Great new dental location. Had my teeth cleaned by Nehal who was very gentle and thorough. She did a great job. X-Ray’s were taken and displayed on a tv screen to allow Dr. Daina to explain what issues I had. I highly recommend going to this dental office.

Great service, great environment. I have been to multiple dental facilities in Toronto GTA but found D. R. Dental Clinic to be the best so far. They are so ahead with technology and explained all the procedures and follow-up so well. Highly recommend them to anyone looking to get a dental service.

We had a great experience! My 2 yr old had his first dental visit to get used to the atmosphere and he loved it. The office is very clean and bright, the room was all set up for my baby with tv and educational channel on, he was automatically calm. Desk staff are very pleasant and helpful and the dentist was friendly and informative. Thank you to everyone we dealt with and I definitely recommend this office.

They could do better. I began my Invisalign treatment plan here and I quite honestly wish I had not. I personally had a very bad experience. The lack of communication or empathy or even appreciation to the fact that this treatment is very expensive is shocking.

Let me explain: Trying to be responsible I would pay my monthly charge EARLY as to not create a bad relationship. This was often met with difficulty and attitude from the receptionist (Alesia) “You must pay as per your signed payment plan”. I say again, I wanted to pay EARLY, when I knew the money was available to me, to keep my budget on track…I’m a stay at home mom running a single income family. Devils advocate: perhaps it’s a gap in knowledge thing. If that were the case, then address this matter kindly instead of treating me like I was paying late!

The office is not far from my home so the last straw was when the receptionist called 911 on me. The reason; I wanted to wait in the office to calmly talk with the dentist to work to resolve this issue and move forward with my treatment amicably. I even calmly said to her “please don’t call 911 this isn’t an emergency, I can leave and come back when the dentist is here”. The receptionist just walked to the back. I was not being aggressive or threatening in anyway. So why such a drastic response? I’m 5”3 and 102 lbs!

Finally, the dentist had a moment to call me. No wait, YELL AT ME. And instead of working to resolve this matter, she “banned me” and asked me never to return. Is that even a thing?

We could have resolved this in a quick 5-10 minute conversation. That was all I ever wanted was to feel heard and valued as a patient. Too much to ask?

Thanks to Dr. Dana and Dr. Raed for helping my mom. She lost her molar tooth old crown and they could give her a new one in just 2-3 hours. My mom is a big chicken going to a dentist. Her appointment was painless and fast. She wasn't scared at all. They have all digital technology to make magic happen.
Definitely best dentist in Mississauga and Etobicoke area.
Don't hesitate visit them for your dental needs! Highly recommended!

My daughters first time visiting this dentist, she was very nervous but the staff was absolutely amazing in making her feel comfortable and walking her threw all the steps. Highly recommend this team.

I must say in all of my pass Dentist visit D. R. Dental Clinic is the Best experience of all. A lot was taught to me about my teeth and gum that I was totally unaware of so am percent sure am in the right place of having the best smile also the atmosphere was pleasant, staff was very friendly and a very very Clean space my experience was wonderful.

Dr. Dana was amazing as well as the rest of the staff. Today was my first time at the D. R. Dental Clinic, and from the moment I arrived everyone was so friendly and welcoming. Dr. Dana was very thorough and I appreciate them seeing me on such short notice.

These reviews are fake and paid for.alot of these "people" have reviewed other business with the same comments - can look at there profile at what they review btw.

This is very suspicious not only in lack of 1 star and other stars other then the highest score to give - which has the most due to fake people giving the best score.

How can this business be trustworthy if they scope to this level of deceit and using fake people to get high rating when it can be the total opposite

I'm not a big fan of going to the dentist. And I'm still not, but, the staff at D. R. Dental Clinic do make it easier. I've been going to this clinic for a little while now and since the new dentist has taken over the staff, including the dentist, are incredible. But my hygienist today was extra special. Thank you V for your patience and for being gentle.

I always feel well taken care of from the moment I enter the door until the moment I leave.

I recently removed my wisdom teeth at the clinic, the staff are so caring and nice and dr. Kamal is really nice and gentle, he was very patient and walked me through the entire process and gave me breaks through out the procedure to feel calm. I have been frequently visiting dr Dana as well and she’s been very transparent and honest about the advice she gives. I would definitely recommend this clinic.

