I'm very happy to have discovered this Eye Care clinic. The office staff is always friendly and helpful and I feel that I receive excellent care from Dr. Steven. He is thorough and takes the time to explain things carefully.

I liked this clinic a lot! Very welcoming, knowledgeable and friendly staff! Made me feel comfortable.

Dr. Steven & Dr. Amit are great! So chill and kind. My only issue would be the cleanliness. With some of the Equipment used to check my eyes, I noticed like makeup residue on places where I had to put my face. So that bothered me.

Absolutely the finest service, not a 5 because nobody's perfect and 4 is as high as I ever go, very comfortable and the ladies who I saw were very nice to deal with, I thank you very much!

Dr. Fernandes has been my optometrist for the last 5 years. My health and vision have always felt like a priority in her care. I appreciate her straightforward honest answers.

The team at Dr. D'Orio were great. From check in to checkout. My doctor Dr. Bhatia explained everything in detail. And most importantly I had choice in my eyes being dilated (if you know you know).
I picked out lenses and the lady helping me was so good with feedback and what suited me versus me figuring it out!

Everyone I met was helpful, engaging and had a human touch that gave me the confidence to trust them.

I have been attending Dr. D’Orio eye clinic since I was a child. I most recently had the pleasure of being seen Dr. Steven D’Orio. Now as an adult, my eye needs have changed over the years and Dr D’Orio, both father and son, continue to meet my needs ranging from the dry eye clinic to assisting me with making well informed decisions regarding eye surgery. They are even well supplied with the most fashionable eyewear!

I've been having my eyes checked by Dr. Noelda Fernandes for the last two years. She is very knowledgeable, friendly and approachable. She always takes extra time to answer any questions that I have and explains what she is doing every step of the way, which I really appreciate. I've also had good interactions with everyone else that works at the clinic. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking to have their eyes examined.

I have been seeing Dr Fernandes for a few years and she is fantastic. She really cares about her customers and puts a lot of effort to make sure you are ok.

Met with Dr. Bhatia today. While I'm no expert in the field of optometry, they were prompt, responsive and extremely helpful answering any questions. He was also super thorough and he walked me through the different images of my eyes to show me what he was looking for.

Definitely warrants a 5 star rating. Recommended my wife to their practice since she needs continued optometry support.

I took my mom to see the Dr. D’Orio eye team, I can’t say enough good things about him. He took his time, my mother doesn’t speak well English he spoke directly to her and explained things calmly and direct so she would understand. He took an hour with her, checked everything to make sure all was well. So different than other optometrist that I have gone too in the past. Go to him in confidence.

This clinic is amazing. Absolutely no wait times so it was super convenient. Everyone at the clinic is so sweet! Dr. Noelda Fernandes was absolutely amazing! It was my first time recieving a thorough eye exam and she made me feel extremely comfortable and went through everything step by step to explain the reasoning behind what she was doing. I had a great first experience as a new patient at Dr. Steven D'Orio's eye care clinic. The clinic is very clean and professional especially during these crucial times with Covid. All precautions were taken the moment you enter the building. My eye exam was done by Dr. Steven D'Orio and was very thorough and informational. All my questions were answered and I did not feel rushed at all during my eye exam. The staff is very knowledgeable and informative. I walked out with a lot of great information and also walked out with a great pair of glasses as they have a wide selection of glasses for everyone.

Marianne is a very attentive, kind, and friendly professional who greets everyone with a warm smile (even through her masked face due to covid protocols). Dr. Bhatia is AMAZING! All the doctors at the eye clinic are knowledgeable, thorough, caring and genuine.

Steven diagnosed me with kerataconus, which I had never heard of before. He sent me to have it tended to.and now my eyesight is perfect in the one eye.

Dr. Bhatia diagnosed my dad with a palsy related to the nerves of the eye and took a personal interest in him.

I have no words for Greg. He is like family and really cares and is passionate about his work.

Most recently I had Noelda and, like all the others, she is caring and passionate about her work.

I feel comfortable and really happy going there because I know I'll be taken good care of.

Last but certainly not least is the office staff, especially Marianna. She is like family as well and takes good care of the patients before they see the doctor. She is personable, organized and always has a kind word.

Satisfied with services. They were running a bit late, which is to be expected sometimes. Staff team were great and welcoming.

I was lost for finding an Optometrist I felt comfortable with, as my gf has had a few poor experiences at other clinics.
She was recommended by a family member to Dr D Orios office.he as been in business a very long time.
Her experience was excellent.and that when I decided last year to see him.
I met with Stephen a very friendly n caring doctor who took his time to examine me, he was professional n thorough!
I had a Cataract in one eye n referred me on to Dr Michael Henry a specialist n surgeon.
I have since had successful surgery n can see 20/20 overall for long distance.
Coming back to see him post surgery, I needed to get further prescription to read which I knew about before, further examination he recommended more drops that would reduce swelling in my eye while it heals over the next few week's.
His continued professionalism leaves me very at ease n confident of a smooth recovery!
His staff are Amazing as well.so friendly n professional!

Dr. Fernandes is wonderful. So patient, kind, and professional. She is the reason I look forward to my yearly check-ups (as well as interacting with the rest of the staff). During this time of Covid precautionary measures, I feel confident they are following public health and safety measures to the T.

I was blown away by Dr. Fernandes's attentiveness to detail and the meticulous way she studied my son's eye imaging etc. She took every effort to do a myriad of tests and explained my son's eye condition to me and on what to expect in the future. This is by far the best eye clinic I have visited in Toronto and trust me, I have been to several! I am totally impressed and would recommend this clinic to any parent with kids or teenagers who have eye conditions.

I cannot recommend this clinic highly enough! I have never experienced such thoroughness and level of customer service from a health care clinic before. Thank you Dr. Bhatia and team!

Leaving review on behalf of my wife. Amazing clinic! Dr. Amit Bhatia was really thorough and did a bunch of tests to ensure there were no issues - she mentioned she never had such a detailed exam. Doc even gave her email contact info to contact if any issues. Shows they care about patients and stand behind their work.

Dr Amit Bhatia was really very good. He explained everything did all the checks very carefully.
I had a whole retina scan and the people who helped with that were also great. It was a bit busy though. Overall a good experience they took their time didn't rush through I felt I got a good checkup.

I didn’t realize how fortunate I am to have Dr. Steven D’Orio as my Eye MD until I had to deal with an emergency situation in the middle of this difficult time. Despite being fully booked, Dr. D’Orio managed to fit me in to his schedule with a late appointment the same day of the incident. I received the treatment I needed and learned that if I didn’t get to him when I did it could have been a lot worse. I’m extremely thankful for Dr. D’Orio and his wonderful staff.

Dr D'Orio and his team are the best optometrists in the GTA and Southern Ontario. They are extremely professional and experienced and still very caring with their patients. They diagnosed me with a serious pathology after a very accurate and meticulous examination. I definitely recommend the clinic and the entire staff.

They are very hardworking and amazing people that will continuously try to help you solve any vision issues you have. This was the first Optometrist I ever went to and I was concerned about where to go as I have never needed help with any type of vision issues before.
