The old man Dr with the bandana is a Dangerous Con artist. You have been warned. DO NOT give away your credit card info to these guys under any circumstance. His accountant is in it as well big time. I had to call visa and start a claim for various unserviced charges.

Sarcastic Dr. Comes off offensive, unprofessional, talking about politics and Obama etc. Work-wise: judging from my tooth extraction.he is a butcher. He savagely snapped my tooth out. It flew away on the floor. Couldn't find it on the floor. They ask you to pay for the entire treatment upfront even if you have insurance. They claim to refund the difference in the near future. Never again.

Been waiting on an appointment since october was booked in for november. Then was cancelled and rebooked for january just to get a call today that they have to cancel and are not sure when he will be back. And they cant refer me anywhere else because they dont know anyone else

Went in for an appointment with Dr. Eller for my wisdom teeth and I was very happy with the warm welcome I received. The front desk staff and the assistants are all so friendly. Dr. Eller himself is very charming and funny. If you are nervous when it comes to dental procedures, trust me when I say you can leave your worries at the door.

He kindly explained everything I needed to know and was able to quickly get me in and out of the chair. He was so incredibly gentle, I didn't feel a thing! Extremely impressed and pleased with how smoothly the entire process was for me. I am definitely recommending his clinic to my family and friends. Thank you so much Dr. Eller and staff

Wisdom tooth partially erupted with skin flap and multiple infections. Dr. Eller was kind, compassionate and explained options and procedure well. Side note he’s really funny, sweet doc and honest about treatment plan and cost. I did not follow his recommendation for hospital which I regret. He was not condescending or rude about my choice and made me as comfortable as possible, though I should have had two wisdom teeth extracted as well. I appreciated his professionalism and accepting my financial challenges. Time to go back now:)

I DO NOT KNOW THIS DR PERSONALLY NOR WAS I ASKED TO LEAVE A REVIEW.yes the office is small but I had a great experience with the staff including dr eller. I was in tears and so nervous to have a tooth pulled and he calmed me with his amazing personality but stern when it came to me being still and quiet during surgery. He was quick and painless I left laughing and smiling from what I thought was gunna be the worst day! I’ve read reviews and I’m sorry some people it did t work out for, we’re all human and imperfect. But I believe dr eller tries his absolute best and uses the best of his education during a surgery needless to say I do t think I could get my teeth pulled by anyone else!

He pulled a tooth for me, and I didn't even feel it. He is best dentist I ever had. I totally recommend him for any surgery or tooth extraction. Thank you Doctor Eller.

I hadnt have any better experience with removing my teeth anywhere else. And I tried elsewhere couple of times. I never ever want any other oral surgeon. From super fast and efficient numbing to fast removal of my badly crumbled tooth, it was very fast, smooth and experience not to be worried about.

I had all 4 of my Wisdom Teeth removed on the 28th of January by Doctor Eller. My lower wisdom teeth were horizontally impacted and were very close to the nerve. I am very glad i went to Doctor Eller as he took great care of me. Even after removing all 4 teeth i had very little pain. He prescribed me PERC's but i only used tylenol and advil. At first when i read the other reviews i was a bit worried going into burgery as people described the man as unproffesional and as someone that had done harm to them. I am here to tell you thats all FALSE. Yes he makes very funny jokes but once it is time to get down to business he knows exactly what he is doing. (After surgery i came home and accidently ripped my right stiches around 6pm and was bleeding everywhere and called up Doctor eller who rushed to his Clinic (which was closed) just to tend to me) If you need your wisdom teeth removed and you want it done right go to this man!

I was very apprehensive when I was referred to Dr. Eller but he made me feel comfortable. My experience was very heart-warming. I definitely recommend his office during the most difficult times.

Worst Office In The Entire Dental Practice. I’ve never met a more pathetic run clinic in my life. The manager sherry is very rude, unprofessional and doesn’t give any regard for customer service. Disgrace to the dental society. You should be ashamed dr.eller

Dr. Eller's office was a very good experience for me to have my wisdom teeth out. Dr. Eller and his staff were extremely professional and observed all COVID precautions. The man was fair and compassionate. He was the right place to go for wisdom tooth removal.

Would leave a zero-star review if I was able to. The receptionists AND Dr Eller are overly rude towards customers (customers that would have been first-time customers, but not a chance on earth anymore). They are NOT enforcing social distancing and instead they're having 8+ people stand beside each other in the hallway outside the dental office. No masks, no gloves, nothing. It's a shame that this is apparently "the only oral surgeon working" in the area. Talking to Dr. Eller over the phone gave me the honest impression that he is one; unorganized and two; is money-hungry and will say that whatever people want to hear in order to get them into his office. He was supposed to speak with his staff and have them ready for my wife's appointment today after it not working out on Friday, but like I said, he will just tell you whatever you want to hear. Do NOT bring your business here.

