Was treated badly hr.
Dr Clean is horrible they do not care about the employees. Will not recommend them to anybody whatsoever.
They also take hours from people's pay.

A few people are great, especially the admin staff. Unfortunately they have to realize that when their workers reach out for help it’s not to be taken lightly. Hopefully the company will see the error of their ways and change for the better. We’ve yet to see.

I worked there for 3 months. Dr Clean has some of the best employees but they are underpaid. And management doesn't like to deal with issues. HR is rude. And very unfriendly. Not approachable. Very clicky in the office. Would not recommend to get hired there.

They did a good job except that my snow shovels are missing and my ice scraper. Lucky for me my son is the manager of the entire operation so they are going to replace it no worries it's summer time right now

Dr. Clean's management is incompetent and a bunch of liars. My basement flooded, they would not send anyone without first providing a credit card number. When the technician arrived, they couldn't complete the job in the time before the end of her shift so I said thanks anyways and hired another local contractor. I called Dr. Clean to confirm we wouldn't be charged, the receptionist who I will call Mary confirmed I wouldn't be charged. She even confirmed an invoice would be sent confirming this, which of course never came. The supervisor calls back shortly after asking if they can do anything to help, and that they could send someone else later to finish the job. I said no thanks and that their technician said it was a two person job and seeing I was on the clock to save my carpet and baseboard that I couldn't wait. I was never told I was going to be charged for a callout. Fast forward 7 days later, I get billed for a $226 callout, 4 days later I receive an unsigned invoice. I call Dr Clean multiple times, 5 to be precise, each time it's a different story, management is in a meeting, they're sick, don't know where they are, etc. Each time I am told someone will call me right back and it's crickets until I call back the next time ever more irate. After much pushing I am told that it's their policy to charge for callouts, (even if they are incapable of completing the work as promised), and that there was nothing more to be said. I had to hear this through the dispatcher as management didn't have the backbone to deal directly with an angry customer who they essentially stole from. Buyer beware, steer clear of Dr. Clean.

They did an awesome job on our apt windows, including the glass on the balcony! Would recommend them anytime!

Have been using Dr Clean's services for a while now and I must say they are very good at what they do. Every single staff member they have sent me has been fantastic. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Pleasure doing business with you guys.

The facts are the facts AVOID this company like covid19 #SayNoToManipulation also dont leave money in your vehicles for the doctor clean staff and the manager of the vehicle detailing actually encourages the employees to vacuum the entire car without first making sure that all change is removed from the vehicle to be placed back after the detailing the management allows the employees to vacuum all the money out of the vehicle and return the vehicle with the owners money still in the vacuum so if you want your vehicles money to be gone missing or coffee chain stolen I would not recommend getting your vehicle cleaned from this company

Employee ID 2368 Worst company you can ever work for and to hire yaa sure we'll get the job done and normally even bellow budget but at what cost? They refuse to allow there janitorial staff to have sick days they also refuse to alow a woman to have time off for women pains they work there full time staff almost like SLAVES also there restoration staff is a revolving door of employees and they even refused to pay any of their former employees a termination pay

Great service and extremely accommodating when detailing my vehicle. I was very impressed with the quality of work, professionalism and friendliness exuded by all staff members. I highly recommend this company for your vehicle detailing and any other cleaning services you may require.
