paid, he said “ you never bring money, we always told you, get the money and so, get the stamp” that he never did. I was still quite. I went to nearby Bank to cash out. When i came i saw there was another patient who got his medical form stamped free of charge. I asked the receptionist why i am paying extra cash, even she didn’t have any idea about it. It’s been 5 years i am coming to him only because it’s nearby. 1 time i had bug bites, i showed him bugs, but he kept giving me allergy medicines and referred me for allergy test after 2-3 visit, i never had that problem after i moved out from that place. 1 time i wrist injury, he gave me pain relief medicine and said a bone is broken, no X-ray nothing. After years, i went to india and doctor wrote an MRI for me as the pain didn’t go for 5 years, now i am totally okay, no pain. I had severe ear infection, i was sitting in the office for my turn with 103 fever and holding onto my tears continuously with having it for 5 days, we all know waiting period is too long, the other lady came after me with crying with ear infection and crying they sent her first even though i was before her, i didn’t say anything because i could feel her pain. I had back pain in my shoulder blades for long I mentioned it to him been long time, he told me to do exercises and pain relief, i got acidity issue after taking that medicine, and had to go to emergency even when it was snow storm. I find out i have inflammation, which is causing pain.

I have ignored so may times, i have good patience, but today it was unbearable for me. I am paying to visit not getting a free service, Please Listen to your patients and show respect to every age group.

I suggest you come after 9 am and before 9: 01 am because the line is long.
If you don't want my suggestion then come after noon.

The wait is ridicules here you might be spending whole day for normal visit so plan accordingly.wait could be up to 8-10 hours

This is the worst, most unprofessional and unorganized doctor’s office I have ever visited in my life. DO NOT VISIT HERE. They only prioritize people who are paying them money to get medicals done and do not care about anyone who is actually sick and using their health card regardless of if the individuals are visiting for a quick visit or if they are elderly. This wait times are extremely long and I would not recommend this clinic to anyone.

If you really want to save your time and money then do not visit this place. Both receptionists there are illiterate. They don’t even know how to speak English properly and behave with patients. Doctor told me to do a blood test and results will be online available within a week. It’s been 3 weeks now and I’m still waiting for my results. I’ve done my blood test with another doctor and I’ve got my results within a week. Do not visit this place ever.

My mom has been his patient for almost 20 years. Taking medication prescribed by him for all these years even though we were skeptical of the doses he was prescribing. Recently she started having some pinprick rashes among other things. And even though he has been her family doctor for so many years. He still didn't have the slightest clue to what might be wrong with her. We had to take her to a hospital. And with more and more time passing by as she is still admitted at the hospital, it's becoming more and more likely that she's sick because of her medication. Prescribed by him. I'm never going back to this guy. His walk-in clinic has 5+hours wait times and no appointment system and when you go for a visit and they tell you what the wait time is, its never accurate.if the say its a 5hr wait, what they actually mean is 6-8hours wait. And his receptionists have a language problem, are not fully fluent in English and are very rude!

This clinic even doesn’t deserve 0. Receptionist is very rude, she doesn’t care about you and your health. I just called receptionist to confirm whether they have received my blood test report from lifelabs. Receptionist talked to me so rude and said she has not got any report and when I asked why she said because you did not mention your last name and now Confirm with the lab and ask lab to send us report again. And lab said to me we deliver reports on doctors’ address not your. Your last name has nothing to do with delivery as long as doctors’ address is correct. And if clinic needs one more copy they can call us. Patients are not responsible for reports. And when I called clinic again and told receptionist about this she said she can’t do anything. You have to meet doctor and ask him about your report. WTF…

Good family Physician, *** make sure you get clear written prescription, As Dr’s handwriting is very hard to read****and you’ll be waiting at pharmacy even longer.wait times may be long at times and the receptionist may be busy as it is a walk-in facility too. He listens to the patients concerns carefully.

Customer services is too bad, the girl sitting at the front desk her name is kuldeep.she dont hv manners, how to speak with patient. I advise everyone not to visit there, because they never tell you on call that how much is the waiting time, when you will visit they always say 2 hrs 3hrs they never understand anyone's pain so don't waste your time and find a good doctor.

Poor service, waste my time. I waited for 3-4 hrs and still they didn’t do the work and take my money. Don’t go there you will regret!

Gave me 2 and half hour waiting time when i came after 2 and half hour told me came again after one hour really discussing.and they charge by Cash i told them you can charge my fees by my card then Lady on reception told me to pay only and only by cash once i paid by cash I asked for the payment receipt she told me no receipt? I don't know why they have this kind of atitude i know due to this kind of behaviour they have the low ratings

My experience was very bad. Receptionist lady was too rude and even the doctor doesn’t know how to speak with the patients.

