Such a positive and professional dentistry! The hygienist, front desk staff, and Dr. Wong are all lovely to work with! What a great office and great experience there! Thank you everyone!

Dr. Wong is amazing! Everything at their office is state of the art. The staff is caring and friendly. My husband and I both had to get quite a bit done, and we’re both incredibly happy with the results. Dr. Wong is even accessible outside of appointments if you have questions, and he always calls to check on you after you get dental work done to see how you’re healing. We get our cleanings done with Nicolette and she’s also wonderful. She takes her time and does a very thorough job. If you want the best dental care possible (or have dental anxiety) this is the place to go!

I don't have dental insurance so I don't go to the dentist very often. Luckily I was blessed with very good teeth. However every few years I treat myself to a full clean and treatment by the hygienist. This office has the best staff. My hygienist was Angie, she does such a great job. If I had insurance, I would go as often as I could.

Dr. Wong's tagline is serious, thoughtful dentistry. This is 100% accurate. Dr. Wong looks at issues from a best-practice point of view, looking at all the options and then recommending collaboratively which is the best one for the PATIENT, not for his bottom line. He even calls after hours to check up on how things are going after a procedure.

This may sound self-evident, but I have some experience with past dentists who were better salesmen than dentists, recommending all kinds of treatments, sometimes of dubious value to the patient but excellent value for THEIR bank account.

Very pleased to recommend Dr. Wong - as well as his team both in admin and as hygienists - as the best and most trustworthy I've had. And I've had a few! All of our family comes here and I have been happy to recommend Dr. Wong and his team to others as well. Overall, they truly look out for patients first and are successful because people feel in safe hands and keep coming back.

Great experience with Nancy, my new Dental Hygienist today. Such knowledgeable staff and innovative treatments. I really learnt a lot today and I’m excited to implement all of the suggestions she made. Wish I had this appointment years ago!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Dr. Elston Wong's dental practice in Barrie. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and in good hands. For the past 7 years I have been using Dr. Wong. He saved me after my Maryland bridge that another dentist did fell out and called his 24hr emergency line 7 years ago and he took me in the following morning on a weekend when they were not open and re sculpted and repaired my teeth better than they had ever looked. Last night I stupidly had one fall out and called him and he went above and beyond today and gave me better looking false teeth than I have ever had by hand forming them and making it happen in the opening left in my mouth. Again on his day off and he went above and beyond. His staff is also incredible for your regular needs. I’m greatful and thankful to have found this dentist and will highly recommend anybody to use them. Dr Wong is incredible!

Nancy has been my dental hygienist for over a decade. Her service and skills are invaluable and I will never go anywhere else.

Words alone cannot express my gratitude to Dr. Wong and his dental/office team. I had an emergency root canal completed. In a timely and efficient manner, Dr. Wong and team had me fixed in less than 24 hours (Dr. Wong even had me come in on a day he does not usually perform dental procedures). Best root canal experience I have ever had (no pain during the procedure and none after)! I was at another dental office years before and had a terrible experience. Thank you Dr. Wong and Team for an experience that left me pain free and in good hands!

As a business owner, I value the power of a beautiful space that makes me feel comfortable and well-cared for. This place is gorgeous and the space is so clean and modern. Makes me feel like I'm at a spa. But the service and comprehensive care is what will keep me coming back!

I have mixed feelings. I have been a patient of Doctor Wong's since he joined the practice with Dr. Dove on Cedar Point Dr. I feel they provide top notch dentistry; however, they have made changes to their hours and location which have been a HUGE negative for me. It is hard to make an appointment that doesn't interfere with my work schedule or my child's school schedule as they do not offer evening, Friday or weekend appointments. The new location is bright and very sterile and is now located on a very busy road and can be hard to get in and out of.

My daughter had her first visit here yesterday and I cannot not say enough great things. Her hygienist Lindsay was so welcoming and amazing with educating on what she was doing. She took her time to make the visit as comfortable as possible and left us feeling truly cared for. Best hygienist around! Dr. Wong was very kind and took time to meet and connect with my daughter before he examined her. From start to finish it was a great experience.

Every trip to Dr. Wong is a pleasant experience! He and the team always take the time to make sure you are comfortable and well informed about your situation. Whether it’s scheduling with reception, getting a cleaning, or a visit with Dr. Wong himself, you will find they are patient, kind, and always go above and beyond what anyone would expect from a normal dentist visit. I am so pleased with everything Dr Elston Wong and his team did for me.
My dentures broke at the start of the pandemic and my previous dentist was not very helpful, a friend referred me to Dr Wong. Best decision I made.
My first actual visit, Andy did all my cleaning and Dr Wong was able to rectify all the problems with my dentures.

I don't think I will ever find another dentist office that could compare to this one. Everyone here is super friendly and they really want to make sure you feel comfortable. They really put in the effort to get to know their clients, and make the experience as pleasant as possible. Next time that my friends try and tell me how the dentist is scary, I'll just tell them my experiences here and prove them wrong.

Nancy has been my hygienist for many years. I always look forward to my cleaning appointments with her. She is such a wonderful person and an amazing hygienist. Nancy is professional and explains everything. She is also so friendly and has a great sense of humour. I cannot imagine having anyone else looking after my dental hygiene. Thank you so much Nancy for taking care of me and my teeth for all these years.