Today I had my first appointment here and I was nervous because I do have pretty bad teeth that need alot of work and some places I felt very judged. This office was amazing! I left feeling confident that Dr Kamal would fix the issues I have, without judgment. It's been a long time since visiting a dentist where I left feeling good about myself. I truly appreciate the kindness and consideration this office has for people. If I could give higher than a 5 star, I would!
Will definitely be returning and staying at this office for my dental needs.

I go in there cause they are close to my home.made a appointment. They spell my name wrong.they made me wait in the freezing cold with a empty waiting area. I'm looking ryt at two receptionist on the computer not paying attention. CHARGED OVER $600 dollars for a simple tooth removal.took 5 minutes to remove THEN demand extra money for difference of insurance. THEY MESSAGE ME REPEATEDLY TO WRITE A REVIEW. I will never ever return

I went to the fairway dental clinic yesterday and I had my root canal procedure. I’m really satisfied with their outstanding service and it’s really incredible the way they approach you. Especially with Dr. Upma and her assistant they were really kind and gentle through the whole process and they answer your every question clearly and explain it to you until you get it. They are definitely worth visiting!

Dr. Brar was very professional and answered all my questions regarding my wisdom tooth extraction. Highly recommended for someone looking for their first time for a dentist as well.

New to this Dentist’s office after skipping a few years when my last dentist retired. (Not a good idea to let things go that long). Office is bright and pleasant, all safety protocols are being followed in response to COVID so that was comforting.

Staff are friendly and professional. The Hygienist that did my cleaning was very good, and I will ask for her at all future visits. No discomfort, even for a cleaning that was overdue.

The Dentist here is excellent. Thorough, friendly and of course, best of all, painless. Glad I found this practice. It can be tough moving to a new Dentist but the people at DR Dental have really made it easy.

My fillings were also done by Dr Brar and sadly are chipping & falling out (same as another reviewer stated.) It's only been a few weeks.

Was told after my 2nd visit that my benefits were used up & I couldn't come back? !

Talked to someone else, booked to get my fillings. Got fillings & I told Dr Brar they didn't feel right before leaving. She told me they'd be fine after brushing? !

They called me a week before my appointment, then Thursday, Sunday mid day and Sunday evening from a blocked number.
Was supposed to go tomorrow, confirmed my appointment even though they were pushing for me to come earlier (Thursday call)
But tonight I was called during dinner by a blocked number then repeatedly texted on a Sunday evening. I understand appointments some times need rescheduling (Dr Brar has a last minute emergency) but just leave a voice-mail. In total, they called me 4x for 1 appointment plus the texting. Very unprofessional.

I'll be calling to have my x-rays transferred.
Disappointed because it started out okay there but I don't feel comfortable returning after this culmination of events.

Great clinic! The arrangements for COVID prevention are also really good and made me feel safe to be here. The doctor and the hygienist were really thorough and professional. Each member of the staff is really pleasant to deal with!

I am very happy with the fast and professional way I was provided with service (service with care). I was referred to this location by a friend and I am glad she did.

This is my first time going to this dental clinic and the reason why I went to it was because of all the good reviews. As for my own experience it was very pleasant and I felt very safe because of all the protocols that they are following for COVID-19. I’m not shy to say that at my age I am a little scared and nervous to go to the dentist only because of bad experiences from when I was a little kid but going to this clinic made me feel comfortable and a little bit less nervous than when I got there. Dr. Raed Kamal and his assistant Mona made the visit very pleasant. I will be going back tomorrow to get a bunch of fillings done and I hope to have the same experience as I did today. Thank you very much for your service, your politeness, and your experience with scaredy cats like me lol.

Fantastic place with great service and very friendly staff! The front desk staff is always friendly and welcoming, and the doctor's do a great job of explaining any procedures, issues with your teeth, and just sharing their knowledge regarding dental hygiene. Had a filling done, one to repair a previous job and one new one, and both turned out great. No issues, and the visit was very quick. The direct billing is a big plus as well, and the TV screens in the rooms with Netflix on are a nice touch. But maybe stay away from the cooking programs. The additional salivating doesn't help when your teeth are being worked on.