I don't even want to give this place one star.
I had all four wisdom teeth removed when I was 18 by doctor Eller, I'm now 27 & STILL have no feeling in the left side of my tongue along with numbness in my bottom lip & extreme discomfort on the left lower side of my jawline.the lingual nerve is completely damaged *permanently* & now my tongue has constant involuntary twitching.

THANKS DR. ELLER FOR COMPLETELY RUINING MY LIFE & MAKING IT DIFFICULT FOR ME TO CHEW, TALK, DRINKING WITHOUT WATER RUNNING DOWN THE LEFT SIDE OF MY MOUTH & DROOLING

I have an honest to goodness phobia of dentists. I refuse to go unless it's absolutely necessary. Dr. Eller makes me feel safe. I can request the gas any time I need to and he will give it to me. His sense of humour and subtle New York accent makes me feel comfortable and relaxed. Makes going to the dentist, for me, as barrable as it can be lol

I know Dr. Eller from a surgery that he performed for my mother, Kimete and I highly recommend him as a talented surgeon that Canada is blessed to have. I remember him since 2001,20 years ago, when my mother had to go to his clinic to get her tumor removed by Dr. Eller that he said: "She is not going to die from this" Such calming words open the green light for my mother's existence. Anybody knows how precious a mother is, so, for me, Dr. Eller's surgery and his comforting words, put me at ease and made me to enjoy the presence of my mother for 20 years until now and hope for more years to come. You are God for us Dr. Eller. Your care, passion, knowledge, professionalism will be always remember in years to come. In every moment I see my mother, I see your golden hands that healed her, I believe she was lucky to have you to take care of her. You are a wonderful surgeon and I highly recommend your service. I highly recommend him. The staff are very nice, friendly and cheerful. They made me feel very comfortable. Dr. Eller is very funny and down to earth. Great services, wait time wasn’t bad considering him being backed up during Covid-19. Glad he was even available, got an appointment sooner than I expected.

They said the consultation fee is $30 to $40. Talked to doctor for 5 minutes and he starts scheduling my surgery. They want to charge me $150. The nurse made it $100 when I disagree with her. WERE WE DOING BUSINESS HERE? I cant trust them any more. On his wall there are plenty of certifications. This guy sponsorred a lot and got so many memberships. I think all of this make patients trust them. I am a patient not a product.

Just had my wisdom teeth out, had an amazing experience and very appreciative of the fact that the office followed COVID-19 regulations.

Wish I never listened to him. Took my four wisdom teeth out at once at the Scarborough hospital. He butchered my mouth. Took over a month to eat solid food. 14 years later I still have permanent nerve damage. Went to a neurologist who said the nerve was entirely cut likely from a needle. Dr Eller has the audacity to blame me for it (didn’t he have xrays?). Please don’t trust him. Go anywhere but him. Don’t let him touch your mouth.

Thankfully, I found Dr. Eller working during COVID-19. He was funny, compassionate! Thank god he was working during COVID 19, I had no pain anymore!

He suggested that I get all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed to avoid future problems even though only one of them bothered me. My dumb 18 year old self decided to go against my better judgement and remove all 4.3 years later I still regret that decision. My gums from where he removed my non-problematic wisdom teeth get swollen every time I eat and food gets stuck between that space and my tooth. This is pain I didnt have to experience but because I had insurance, I was taken advantage of. Tip for those of you who are on insurance, dont make him pull out teeth that aren't a problem to you. This is pain that could've been avoided if I just went according to my guy feeling.

Be careful. 5 years later and I still can't taste on the right side of my tongue. This doctor is a butcher.

Great experience as a first time patient to this office, great dr. Eller & his amazing staff.

He did work on my cousin and now it’s been weeks after the surgery and he can’t enjoy his food anymore. The doctor rushed the procedure and all these positive reviews aren’t real.

On August 17, I had 2 wisdom teeth removed on the left side (up and down). For a week I couldn't eat anything, but soup and jello.

Half of the second week I was still in ain and for me it didn't make sense. So a call was made and received an appointment for the very next day at 8 am.

During the appointment Dr. David Eller explained why I was being in pain and how long it could last. Everyone heals differently. Some are much slower healer like me. And with confidence he said that you'll heal or in his words we'll fix you.

That day he added a dressing for the pain to subside which really helped. (Dressing was removed after 4 days because I had to travel.)
Third week has gone by and I feel don't feel any pain.

Doctor David Eller, froze my gum and after one hour of his break he came and he pulled my wisdom tooth, the moment he pulled my tooth i started crying until got home.
