Dr. Clarence Clottey

Had to wait more than 1 hour for simple prescription refill with my old dad. Doctors need to appreciate our time as well. Everytomw you ask staff they say sorry he started late - what’s the point of scheduling appointments. This has happen to me third time. Time to look for other doctors.

I had an appointment with Dr. Clottey for a prescription refill. A day before the appointment, I was asked to come 2 hours earlier because they had a department meeting, and I accepted that. However, after waiting for 2 hours and asking the front desk staff multiple times for updates, I was still not able to see the doctor. In the end, I just left without seeing him. No one even followed up after I left to reschedule for another time or anything. I am really disappointed with the professionalism of the staff and the time management of Dr. Clottey. I know doctors sometimes run late, but their staff is usually professional enough to inform the scheduled patients that the doctor is running late by a couple of hours. Also, if you cannot manage your time then why would ask someone to come 2 hours early? As a result, I am now changing my doctor. Thank you for your services.

Made me wait 4 hours for a 10 minute appointment. He was super rude, there was no apology and he got mad when I asked basic heath questions. I've left him and would recommend others to do the same. 0/10