I had a tiny crack on my canine that was giving me sensitivity and had not been previously treated. I was suggested to get a filling. In less than a year the filling started peeling off, so disappointed and anxious now.

I also have fillings in a couple of my other teeth that were done 15 years ago and still there without any issues.

Dr. Navneet Brar at DR Dental Clinic is one of the most amazing dentists you can ever ask for. She is kind and gentle and listens to your concerns attentively. She does excellent work and I have nothing but positive things to say about her and about this clinic. I give her my highest recommendation if you are looking for a new dentist!

This is by far the best dental clinic I have been to. I took my 4 year old daughter to D. R. Dental clinic. Her doctor was very friendly. My daughter loved coming here. Everyone was nice and there was no wait time.

Staffs are amazing. They were all friendly. Great service from all of them. Would definitely recommend to a friend to go here for a nice dental experience.

Great place to do your cleaning at. Very friendly staff and Maha was an amazing hygienist. Also, they take the necessarily precausions in terms of COVID-19. I Highly recommend it.

I had to go in for an emergency twice in less then 3 days. I was so frazzled I don't remember there names yet. However the assistant she held my hand the whole time even when she had to assist the amazing surgeon who was so kind and patient with me and was so positive. I wish dentists existed like this when I was a child. Evryone was so amazing gentle and patient with me including the receptionist Supreet And I have a terrible fear of dentists due to past child hood trauma. Definitely recommend D. R. Clinic. I wish there were more then 5 stars to give.

I would have to break my experience down into parts, since only aspects of it I was pleased with.

Dental work/equipment - this I was pleased with. They seemed to have a lot of modern equipment which allowed for more efficient and thorough assessment, the dental hygienist did a thorough job of cleaning my teeth, and most impressive was the dentist, who did a very extensive internal and external oral exam. The external oral exam being something no other dentist has done for me before.

Location and space - the location worked great for me, and the space was very clean, modern, and visually appealing.

Atmosphere and business practices: though I rx enjoyed the space visually, I felt an overall feeling of chaos, disorganization, confusion, and unprofessionalism, especially from the support staff. This began with the first time patient form that seemed to repeat quite a few questions. Also prior to my appt, I spoke to the office staff and overheard a disagreement (one individual was upset with another about why she did something a certain way) between staff in the background, which made me feel uncomfortable. Once I arrived and was situated in the appropriate room; the dental hygienist seemed unorganized, and took a while to get everything started. We went to the back room to do an xray and she could not find a particular piece to the machine and it took a while before we went back to move on to the next tasks, saying we would go back to the X-ray. I was again asked the same questions more than once. We were interrupted mid conversation, without any acknowledgement. And lastly, the confusion surrounding my coverage, which caused me to make a decision I otherwise wouldn’t have if it were more clear. The hygienist was messaging the front desk while going back and forth from the key board to my mouth in order to get clarity and both seemed very confused. Instead of trying to give me any answer I would have preferred if they had said I don’t know. From this confusing information I took the hygienists recommendation to book another cleaning the following week, only to get a call the next day saying there is no more coverage. Again, I would have preferred an “I’m not sure the answer” so I could do my own research or have had them direct me to someone who did know. If I had experienced only one or maybe two of these situations I would not be writing this review, however, having went through them all I am not very impressed with the way the business is conducted overall.

The first time to take my son see the dentist at this location. Very friendly doctor and know how to make the kids relaxed.

I would highly recommend this clinic! Staff is super friendly and nice, everything is really clean and organized, and I feel very comfortable working with the dentists cause they are all great at their job and know what they’re doing!

I absolutely loved the services provided by Dr Dana as well the entire staff including Maha and everybody at reception. Everybody made me feel very comfortable and welcoming. I recommend this place for painless and happy dental experience

Excellent dentist.she put my 11-year-old niece at ease and explained what she was doing at each step. My niece said it didn’t hurt at all.she had a tooth extracted. The receptionist is very nice too and very helpful. I would highly recommend this dental practice.