Dr. Wong performed a lengthy surgery on myself and was incredible both at the hospital and with his followup and aftercare. After many, many years of traumatic experiences, i have found a dentist I will return to and have since referred my family to him. Excellent care from Dr Wong and all of his staff. Great experience here! I bring my 2 young children here and he always takes great care of them. He always checks in on them personally a couple of days after any procedure. He's very thorough and doesn't push any unnecessary work. The kids are very comfortable and don't mind going at all! Beautiful new office too!

I've wanted to fix my two front teeth for years now. I had some small white marks on them. I did some research and saw Dr. Wong did microabrasion, which is what I needed to help diminish my white stains.
As soon as I had my first appointment with Dr. Wong I was so glad I made the decision to go see him. I wanted to switch dentists for years. He made my teeth look beautiful and I have a lot more confidence! I had my teeth cleaned by Nancy who was also fantastic! The entire staff is friendly and so helpful. My husband will also be switching to Dr. Wong too!

Nice new location with the most up to date equipment. Dr. Wong and his staff do a professional job of taking care of their patients and once things settle down with customers returning after lockdowns, waiting times will be closer to appointment times.

Today I had my first visit at Dr. Wong’s office. From the moment I booked my appointment, to the time I left their doors I felt respected, understood & comfortable as a patient.

Everyone from the ladies at the reception desk, Anna who completed my examination & Dr. Wong, they all made me feel comfortable and welcome inside the establishment.

The office is state of the art. Very clean and well organized. Very beautiful. The examination rooms have HEPA filtration, which is especially important during COVID. I honestly did not feel like I was in a dentists office when inside their facility.

They follow all Covid protocols which makes you feel safe from the moment you walk through their doors. They pre-screen you before your visit, check temperature & blood pressure at the door and follow physical distancing guidelines, as well as encourage all patients to sanitize hands upon entry.

The moment I sat in the chair before my examination, Anna made me feel at comfort immediately. Throughout the visit, she was able to answer every question I had, as well as gave me very detailed explanations for the issues I am having, which I’ve never received from other dental offices.

Dr. Wong is very knowledgeable. Speaks very clearly to you and uses analogies to put things into terms that you will actually understand.

I made it clear to them about my troubles & concerns with past dentists. I can confidently say after leaving their office, I fully understood everything they told me, felt comfortable and I trust what they have told me, 100%.

10/10 service from everybody i had contact with.

I am extremely pleased with how our recent visit to Dr. Elston Wong’s clinic went. From start to finish Dr. Wong and his team provided excellent service which was very appreciated as the visit was an emergency visit for my young daughter who had a dental accident, so it was an already stressful situation.

After reaching out online for recommendations I was in contact with one of the hygienists before the clinic even opened (thank you Anna for being so caring towards my situation!) she informed the staff that morning and they were in contact with me ASAP (SO appreciated) they were able to fit us in that morning. Since it was an emergency visit for my daughter, I was so nervous about what would happen. Dr. Wong and his assistant were wonderful with explaining everything in detail, he was also excellent with my daughter. He was extremely thorough and I could tell that he really cares about his patients. He also did excellent bonding work on my daughters front tooth. Later that day I said to her “you were so brave getting a needle! ” She replied “a needle? ” She had no idea she had even got one! Dr. Wong was great at making her feel comfortable.

I cannot recommend enough Dr Wong and his dental clinic. We have been using his clinic for 3years now. Dr Wong is a perfectionist as is his team. We had cavities, cleaning, crowns and root canals done - and everything is really good and amazing.

I recently had a front tooth root canaled by Dr. Wong. I was beyond terrified of the whole procedure and insisted on being put asleep for it. The receptionists were amazing and reassured me that with Dr. Wongs techniques I would feel minimal pain. I was skeptical.but they were right! I barely felt the needle or procedure at all. Highly recommend this dentist especially if you are a terrified patient like me!

The ladies at Dr. Wongs are amazing, Keshia and Lindsay made the visit quick and easy. The Wong team does a great job making sure to take all social distancing procedures that are required to have a safe visit are in place. My family has been and will be using this amazing team for years to come as they move to the new location.

I picked Dr Wong because of the reviews and they are not wrong! Excellent communication they are very clear on what they are doing each step of the way which makes someone who is nervous like myself feel at ease. I was impressed at the time the Lyndsay (hygienist) and Dr Wong took to explain things and feel they really understood my concerns and needs. I feel confident and trust them to bring my smile back! I called numerous dentists. Before I finally decided on Dr. Wong. The whole experience from beginning to end has been nothing short of wonderful. I commend all the staff very professional, very courteous, very friendly. Dr. Wong and his staff are very thorough they went through everything with me step-by-step and he was even showing and teaching his staff what he was doing. He even went as far as to call me to see how I was doing which I’ve never seen before, very caring. I had a very good experience here. Early appointment times available, wait in your car until they're ready for you to come in, everything is wiped down and clean. I was in for a cleaning, which was done promptly and efficiently. Payment is due then, with any benefits coming to you after the fact.

All the hygienists I've seen and Dr. Wong are all really nice. The whole process runs smoothly and they have great covid procedures in place.

Dr. Wong has helped me get over some very paralyzing fears about getting major dental work done. He took the time to sit down with me in an office setting and explain the procedures and my options. Once we decide on a game plan it was a very calming experience. I chose to have oral sedation and nitrous oxide during my procedures. The lights were turned off, calming images were displayed on the overhead tv and the procedural chat was kept to a minimum. The team went above and beyond to help me through my fears and Dr. Wong called a day afterwards to see how I was doing. I highly recommend Dr. Wong and all his staff for all your dental needs.