Guy’s pls don’t go to this clinic because first they said wait for 2 hrs than again for 1 hrs and after that u have to go back without check up so now it’s up to you

Waited for two hours in line still the ones who came after me got their medication and left. But people having health cards were waiting from long hours in clinic. People who paid cash and was not having health cards got their turns first. Full partiality was done. I left without getting check up from clinic. Never recommend to anyone.

Poor service. Doctor showing attitude alot. Waiting time is like year's and when your turn comes, doctor is taking 2 minutes to deal with the patient. Worse experience! Not recommended

Dr.is really nice and experienced.but the receptionist is really rude and changes her statement every time when i ask her about waiting time.

Dr. Nanar is the best doctor I saw in Peel region, he is highly experienced physician, with accurate recommendations of prescription. His advise is very useful. He is also a generous soul. Beyond all odds of waiting times etc. I always prefer and recommend to see him for the right advise.

Thanks to this doctor i got truck medical the same day, when my family doctor had a total time of a month for everything to be done.

My experience has been great with him. Hes efficient and gets straight to the point. Only downside is long waiting times

Quick and easy process.
But there is a huge line up.
You have to be full day free before come.

Advance tip: - 1) Bring your own medical form (they don’t provide).
2) Bring $50 cash if you don’t have health card.

Overall, 5 star for the doctor and the staff. Satisfied with the work, showed professionalism with polite and good nature:)

Rude, ignoring pasents, i just visit for check up normal flue.even i m taking Advil medicine last 2 day
on visit he just give me advise to take tylenol lol.careless person.

I went yesterday here and i have sever migraine pain.after waiting so long doctor came and he didn’t checked properly moreover he is eye specialist as per mentioned and he said go outside and get your eyes checked. If he is professional he should have all equipments. I didn’t like personally at all just making free of money.

They told me to wait for 1: 30 hour for flu shots but i have waited there for 5 hours and when my turn came the doctor told me to comeback after 1 month. The doctor is good. Minimum waiting 2 Hours. The front staffs are worst. The front staff will give you chance to see doctor if you know them or u talk Punjabi. There is no proper system in this place. I like the doctor if not I never come this place again

I hope they have 0 star option. Like they wasted my 4 hours just sitting over there for a medical checkup. I got a day off from my work for getting some of my works done. Just because of there greedy slow service my whole day went waste. If you guys are not having sufficient staff why do you keep getting peoples in. Stop being greedy tell the patients you don’t have time. So they can go to some other clinic. Will never recommend to anyone.

Despite seeing all the bad reviews I had to choose this place for a same day medical report and I found the doctor to be very professional and kind, the receptionists might be new but they were not rude to me atleast.

Very bad experience. Came second time and had to wait two hours so annoying that the doctr is on phone from last hour and patients are waiting.very inprofessional he have an issue doctr should announce atleast how much time wil he take. No one should choose this doctr as a family doctr

I would give 5 stars to Doctor but rating 1 star because of the service and experience provided by staff. Lady in the morning shift switched the forms and sent the people came after me, to be precise, they didn’t left anything before. They came after me got information and filled information in front of me exactly what i did. But they went inside for medical within 5,10,30 minutes while me and other few patients were waiting for more than 3 hours for same medical. When we asked the receptionist she said they are sending turn wise, clearly she was lying. Really disappointed.

Dr Nanar is very accomodating and always available. People have to understand some patients leave their health card and get in line and come back later. So they are not going before you. He works really hard and Ive seen him working hours after closing time so he doesnt have to turn away people.

PREET RANDHAWA is the name of the rude, vile, completely unprofessional and disgusting receptionist everyone is complaining about. I saw her first hand treating a very innocent patient with the utmost disrespect I’ve ever seen in my life. Among many other things, she told the patient to “get out of the clinic and find another doctor” because the patient asked her about the wait time after waiting for 3 hours. This woman is not fit to deal with people and should be let-go. I have great respect for Dr. Nanar, he is a professional and very kind (5 stars for him). However, we need to urge him to remove this woman from his clinic and bring someone else in who knows how to better serve their community. Please tell the doctor about your experience with this rude receptionist and request him to replace her. She is absolutely atrocious with zero manners and lacks basic social skills for a job.

If wish i could give him zero star. Be aware and find some other choice. I would recommend this doc only and only for truck medical! But only if u r free for whole day!
