Awesome and quick service. Very informative and professional. Thank You never been so happy to have my dryer fixed. I will definitely call again if I have a problem with my appliances.

Dr Dan came out to fix my stove, knew the problem right away & replaced the part. Unfortunately there was a manufacturer default with the new part & i called him, he came back the next day & made that discovery. Ordered a new part & came back @ my next availability & my stove works great now.

Dr Dan wasn’t just on time - he was 5 minutes early. Fixed the problem immediately and offered to return for free if there are any issues with the repair. Professional, kind and competent. What else can you easy for from a local small business. Highly recommend.

I called Dan to have a look at repairing our Maytag dryer. He arrived in the time frame provided and was able to fix the issue quickly. I found Dan to be efficient, honest and fair.

Called Dr. Dan for my 90 year old Mom because her refrigerator was not working properly. The freezer was not complete freezing ice and refrigerated was not cooling. He came in looked at the refrigerator and told her there was nothing wrong with it, charged her $100. I feel was taken advantage of. There is clearly something wrong with her refrigerator. Shame on you Dr. Dan.

UPDATE: We called another repair person. He was able to diagnose and repair the issue without issue. Refrigerator is working great once again.

Second time I have used Dr. Dan. Very responsive, showed up on time and well prepared. First time he diagnosed our dryer in no time, a burnt out heating coil and luckily had the part on hand. He quickly got it back together and works as new. Just repaired our fridge, quickly diagnosed and once the part came in scheduled the repair. Fast, knowledgeable and courteous. I would highly recommend to friends and family.

Called on a Friday he came Monday morning and in 45 minutes had our dryer running like new.very reasonable prices in today's market.

We first called Dr Dan many years ago. I had a problem with my oven a few days before Christmas and was desperate to get it fixed as I was planning on cooking Christmas dinner. He squeezed us into his schedule and promptly solved the problem (AND saved our Christmas dinner).
We had a problem with our upright freezer a few years back and although we had to pay for the service call (and rightly so), Dr Dan gave my husband a suggestion on what could be done to solve the issue so we didn't have to pay for any parts.
And a few months ago my parents had a problem with their stove - and guess what? Dr Dan solved that problem too.
It is my opinion that he is the most honest repair guy you're ever going to get!

Dr Dan did a good job repairing my oven. He was on time and repaired my oven. Knew what he was doing. Great job.

Just like this post - Dr Dan quick & to the point - he was on time - found & fixed the problem and out the door at a very reasonable price - I can see why he has been around for 25 years

I have used this individual twice for 2 different repair jobs (shame on me). The first was my drier. I called, he came, said it was fixed. I paid and he left. The next day the drier didn't work again. I called and was told that everything that could be done was done and I would need a new drier. I proceeded to get a new washer and drier per his advice.
The second repair was my freezer. I called and explained the rails of my freezer had boken. He came and tried to fix it and said I would need new parts. Upon checking he found that new parts were no longer available. I paid and he said he'd be back after Christmas after thinking on a fix but I would have to pay for another service call. I said that would have to work as I needed the freezer. After waiting 2 weeks he called and said there was nothing he could do.
I found this man to be arrogant and incompetent. Hopefully, others won't have the same issues as me. AS for me, I will find someone new for my repairs.

Dr Dan repaired my oven today. He was very prompt and courteous. The repairs were completed quickly. I found him to be very professional and will certainly contact him again should my appliances require further repairs.

If I could leave zero stars I would. Very bad attitude and treats customer very poorly. I would never recommend him to anyone. I've never dealt a more terrible person. The customer was home. He did have access to the property. He chose to not go in. Don't try to misrepresent what happened.

Called Dr Dan late afternoon for a stove repair on a Monday was there promptly Wednesday morning to fix the problem. Very professional attitude and was able to diagnose the problem and fix it within 15 minutes. Where other places you wait weeks for an appointment just to diagnose the issue, Dan was there in 2 days to diagnose AND fix the problem. I won't call anyone else!

Dr. Dan has a great personality and sense of humour but when it comes to repairing a problem, He's all business. His vast experience in his field is remarkable. When finished, he stayed until we were happy with the results and didn't rush out the door. Dr Dan is the only call I will make in the future and I will past along these accolades to my neighbours.

Dr. Dan fixed my dishwasher today. He came in near the beginning of the service time window he provided. He cut right to the chase. He identified the problem quickly and ordered the replacement part we needed. When he came back to install, he was very accommodating as we had other things going on in the house. Very friendly guy and comfortable to be around. He saved me countless time & money, and he wouldn't even take a tip for his work. Dr. Dan is the man to call.

He came back to my house 3 times to correct a problem that A DIFFERENT COMPANY started. After spending $500 for parts that took 6 months to be delivered FROM ANOTHER COMPANY Dr. Dan persisted until we had our dryer up and running again. He comes when he says he will, he does what he says he will. 5 stars for Dr. Dan.

Dan is very prompt and professional. Got the repair done on the first visit. We have used his services for other appliances and will continue to call him for all appliance repairs. Would recommend him to anyone.

year old dryer that he quickly identified as a frozen pulley. Part was in his van. In and out in 30 minutes. You are the MAN DR DAN.

Dr. Dan carried the part on his truck. Other company said it would be two weeks for the parts and a month to service. Only needed to replace 1 part, not 3 that the other company said I needed to replace. Saved myself $180. Will always call Dr. Dan!

We had called other appliance companies who could not assist us for a month. A friend referred Dr Dan to us and he was able to come out promptly and assess our situation. He fixed our dishwasher and had to order a part for our fridge. He fixed our fridge in a timely manner explaining the mechanism of the part. A true professional. We highly recommend Dr. Dan.

I had Dr Dan come out to repair my gas dryer (a sensor had burned) and he was so thorough that I didn’t think twice when I had a refrigerator issue…. There wasn’t anything wrong with the fridge … it was the supply line…. He could have taken the fridge apart and charged for all kinds of mess cause I was certain it was the ice maker…. He even spliced and fixed my waterline…. Highly recommend…. In and out both times in less than 1/2 an hour…. Knows his stuff!

The guy shows up at my house and tells me to wear a face mask in my own home. I told the guy to just go down stairs and work on my washer and the dummy decided to leave. Very unprofessional

Had a problem with my washing machine a few weeks ago. Dan showed up the next morning and took care of the issue at the agreed rate.
He has also helped me with my dishwasher in past years.

Had another company out to look at my Dryer was told it would need parts costing over $300 + labor. So I decided to pass and was set on buying a new one. A friend told me to call Dr. Dan first and within 10 minutes he discovered it was a clogged vent which was also a fire hazard. No Parts required and it was working with 15 minutes and too think I paid more for the other guy to falsely diagnose the problem. Great experience and highly recommend.

Showed up on time, was very careful by screening customers before coming, which we truly appreciated during a pandemic! Made me feel confident that I made the right decision on my repairs. Will definitely recommend and use again. Thank you for caring about your customers!

We called Dan to come out and assist with our dishwasher. He had COVID screening questions which I entirely agree with. Unfortunately one of his questions was are you a healthcare worker? I am and I am proud to be. I am better protected at work then I am in my general day to day life.

Dan declined us service due to my profession. I truly hope Dan never requires my professions help one day but if he does be assured we will never decline him service like he did to me.

Showed up on time, practiced all the Covid protocols, diagnosed the problem in 10min had the part on the truck in and out 25min Tops. Would recommend for service very professional.
