I have been to many a dentist in my lifetime but this one is by far the best. Beginning with the front office staff, the hygienists, to the dentists. You are made to feel very welcome and involve you with their treatment plan. Great place.

After retreating from dental procedures during COVID, I fell behind on my cleaning routine with Dr Li's office; to catch up I needed two cleaning sessions, bottom and top teeth. Thank you to Sue and Molly for your attention and care. Dr Li, as always, was both efficient and thoughtful, quick and expert in his procedure but patient with my questions (my aging mouth.why are my teeth caving in? And so on). Thanks also to Kellie, it is so good to hear your voice and see you after all these years of coming to the office. Thanks also to Amy, so kind while delivering the bill and booking the next appointment. It is hard to imagine a better experience, considering the context!

Our family has been seeing Dr. DuToit at Dong Li Family Dentistry for 3 years. Our kids love going to the dentist and have had had great first experiences here. They always have time for emergency appointments and have been great for scheduling routine ones as well.

We moved to Brockville and needed to find a new dental practice. Our previous dental practice was really great so we were hoping to find one just as good in our new community. Dr. Dong Li's office has definitely met and exceeded the high standards of our previous dental office. The front desk staff makes you feel right at home immediately when you walk in the door. Everything was on time, and it was an extremely professionally run office.  Everyone is very friendly and the dentist (Dr. Phil) has fantastic bedside manner. They care about your well-being during and after. I really like the fact they will ask what you hope to get out of the appointment. I've had to have a lot of work this year due to other health issues, and this has been very pleasant, and I'm grateful for getting my smile back.

I had delayed going to the dentist for a long time because I had bad experiences in UK which caused a phobia. I had an issue with a tooth & couldn't put it off any longer. Dr Li is very empathetic, I cannot feel anything when he works on my mouth, & I have been a client now for 4 years. Needless to say my phobia has diminished and I don't mind going! I strongly recommend. All of the staff are so welcoming and caring and professional. It's a great place!

Dr. Li's office has wonderful and welcoming staff! I have been coming to this office since I was a child and the staff have always been warm and kind. Going to the dentist isnt fun but Dr. Li takes the time to make sure you are comfortable and does a fantastic job!

My husband and I simply cannot recommend Dr. Li and each one of his associates enough for the quality and care of service that they provide on a regular basis to the members of our family. Not only are they most kind and welcoming, they are quite knowledgeable in their craft i.e. Cleaning and scalings, fillings, tooth removals, treating gum conditions etc.as well as the application of them. And to top it off. Dr. Li also completed two dental implants on my husband a few years ago which to this day are serving my husband exceptionally well!

I am a new patient of Dr. Li’s and therefore getting to know Dr. Li and all of the staff. I have had two appointments and have felt warmly welcomed by everyone I’ve interacted with. I had some dental procedures performed today that I was anxious about which Dr. Li and Lori were aware of. I can honestly say that they were so kind and caring, checking in frequently to see how I was doing, as well as keeping me informed of what was going on at all times. This certainly made my experience a positive one. I highly recommend Dr. Li’s office.

Dr. Li and his nurses are awesome! Everytime my kids and myself have appointments we recieve the best care from everyone.
His work is also awesome and I love the way they treat the kids. My kids didn’t use to like to go to dentists because of how scared they would be from fillings! Today my 4-year old daughter had 2 fillings done without a single cry! She was brave but also Dr. Li is awesome with the little ones. Being a parent of 2 kids himself, he knows how to take away the fear some kids might have from doctors and dentists.:)

My daughter had her first visit today. She has Sensory processing disorder and has a hard time with these things. Dr. Dong Li was Great with her and made her feel safe and comfortable. We will definitely be returning and definitely recommend this office. Everyone was fantastic!

I don't really ever write reviews, but i have to say, Dr. Dong Li and team are outstanding. I hate the dentist and am super nervous going, but they made me feel at ease. I had an emergency tooth filling which might need a root canal. Dr Li and staff went above and beyond to fix it without root canal. Also the entire staff are super friendly and helpful. The whole team, from Laurie on the phone and the lady whos name I didnt get on the way out who booked my next appointment, to Debbie with the x-ray, and Dr Li with actually listening to me, was exceptional! I rarely post online reviews as I am not tech savvy, nor do I spend much time online. Notwithstanding, I decided to write a review of Dr. Dong Li’s Dental Clinic, Brockville ON, as I felt my experiences there warrant some reciprocation on my behalf (no, I am not in any way affiliated with this Clinic apart from being a patient there).

From my initial encounter, Dr. Li and his staff have been exceptional. All members of his staff demonstrate a kindness and sincerity that creates a welcoming, friendly atmosphere both in-person and over-the-phone. Many other organizations would be well advised to take a lesson in customer service and relations from Dr. Li’s reception staff. The health-care practitioners (dental hygienists and dentists) are equally attentive and responsive to their patients’ needs and concerns. They demonstrate professional competency in all manner of their practice and foster a warm relationship with their clients that both reduces anxiety (I am nervous when in the dental chair) and builds confidence.

I suspect the warm, caring atmosphere that is present in Dr. Li’s Dental Clinic is a direct result of the character and nature of Dr. Dong Li himself. Dr. Li is exceptionally personable and takes time to converse with his patients (a skill that has all-too-often been eclipsed by modern technology). He and his staff deserve formal recognition for the exceptional quality of service they provide to the local area. I would highly recommend Dr. Dong Li to anyone who is seeking a family dentist.

I had a wonderful experience in Dr Li's office. I was terrified of having a root canal but they were so kind and so gentle that I didn't feel a thing. I was actually surprised when they informed me that the procedure was finished. I was still waiting for the 'bad part' to happen. Dr. Li and all his staff are all A-One! Their genuine Friendliness, professional manner, caring attitude, dispels any fear anyone would have. My last visit, was a filling of a Wisdom tooth. I did not need any freezing…Dr. Li gave me that option. I agreed…. And he said if it hurt, he would stop immediately. It didn’t. He then proceeded to fill the tooth.and I’d say in a little over 15 minutes, I was done. Perfect! I can’t recommend him and the whole office highly enough!
